It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

the place is calm, neat and clean same like the photos michael is a friendly person with a quick response and helpfull i felt right at home, and i recommend him and the place for everyone

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. We were looking for a place for my family, coming from India, to celebrate New Year's. Sunrise Homes worked out like a charm, especially since we lived in the vicinity. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with the local market a 10-minute walk away. The seniors in the family had a very comfortable stay. Clean and very well managed by a Superhost, Teuta, who is very responsive, made our holiday memorable.

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Excellent place - there are many games for our children as well as a swimming pool and a gym - there are also all the shops - and a secure indoor parking for our car

Awesome stay! The location is super convenient—right near the Marina, with the metro and tram close by, plus 24/7 convenience stores downstairs. The building is clean, quiet, and feels really safe. The apartment itself is freshly renovated, modern, and has all the appliances you need. It’s bright, spacious, and just a great place to stay. Ikram & Stefano were amazing hosts—super responsive and helpful. Honestly, everything was perfect, and I’d 100% stay here again!

Ahmed & Hesham were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as described and it was in a perfect location. My family had a wonderful time.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We stayed at this apartment for one month - the location was perfect with walkable distance to the shopping mall, marina and plenty of restaurants. The place was squeaky-clean, host very friendly and responsive. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Все инструкции от хозяина были понятными и доступными, на наши вопросы отвечали в течение нескольких минут, старались помочь и решить ситуацию как можно быстрее. Жилье находится в очень красивом и комфортном комплексе, есть подземная парковка, чудесный бассейн и клубная зона, вокруг достаточно супермаркетов и необходимых мест. Для продолжительного проживания и работы очень удобно - нас порадовало несколько рабочих зон и прекрасный балкон с невероятно удобными креслами, откуда можно наблюдать за улицей или греться на солнце Обязательно остановимся еще раз, когда будем в Дубае! 🥰

The apartment is very well appointed. There's a super coffee shop/cafe on the ground floor and the staff there produce some really nice snacks and meals. Enjoy!
