Russell was very kind at all times, and communicating with him was easy, which made us feel at home. We had no issues with access, and the house was clean and well-organized. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay without having to leave the house. The pool area was undoubtedly the best part. Since it was covered, the water stayed at a pleasant temperature, and the beach felt like it was ours while we were there. We truly enjoyed the place, and without a doubt, we are already planning our next trip to stay at Russell’s place again.

House is nice and clean everything’s spotless except for the swimming pool it was dirty and the beach was far away to go swimming not as shows us in the picture you have to go around all the houses at night. It’s really dark and can use the pool. There’s no light and to get to Restaurant. it’s hard to get there without directions. But I think in the future is going to be an awesome place to go because they’re building a lot of houses around and not many finished

Corrin e Jacq foram anfitriões excepcionais. Sempre presentes e super diligentes. A casa, por sua vez, é perfeita: excelente localização, equipada com tudo com o que você precisa (e mais um pouco) e extremamente confortável e agradável. Foi uma experiência incrível, que recomendo a todos (especialmente a quem surfa, tendo em vista as duas ondas “world class” localizadas dentro do condomínio).

Home is absolutely beautiful. Surfing was awesome and so convenient. Great options for restaurants with great food. Over the top customer service! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Some tips: Bring cash to avoid credit card fees. Rent a car if you are planning to do sightseeing outside property otherwise renting a golf cart works great. Watch for fisherman on beach selling lobster, etc to cook up for dinner in the beautiful kitchen. Fly into Nicaragua vs Liberia, (if relevant), you’ll save a lot of time and headache crossing the border. Schedule fishing expedition through your host, they have great connections and we came home with lots of fresh fish for dinner. Buy groceries on the way, onsite grocery store is limited and more expensive. Take advantage of market on certain days of the week for fresh fruit and vegetables. Make sure you get everything you need, this property doesn’t stock the basics (eg salt, pepper,etc)

Victor’s place was exactly what our family was looking for. The location was perfect- nice shady pool right outside the front door, a playground out the back (on the other side of the golf green) with swings and a slide. The kitchen was well stocked (we cooked a lot) and the bicycles made it super easy to get to the beach or the shops. We definitely will return.

This place is Paradise, unique place in the world Tamara and Don were so helpfull , nice and gentle with me and my group I definetly would love to come back soon, and if you traveling to Nicaragua this is the place to be sorrounded by nature, plenty of space and privacy for groups and families I highly recommend Casa de Sol for your future Vacation, my ratings and my group is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five star. thanks Tamara and Don we definetly had a great time looking foward for next time.

The best location if you are advance, Expert surfers! Hands down🙌 the world class breaks call Colorado, Panga Drop. Also they can arrange a panga to take you to Lance's left(longest left break) for $200. This iguana community has shops, a gym also. Pay $15 for a group workout with an instructor. Pay $10 for self workout. The house was easy to find and super clean, beautiful, right on the beach and a pool. But just be careful from sand fleas during sunrise and sunset time....there are tons out there! Bring bug spray. There are so many places to eat around this house, also this house comes with full kitchen and BBQ grill, but wish had basic condiments, like olive oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, sugar etc.... We really enjoyed staying at this house. Super tranquilo😊

Best location , best view in the complex . Will definitely be back. Exceeded my expectations. Tania was always responsive with any questions I had.
