Definitely worth what I paid for the stay magnificent quiet neighborhood i most likely will be back to stay at this place

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

It was a nice place to stay or a construction company we’ve been working in Pacific Palisade burn area. It was closer for my guys to stay.

Patrese and Katie were great hosts. They responded very fast with very useful information. Our check in process was smooth. The house was beautiful and quiet. There were clear instructions and rules in a book near the frozen door. Multiple power plugs were available in each room and were suitable for different types of chargers. Lots of places to sit with a variety of dishes to choose from. The view of the pool was nice. Outdoor area was our favorite place to stay.

This place was great! House was super clean, organized, and even came with a sweet welcome basket “first meal on us” with pasta, snacks, sparkling cider, etc. There were plenty of towels and bathroom ‘extras’. Kitchen very well stocked with plenty of dishes, appliances, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We were extremely comfortable and there was not anything we “wanted” for. It was beautiful views and surrounding areas. Great stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

This place was awesome! Peter is great, he showed us around when we arrived and was very responsive to messages. The place was super cool, we especially loved the ping pong table downstairs and the volleyball net outside. It had everything we needed and made for a fun retreat for our club!

Thank you, Grady, for offering such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view! The openness of the living area, the different outdoor areas to gather together or just relax alone quietly, and the dedicated office area made our stay the perfect place to reconnect and visit with family we hadn't seen in awhile. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen has a great coffee maker and the ocean view from the dining room was beautiful. We especially loved the surfboard table in that area. We can highly recommend a stay here!

Cathrine’s little cottage was perfect for a quiet getaway. I kept smiling every time I looked around at the beautiful setting nestled in the quaint gardens with complete privacy. Just minutes from the country mart and other great shopping and restaurants makes it the perfect spot. I’d highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a perfect spot close to everything in Santa Barbara but serene enough to read a great novel with a tasty cup of coffee.

This home was perfect for our 3 generation family get-together. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space/bedrooms to adapt to our needs. Would have appreciated a few kitchen towels and maybe some boxes of tissues around, but we got by. Overall very pleased with the place.

Karen’s home was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed that the home was walking distance to beaches. It was nice that a beach cart and beach toys also provided with stay. I would definitely stay here again! Only feedback is that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates provided do not fit length of stairs so recommend bringing your own gate if traveling with little ones.

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Amazing house in the perfect location for our family of 8 trip with 2 Infants. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean, cozy & peaceful. Had all the essentials. Stocked with towels, pillows, toiletries. Very comfortable and spacious with tons of family hangout areas in the house. Cool little putting green in the front area & picnic area atop of the house. There was a fireplace which was nice added addition since it was cold the nights we stayed. The house is attached to someone else’s home so be mindful of the loud steps at night. The house is walking distance to an entrance to the beach, some local shops, bars and a couple of restaurants. 5 min drive to main shopping centers. We were so lucky to have found Debbie’s home & can’t wait to plan more trips in the future.

Rebecca's place was overall very cozy and beautiful. Do note that there are a lot of stairs to get to the airbnb or backyard space so people w/ limited mobility should take caution. Also make sure you read the entire listing because it doesn't tell you right away that the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are not connected from the inside. To access the other 2 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom, you have to walk outside the deck and it's at the other end of the house. And if you have to walk that pathway at night, I recommend bringing a flashlight because it's dark, and there's no outdoor motion detector light for that pathway that connects the 2 spaces. But once you get to the other space, they do have a light that turns on. But other than that, the place was very beautiful, beds were comfy, and pillows too. Rebecca was a great host, and we had no issues. We appreciated the info she has laid out- Just make sure you read everything prior to booking, and you'll be fine!

Marty and Carey's home was a perfect place for our friends' reunion! The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and with great decor. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the openness of it. The couches and beds were very comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful, we spent most of our free time out on the patio, and the kids loved the swings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and we enjoyed being so close to the mesa bluffs and the private beach. We can't wait to come back again!

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

Joel's place was perfect for our 2 night destination wedding stay. Joel responded immediately to our needs. His place is well appointed with a gourmet kitchen, coffee and a few little extras that made the visit special. The home is quiet and an easy 10 minute drive from Ojai. We would absolutely stay there again in the future.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

we absolutely loved our stay at shannon’s! the outdoor space is so serene and you can smell the lavender from the street. we loved lounging in the hammock and the comfy living room, plus very easy access to downtown ojai. would absolutely stay here again!

The home was exactly as described. Large enough for a family and in a quiet neighborhood. Great location and activities for kids. We enjoyed our time there and will be back to visit again.

Place was great. I’m from the area and just needed a place to stay for the weekend that had space was close enough to the places I needed to be and convenient. Mali was responsive and friendly. I felt I had privacy and it was quiet. Would recommend and hopefully can stay here again in the future
