This fantastic villa was a wonderful holiday for our large family. Assia and Georges have thought of everything. It is well situated in a quiet area just a few minutes from local supermarkets and a comfortable walk to the beach. I have never been in a large house like this that has had enough storage space for everyone's things, and to spare. The kitchen is very well equipped and thought out. The outside areas are really lovely giving sun and shade in different places. We enjoyed musical soirées by the fire pit and plenty of pool time. Assia and Georges had thought of everything for the children too, from toys in their room to an inflatable car in the pool and play equipment outside. A true family home. Like others I would rate this above a 10. Thank you Georges and Assia for a memorable holiday.

Estadía súper agradable y cómoda Desde que llegamos a la casa todo fue súper.Nos encontramos con Sonia, quien nos dio la bienvenida, nos mostró la casa y todas la comodidades que tenía.Vinimos en familia a pasar Navidad y nos dejaron muchísimos detalles navideños para que nos sintamos como en casa( tés, turrones, vino, chocolates)fuimos con nuestro perro, a quien también le dejaron regalos. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado.Todo Súper! Comunicación excelente . Sin duda la recomendamos y nos encantaría volver,en verano para poder aprovechar la piscina. Gracias Sonia por tan buena acogida.

Really lovely flat, literally one block behind the sea in a quiet part of Sitges. 10 mins walk to the city centre. Rafi‘s flat is very clean, equipped with everything and very quiet. I loved my stay! Highly recommended!

Beaucoup de points positifs : - communication facile et efficace avec la conciergerie qui s’occupe de l’appartement. - tout est fourni : linges de lit, serviettes, papier toilette, savon, shampoing, éponge, torchons, sacs poubelle produits vaisselle et ménage… - appartement très bien situé dans le quartier agréable de Poblenou - lits confortables - logement parfaitement propre à l’arrivée. - idéale pour 4 personnes. - logement très bien équipé Point négatif : - assez bruyant le soir et la nuit (c’est la contrepartie d’être directement sur la Rambla de Poblenou). On entend assez nettement les motos, voitures et camion poubelles qui passent en pleine nuit. L’isolation avec les voisins n’est pas top top. On a eu le droits à quelques réveils nocturnes à cause de quelques jeunes qui faisaient la fête dans un appartement de l’immeuble.

Een heerlijk rustig appartement in een net complex. De ruimte was ruim, alles was goed omschreven op de airBnb site, en het bed sliep heerlijk. Ik kwam voor de rust, en die kreeg ik. Vlakbij het strand (een korte wandeling) en een supermarkt op loopafstand. Ik ben bij David Lloyd gaan sporten aan het strand en dat was het beste uitzicht in een sportschool dat ik ooit heb gehad. Ik heb genoten van Gemma en Tulio's heldere en vlotte communicatie en van deze fijne plek! Aanrader.

Overall great stay! House is as described in the overview, everything clean and functional. Nice location between Sitges town center and the port, supermarket 10 mins away by foot, easy access with car and quiet street with free parking. Wonderful views over the beach. Alex was very proactive and helpful in the communication and instructions in the house are very clear. Welcome basket at arrival is a great touch, especially as we arrived when all stores were already closed. Would definitely recommend!

This was a fantastic stay. Every night after touring we would barbecue and swim in the pool. Terrific location that was spacious we had 16 people and everyone had plenty of space definitely repeat
