The backyard with the tennis/ basketball court was perfect. The kids had plenty of space to play. We really enjoyed the 4 different living spaces, provided ample amount of room and space for everyone. The smart televisions in the rooms were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! The nearby shopping plazas put everything at our fingertips.

My wife and I found this place and booked it to host my parents and sister for Christmas and New Year. We had an AMAZING time and would 100% recommend it to anyone! The hosts were super responsive and took care of all our needs. We fell in love with the place and would love to return any time!

David’s place was exactly what my young family of 4 required. Spacious, clean, with all the right amenities. The house felt like home as soon as we walked in. David was a gracious and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool was the best part of this rental! We will never rent another place without one! Was so fun!

Absolutely loved this stay and our interactions with Alyse! I knew the house would be kid friendly because of the crib, but had no idea how truly kid friendly it was! Tons of toys & books, drying rack for bottles, baby gate for the stairs. Yet - it didn't feel cluttered! Loved the pool and yard too. We had a blast and would highly recommend this house.

The home is an ideal for space for a family with lots of space and a safe and secure home. Ideal for a family with children. Very quiet neighborhood but centrally located to shopping of any kind!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

This place was perfect for our quick weekend stay in Santa Clarita. It's in a very walkable area with many tasty restaurants nearby. The unit was freshly cleaned, cozy, homey, and super quiet. From the soft fluffy towels to the fantastic gym and spa, we had everything we needed and more. We'll definitely be staying here the next time we're in town. Thanks Tanner and Jess!

We really enjoyed our stay at the home! The neighborhood is extremely walkable surrounded with mature trees and beautiful homes. It was very serene and peaceful and the hosts were very responsive and friendly.

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed at, and I have stayed at probably over 50. Natalie is a wonderful host, she goes above and beyond to make her guests feel right at home. She is a super kind generous person and really went out of her way on the most thoughtful touches. Some highlights: * The outdoor space is absolutely breathtaking/amazing. we planned to do a bunch of stuff in LA and skipped it because everyone had more fun relaxing by the pool and taking in the ambiance * The indoor space is also wonderful, a full steam room and amazing art from all over the world. SUPER comfy beds. * Traveling with a toddler requires all the extra planning, Natalie made it super easy with a toddler bed with guardrails, stepstools and a really nice booster seat all available at check in. * Provided a fully stocked kitchen!! it was so nice not to immediately have to go to a grocery store after a long travel day!! * She gave my toddler an easter basket filled with toys and let us do a garden hunt!!

Such a beautiful place, made us feel right at home. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back when we’re in town!

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

We had a wonderful time in LA, it was our first visit. The stay was more than comfortable, specially our daughter loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. Both Kat and Logan are great hosts and took good care of us. Thank you!!

Ty's place in Sherman Oaks was perfect for visiting the sights of LA. The house was very clean and had perfect accommodation for a group of 4. we loved the ensuite bathroom. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool.
