Mirissa : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Where to start.. In my 10+ years on Airbnb, I have never come across a property like this. The hosts and their kids are just exquisite. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and cater to your every need. The apartment is brand-new, super clean, and has all the amenities needed at the same time the lush jungle and green surroundings give a very tropical vibe. Working from home cannot be better, more peaceful, and private and with high-speed internet. The family loves to cook a meal for you, so you can keep on working or simply enjoy a relaxing stay. There is also the possibility to rent their scooter or tuk-tuk, make use of the laundry services and enjoy a yoga session on the rooftop deck. It's situated in the middle of the jungle, with monkeys and all kinds of lovely creatures. We love to surf, and with the beach just 5 mins scooter ride away, we felt like we had everything we could dream of. We will be back for sure!:) Thank you Nalaka and family for the wonderful stay!

This place is great! Sonali is so responsive and helpful. The apartment is just as described, clean and well equipped. You do have to pay extra for AC which is needed. The washing machine is wonderful to have and a really nice touch. We would stay again!

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and appreciated all the thoughtful details. Communication with Dakshan was smooth and supportive from start to finish - he was very helpful, always quick to respond, and offered great assistance whenever we had questions or needed guidance. The apartment itself was in top-notch condition, featuring powerful air conditioning, fast internet, and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. The spacious layout and separate showers in each room gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the modern yet cosy feel instantly made us feel at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d gladly stay here again.

Gianluca ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, er war immer gut erreichbar. Er hat uns viele Empfehlungen gegeben und war stets hilfsbereit zum Beispiel bei der Organisation eines Scooters. Auch der Check-in sowie Check-out war flexibel. Die Unterkunft ist an einer optimalen Lage und fast direkt am Meer. Leider hört man nachts den Strassenverkehr, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Um etwas zu kochen ist alles Material vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wurde auch während unserem Aufenthalt kostenlos gereinigt. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Ahangama ist die Unterkunft eher etwas teuer, wir würden sie aber trotzdem wieder buchen :-)

We really loved our stay in the apartment. It's very nicely designed and has everything that's needed. Also, we really enjoyed cooking in the outside kitchen. The place has a nice working area if you ever need to be productive. Eva was a great host. She was there for us all the time and helped us a lot with everything. The beach is very close and several shops aren't far away.

Superb place for basing yourself whilst visiting Unawatuna, situated in a great location just on the outskirts of Unawatuna. I found Lotus Bloom excellent for facilities which are required for a short stay or long stay. The neighbourhood is situated in a peaceful residential superb. I found all communications with Numan first class and was always very quick to respond to any queries. I would also like to mention Shalika the caretaker who was always very responsive to my needs in a positive manner. I would defiently recommend Lotus Bloom if your thinking of visiting Unawatuna you will not be disappointed.

We were very impressed with the presentation and quality of the apartment. It was incredibly well-appointed, showing great thoughtfulness and generosity by the host. Rarely have I seen an airbnb so meticulously presented.

Although it doesn’t have too many reviews the place itself was just great and perfect for our first night stay. The bed is big and very comfortable and bathroom is also very nice. The location was good and although it’s next to busy street you can’t hear it. The guest house is separate from the main buliding which is very convenient. Definitely recommend!

Hadde flere nydelige dager her! Veldig fin villa i rolige og fredelige omgivelser. Huset var ryddig, rent og hadde et godt utstyrt kjøkken. Rundt 12 minutter å gå til stranda. Ville bodd her igjen!

Wir hatten einen wirklich wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist so viel schöner, als auf den Bildern und die Lage ist einfach toll. Man hat Blick auf die Reisfelder und die verschiedenen Tiere, die dort leben. Die Villa ist so bedacht an die Umgebung angepasst gebaut, dass man mit den Tieren gemeinsam dort lebt. Im Außen- Badezimmer hat sogar ein Vogel seine Eier in einem Nest gebrütet- einfach toll! Wir haben und sehr wohl und sehr umsorgt gefühlt, Charith der Haushälter hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und seine Kochkünste sind phänomenal. Er hat uns auf Anfrage Abendessen gekocht& es war das beste Essen, dass wir in der gesamten Urlaubszeit in Sri Lanka hatten. Das Frühstück war auch himmlisch. Tagsüber- nachmittags /abends wird die Villa zusätzlich noch von einem anderen Angestellten dort überwacht, sodass wir nicht jedes mal alle Türen abschließen mussten und ganz sorglos Ausflüge machen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Wir lebten 2 Wochen in der Villa Lankari und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war für uns eine kleine Ruheoase. Abends mit den Naturgeräuschen einschlafen und morgens damit aufzuwachen war sehr erholsam. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles, was benötigt wird, falls man sich etwas zubereiten möchte. Einen Roller zu mieten ist sinnvoll, da es ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptort ist, wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben auf unsere Anfragen immer zügig reagiert. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen, wenn man etwas Ruhe und Natur sucht.

