Kimberly’s guest house was exactly what we needed. It was perfect for our team and easily transitioned to accommodate my family when they visited also. With the high wind and the complications that places on this community, Kimberly was always communicative and proactive in assuring I had everything I needed to stay safe and comfortable in conditions she could not control. Thank you for working with us and making this trip a breeze.

I would highly recommend !! My family and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the location as it was walking distance to most places we wanted to go. The rooftop deck was wonderful to sit and enjoy in the mornings for coffee and plan our day and evenings to unwind with a cocktail and relive the memories of that day. Tatiana is great, she was very quick to respond to an unexpected issue that arose when we arrived, and her husband came to check that all was okay. So I give them both an A+ for that. Lastly, the dumbwaiter is a big help when unloading and then repacking the car. Just remember to double check it before you leave! We added 2 hours to our drive time as my husband had left our final bag in the dumbwaiter and we had to turn around - lol/ugg !!

My fiance and I stayed 2 nights for a romantic birthday getaway and it was perfect. Debra was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The cabin is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a lot of privacy only 5 minutes away from the PMC town center. The smooth self check-in and having the whole place to ourselves made us feel right at home. The cabin is the perfect blend of both cozy and luxurious. Cozy: - Awesome wood stove to make a fire - Many big, soft blankets - Closet full of board games, card games, puzzles - Tons of natural light - Two decks with ample seating to enjoy the mountain air and views - Backyard nestled among pretty trees; you feel part of the forest Luxurious: - Smart TV with many streaming services and a huge DVD collection - Fully equipped kitchen, very easy to cook in - Fancy heated toilet and bidet - Large standing shower in one bathroom and a big soaker tub in the other - Big, comfortable bed - Very clean

KaLi was responsive and prompt when we had a problem (maintenance was testing the emergency alarms). Very polite and friendly, definitely will stay with KaLi again.

We loved our stay here. The location is excellent and you can walk to a number of great places to eat. We would love to come back and stay here again!

The location is absolutely awesome, right on the edge of the sand, with amazing walks on the beach. It is a very peaceful place. The cottage is rustic and lovely, and if the weather was a little colder than we had hoped, it was still super beautiful. The clouds and the fog rolling in was really amazing to see. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is comfortable. It is possible to walk to the harbor and several restaurants there including a truly fine sushi place. It is a short drive to Ventura and several other spaces along the coast that are beautiful. I would highly recommend. Tiffany was very responsive, and we appreciated the chance to stay in this cottage on the sea.

Nadia's place is gorgeous. It's beautifully decorated and sparkly clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, it's quiet, with super close access to the sand where my family enjoyed tossing the frisbee and getting some sunshine. The dedicated parking spot is really nice. Thank you Nadia for being a responsive and accommodating host! 10/10 recommend.

This was a great spot for our group! we had a big group, and went in ready to accommodate however we needed, but Ivy's place was big and clean and open and we had a great time! wasn't amazing wifi which stressed some of our girls out (stem club haha) but we all had a blast
