Words would fall short if I begin to praise Anu. He was super super helpful. Made our stay extremely helpful and easy breezy. He not only gave stellar local recommendations and acted as personal guide, he helped us through our trip including when we called him from afar asking for help when our car broke down. Anu is a gem! He was super friendly and the place is super neat and comfortable. The rooms/linen/bathrooms, everything absolutely clean and tidy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here. 10/10 would recommend and if I ever visit again, staying here itself again.

Mohammed's house is neat and located perfectly just before the Balcony walk, the only reason I chose to stay there. The location is perfect and peaceful. Since we are vegetarian, we carried our own food, but there is an Omani family nextdoor who were offering home cooked meals. I plan to revisit next month with a friend visiting Muscat.

A very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, modern. The location is good and the host is very friendly.

Thanks to the instructions it was no problem to find the apartment. Handy keyless entry systeem. Spacious private parking and only 15 minutes to walk to Nizwa city centre. Khalid was always ready to help and he gave good tips. We enjoyed our stay abd can highly recommend this apartment.

The Villa is a little paradise surrounded by gardens in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the historic city centre. Azzan was very welcoming, helpful and friendly in his communications. The villa and gardens are beautifully maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are planning to return the next time we are in Nizwa.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Misfat al Abriyyin. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie Inserat beschrieben. Ahmed und seine Mitarbeiter waren sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns auch einmal zu einem Kaffee im Rogan Café nebenan eingeladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu Wanderungen im Hadjar-Gebirge, man braucht nur etwas über eine Stunde mit dem Auto zu den Ausgangspunkten für die Wanderungen am Jebel Shams. Die Naturdusche fanden wir sehr cool 🤩 Der Garten bietet ausreichend Privatsphäre und ist schön gestaltet. Während des Ramadan sollte man beachten, dass die Unterkunft über keine Küche verfügt und direkt in der Nähe des Dorfes nur ein Foodtruck (mit sehr guten Burgern) nach Iftar öffnet. Einkaufen und weitere Restaurants gibt es nur im ca. 15 Minuten entfernten Al Hamra. Wenn man sich ein bisschen organisiert, ist das aber kein großes Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Jebel Shams Hills is purely amazing place!!! the best during pur stay in Oman. Humaid is very welcoming, he made a really late dinner for us, then the day after - breakfast. And also took us for an amazing trip!:) recommendations from the bottom of my heart

Paradise is a very accurate description of this immaculate property. Luscious, immersed in nature, amazing pool and just so authentic. Mr Mohammed the owner is a distinct gentleman with incredible kindness and hospitality. Our stay was simply heavenly, highly recommended for the demanding traveller that is looking for a real unforgettable experience. thank you Mohammed !