The place exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful, peacful and clean. The garden and pool area were large and beautifully designed rooms are spacious and neat. Hiruni and sajith respected our privacy at all times they were a great help and were there whenever we needed which was great and highly appreciated! The host was easy to reach out to and always available they also helped us book taxis for our trips to and from the villa 💕 The location was great many restaurants close by just a short walking distance you could also see the train passing by through the day from many rooms in the villa which made our stay even more special it was a very unique experience the kids absolutely loved it! I cannot recommend villa noumi enough! I have been to many villas/beach houses in sri lanka this is definitely one of the absolute best!! Thank you and we cannot wait to be back 🥰

I wish I could give this place 10,000 stars! We celebrated my husband's 30th birthday here, and it exceeded all expectations. The hosts went above and beyond, sourcing a special desert - blueberry cheesecake - because it's his favorite. They also helped with party supplies, making us feel like family. The staff is warm and attentive while providing perfect privacy. The location is ideal— on a quiet beach, close to great restaurants, a popular Saturday-night dance spot, grocery store, and ATM. The team arranged tuktuks to Mirissa for whale watching and always helped with last-minute requests. The chef is outstanding—best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. The design of the property is impeccable—natural lighting, high-end finishes, and a relaxing atmosphere. I can't recommend this place enough. It’s a rare gem, and I’d return in a heartbeat! Thank you so, so much for Lauren, Neal, and staff for an incredible stay!

We’re a family of 7 adults who stayed at Lilypad. It’s comfortable, tastefully decorated & thoughtfully equipped. Ample space inside & out for us all to sit together or spread out Within walking distance of beach & shops, or short tuk-tuk ride (about £1). Plenty restaurants/cafes nearby & 2 great breakfast places: Shady Lane & Lost Paradise. Jamie & Angela were v helpful both before & during our stay. They checked in to ensure we had all we needed & were always ready to assist One evening we decided to eat in, Angela contacted a wonderful local lady on our behalf. Sashsarina visited the villa & prepared a truly fantastic Sri Lankan meal for us all at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Angela for arranging it. SO worth it! Special thanks to Dhana who is a delight. Very sweet & genuine guy, always smiling, discreet & really helpful It’s a chilled, relaxing piece of paradise with happy, smiling people. We stayed 6 nights & all wished it had been a lot, lot longer! Think that says it all!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für uns als Familie gewesen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Shaun. Der Balkon ist traumhaft, die Aussicht mit Meeresrauschen, besser geht's nicht🤩 Uns empfing Ruwan und war sofort da, wenn wir Unterstützung brauchten. Die Gegend hat eine besonders charmante Atmosphäre, die uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen, danke Shaun für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder🙏🏻

Amazing apartment! So close to galle so easy to go for dinner. Nice restaurant/ beach club within walking distance. Aircon was a lovely. plus restaurant was a nice addition for easy lunches/ dinner!

Great little oasis in Weligama, Ananda and his wife Malika were very hospitable. The unit was spacious and had all the amenities one could need, including washing machine, bicycle, cooking utensils, and even hot water in the shower. They also have a small convenience store attached to their home so anything you need is easily available. And especially enjoyed the breakfasts they kindly made for me during my short stay. Would have loved to stay longer if I had more time, hope to be back soon!

Pavi, Bathi and their family and friends are the loveliest of people, always ready to help or offer advice when needed. Our apartment was situated on the 2nd floor and was lovely, bedroom and bathroom bare very large as is the kitchen diner, if there was anything you needed Pavi got it sorted asap, the grounds are immaculate and have a plethora of wildlife wandering the grounds, the use of the swimming pool was a great addition. Polhena itself is situated in a great spot for travelling out from and has a wonderful little beach(it does get busy at weekends). Shops are in walking distance as is the main town of Matara or a short fun tuk tuk ride. Colombo and other places are easily accessible via buses or train, both a fun way to travel. We will be back.

This is our 2nd stay at Sha Villas by Ushaan. Overall, Five-star host and a brilliant apartment! Check in and check out is super easy, and Ushaan is a very communicative and thoughtful host. It is a beautiful , spacious place with great amenities. Immaculately clean and a very convenient location. We would book again for our next visit.

Had a great stay at this beautifully furnished, duplex condominium. The apartment has ample space, is extremely comfortable and ideally suited for a large family or group. It is also equipped with all the amenities you would expect from any 5* hotel. The host, Minoli was also extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. All in all, one of the best condominium properties in the area!

Joli appartement idéal pour 2 couples ou famille de 4. Quartier un peu à l'ecart du centre de Mirissa mais commodités accessible à pieds ou tuktuk. Logement confortable et où tout fonctionne bien. Mathilda, malgré son absence, est réactive et toujours prête à aider. Idem pour la personne qui s'occupe du ménage, adorable et disponible. Merci beaucoup !
