This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

We had a great stay at Heather's condo. Someone else mentioned it not being walkable to the beach and thats not true. We have a 2 year old and a 7 year old and walked there multiple times. It's less than 10 minute walk. You do cross the main drag, but if you know how to use a crosswalk it's perfectly fine. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. It's very walkable, we walked to Walmart a couple times, the alligator attraction/restaurant, beach, couple other restaurants. The shuttle service is fantastic, very nice drivers we took that a few times to the boardwalk area, Henderson Beach, and one night we didn't feel like walking to the beach across the street. The condo itself is just like the pictures, was nice having coffee in the morning on the deck and relaxing. I really don't have a bad thing to say about the place if you're on the fence just book it.

We had a great time! The beach was across the street, less than a 10 minute walk. Douglas has everything you need for the beach: towels, a wagon, chairs, an umbrella and sand toys. The condo was very clean and the size was perfect for the 5 of us. The pools are great! We never had a problem getting chairs. Pickleball and tennis was fun as well. They have rackets for guests.

Kyle's condo was neat and clean. Plenty of amenities included. Kyle was quick to respond to messages. Nice being on the 1st floor overlooking the lake and watching the nightly lighted fountain display on the lake. Short walk across the road to Pineapple Willy's restaurant and the beach. Disappointed the roof top pool was closed during our stay but it was no fault of Kyle. Beautiful views from the 21st floor walkways.

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

Only complaint was the playground area. It was very disappointing compared to the pics.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cute, and located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The beach was within walking distance, which made it super convenient, and there were plenty of great restaurants in the area to choose from. Alma and Michael were fantastic hosts, so friendly and accommodating! They provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. It is described perfectly. The security gate and patrolling security was an added bonus. We hated to leave and will definitely try to return soon. Highly recommend.

I pointed some minor things to the owner’s rep, to improve curve appeal. Overall, it was great value and will definitely consider it again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay here. The resort was very family friendly, we loved cruising around on the golf cart and playing mini golf. The private beach access was nice and all amenities were as described. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay at the beach.

We visit the Sunnyside - Laguna - PCB area 2-3 times a year and have for the past five years, and this was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The golf cart was a huge bonus, making it super convenient to get around. We also really appreciated the attention to detail—especially the Mochamaster automatic pour-over coffee machine. It’s always a treat when hosts appreciate good coffee! The backyard was incredibly private, peaceful, and beautiful. The hot tub was another amazing perk. Since the beach was a little too cold during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time in the backyard, and honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. It was the perfect place to relax. We hope to come back soon!

This place was perfect! good neighborhood, close by to everything and the house was beautiful and very clean. Very comfortable stay for the price. The hose was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The Bnb was very great, gave us everything we needed and more. Very quite neighborhood and not far from the beach and local attraction,will definitely recommend others for the stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated in PCB. You get a taste of the beach but not the crowd! I can’t wait to return. Don’t miss out on booking this place! Worth every penny.

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Everything was close my boys and mom loved the pool, I was able to cook for my family with no problem. The entire house was clean and I definitely loved all 3 small bags with all of our needs (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lip palm ect)

Had a wonderful stay at Mary Galen's place! The first thing we noticed was how clean it looked and how clean it smelled as well. Perfect location for those who want to be near restaurants, shops, and the beach. We arrived before check-in and we were able to lounge by the pool while waiting. She was very responsive when it came to questions before our stay. I absolutely appreciate her being so accommodating and highly recommend her place for your stay!

Our first time on AirBnb and I have to say the experience was amazing. The Beach view with morning coffee was so relaxing. The condo was nice, clean and furnished. The Washer and dryer was a plus, condo felt vary welcoming. We look forward to future reservations with Nik! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointment.

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at Erica’s condo. Our party included 3 adults and 3 kids (elementary & middle school aged) and we all had plenty of room to relax before and after our full days at the resort pools and at the beach. The kids especially enjoyed the great views of the active turtles in the duck pond, who gather to sunbathe just below the balcony! Since the beach and largest resort pool is a 6-10 minute walk from the condo, we wish we’d brought a wagon to tote our tent/chairs/floats/towels. A good idea for anyone with beach belongings! We all (adults & kids alike) thoroughly enjoyed the lagoon pool, restaurant, and the private beach access. We drove to St. Andrews State Park (15-20min drive) and spent the day snorkeling, finding shells, and even spotted jellyfish & sting rays! Jodie was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped at all, and it was a perfect place to relax in the evenings. It’s very close the beach, and the complex felt safe.

We had a wonderful time at your place and truly appreciate you sharing it with us. Sandpiper Cove offered so much to do—golfing, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and beachcombing. The beach chair and umbrella setup was a fantastic extra! We loved starting our mornings with coffee and ending our days with happy hour on the balcony while watching golfers on hole #8 across the canal. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the necessities and more. We highly recommend it!

Everything was great! Only thing I would suggest is a few more towels available per bathroom 😊 Nicholas was very easy to connect with and willing to help! Super easy stay and awesome location!

Nicole was great to work with! The place was beautiful and in a super cute location. The carts helped with getting our luggage to the second floor. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus! There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out. It was clean and had everything you could need. The master shower and adjustable bed were an added treat. Highly recommend!!
