We stay at this condo every time we come to PCB because it’s awesome and right on the sand. Easy access to everything and free parking !

Olivia was very responsive, lock had a weak battery, she responded quickly and sent someone to replqce it, it was awesome, everything went as expected, I would sure love to come back for a longer stay, may be the house cleaner should leave an extra toilet paper roll , also needs a fixture in unit E.

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

We just finished up a couple of days at Chuck's Pelican's Nest. it is a cute studio apartment overlooking a Bayou close to where we needed to be. We like the old Panama City better than the beach (too crowded, too much traffic), so we were very happy with our location. St Andrew's was close by and we went to a couple of decent restaurants there on the bay. Chuck couldn't have been more helpful and we just wished the weather had cooperated a bit more than it did. We missed having a cocktail on his dock in front of the apartment! Thanks for letting us stay, Chuck!

We stayed here a couple nights after wrapping up our spring break. It’s a very short walk to the beach with a restaurant right next door. Other amenities are close by. Owner was very responsive to our messages and we enjoyed our stay.

Sea Vista at Sunbird Condos was truly a wonderful stay! From the incredible views of the ocean from the balcony, to the feeling of safety and peace, to the thoughtfulness of all the amenities and items for our use- it seems like they thought of everything! We had a peaceful and rejuvenating stay, and hope to book here again!

Keith was amazing at responding to messages quickly. This place was amazing. Watching dolphins in the ocean with morning coffee was more than amazing. The peaceful balcony was so great.

We had a wonderful week at Chrystal's place! She was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. This was my first time booking a rental through airbnb and it definitely did not disappoint! My family and I had a very memorable vacation and hope to have the opportunity to stay in this rental in the future!

This house was perfect for a relaxing time. It was cozy with nice comfy beds, plenty of room for our family and fully stocked kitchen. The view and the dock were the best part of the stay. This was truly a tread free vacation and the host communicated fast and was willing to help with whatever we needed. If we ever visit again we will be sure to stay here!

Chris was great. When I had a question he responded pretty quickly. The place really made me feel at home. The only downside was a liittle traffic noise but it wasnt too bad. It was also close to a park and alot of differant restaurants. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks Chris for hosting.

I stayed here for a week while I worked in town. It is a dream! Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds are a dream! 💭 The kitchen is beautifully updated and has all the things you might need. The A/C works great (I am hot-natured) and the lock and unlock app for the door is very convenient. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities when staying in town for a full week. Would 100% recommend and I would stay again if the need arises. Thanks again!

Laura’s house was the perfect getaway for our spring break vacation! It offered more than enough space for our three families, making it an ideal choice for a group trip. The kids (and even the adults!) absolutely loved the slide—it was a huge highlight of our stay. The extra cost for heating the pool was definitely worth it, as we spent countless hours enjoying it. We also really appreciated the abundance of beach towels, which made things so much easier. Communication with Laura was seamless, and she went above and beyond by providing great local recommendations. While we knew in advance that the house didn’t include beach chairs or sand toys, it would be a fantastic bonus for future guests. Also, though it wasn’t an issue for us, the number of stairs might be a consideration for those with mobility concerns. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we’d highly recommend it to others!

Great place with a beautiful view of the lagoon. Very spacious and nice kitchen. The deck was great to spend time with loved ones when a break from the beach was needed.

We loved the location of this place! The view from the deck and the few steps to the beach were perfect! The deck and beach were our favorite hangout spots. The retractable awning is awesome! The inside of the house was great, too! Furnishings were nice and the decor was cute. We had what we needed. We were provided with toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, and hand soap. We had plenty of pots and pans and items for cooking. There were plenty of beach towels and 2 fully working beach chairs. There are a few things I want to mention because I failed to notice in the pictures. These are NOT criticisms! The guest bath upstairs lacks storage. The sink is tiny with no cabinets or drawers. Bring your toiletries in a hanging bag! There is plenty of storage in the master bath. The second thing- there are no dressers or closets. There are 3 drawers at the end of each bed. Over-packers, beware. There is, however, a luggage stand in each room! We loved this place and would 100% go back! 5 ⭐️!

This was such a fun place in which to stay! It was walking distance to the quaint area of St. Andrew's where there were great restaurants, a marina, a variety of shops, and even a cute little museum. The house had a long private dock and even though the water if fairly shallow, we had a blast trying to catch flounder and rays. The hosts were great, too, and even accommodated all my questions/wishes. I would definitely recommend this home and wish you much fun there!

Ellen and Robbie’s home once again provided a relaxing respite from the stresses of life. Their home is very comfortable. It is nice being away from the hustle and bustle of activity in PCB, but close enough to drive there when we wanted action! On another note, Robbie and Ellen were kind enough to send me money after finding a hundred dollar bill in the bedding. That sure speaks volumes to their character! We are lookin forward to another visit soon!

Brooke's listing was in a great location and was the perfect size for a solo traveler or couple. The apartment was clean, nicely appointed, and had a great view of the sound, garden, and pool. Parking was easy and it was close to a few dining options within walking distance. It was also great value! I would stay again, and recommend to others.

We loved the location! Quiet and comfortable. Really liked walking on dock to watch sunset! Mike's place is has all the amenities.

Tom's condo is compact but nicely done. We only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it had a full size refrigerator. It is ideal for two people, the pool and balcony were great, and everything worked. The bathroom had a great set of drawers and cabinets to store all our stuff. The location was ideal, right on the inter-coastal and convenient to a number of great beaches on the gulf. it is set back from a main road so it was surprisingly quiet, had a lot of parking space.

Horacio communicated very well with us the whole step of the way. We came down for an early anniversary getaway, and the condo did not disappoint. It was exactly as explained with no surprises. If we have any questions he was quick to respond. We had everything we needed there. We didn’t spend a lot of time except for later in the evening, but we didn’t want for anything. It was an awesome experience. We will rent from him again.
