We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

Absolutely stunning unit and very private! It’s in a quiet area with a gated entrance. It was very comfortable and I only wish we had more time to enjoy!

KaLi was responsive and prompt when we had a problem (maintenance was testing the emergency alarms). Very polite and friendly, definitely will stay with KaLi again.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Very peaceful very nice place. Julie was an absolutely amazing host quick to respond very informative. Highly recommend the looking forward to staying again if the option arises.

Great place to book

The backyard with the tennis/ basketball court was perfect. The kids had plenty of space to play. We really enjoyed the 4 different living spaces, provided ample amount of room and space for everyone. The smart televisions in the rooms were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! The nearby shopping plazas put everything at our fingertips.

Loved the locations. New mattress was amazing. Comfortable for 3 people. Pull out bed is better with the mattress pad. Super cute & cozy! 🫶🏼

We had a sweet time in Ojai over spring break at Jennifer’s house. It was plenty spacious enough for our family of five and I appreciate that she has put thought into the simple design of the space. It was a quick drive to town, which was very convenient. And there was a great pottery sale just down the street which was a fun surprise. The house sits on a pretty busy road (by Ojai standards), so it wasn’t really feasible to walk or bike with kids from the house. Other than that we had a great visit!

Beautiful home in Camarillo. Included a beautiful outdoor space shaded by fruit trees and views of the mountains. Walkable to Camarillo Main Street. Easy to find, great amenities.

What a fantastic two weeks we had at Lena's place! We can't rave enough. The house was so unique, modern, bright - and cozy. We loved the juxtaposition of being in this quiet little house and then walking out the door into the most happening part of Brentwood, already a trendy and happening neighborhood in LA. Call me nuts, but I timed the walk to Whole Foods, and it was 2 minutes and 18 seconds - AND before we could get there, there were two coffee places, a juice bar, gelato, fabulous pizza, and a cake bakery! What fun we had. We did need Lena's assistance on a few things in the house, and she responded super promptly and resolved everything quicker than I would have thought possible. She was an excellent host!

The house was beautiful! The backyard, pool and hot tub were very private. It was well stocked with everything from coffee and tea, to every imaginable spice. The host was super responsive and very accommodating. The neighborhood was very walkable. We would definitely go back the next time we are in the area.

5 out of 5 on all aspects. The place was exactly as advertised and we were very satisfied. Cute home just like the photos with a great yard for the dogs (& humans.) Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location as we had a concert at the SB Bowl and it was walkable. The interior is very homey and comfortable. Would love to stay here again. So close to everything great Santa Barbara has to offer.

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

Merci pour tout l’appartement était vraiment magnifique et super bien placé , la piscine est vraiment agréable et le quartier est vraiment très beau et propre la résidence et superbe les personnes résidentes sont super accueillante, l’hôte est très réactif et nous as beaucoup aidé malgré que je ne parle pas anglais c’était vraiment génial je recommande ++++

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
