We had an amazing time. The condo was the perfect size for our party of 8 and beautifully furnished. We loved the beach and pool access. Great atmosphere, the staff and security were friendly and accommodating. Walkable to the marina for restaurants. Would 100% book again!

Our host was most attentive and quick to resolve any issues. We loved the outdoor living space with private heated pool. Cleaning staff very trustworthy and friendly. Pool cleaned regularly. Close to small town grocery (water) laundry, tacos, bike repair, beer, butcher & pastry shops. Would stay again 😀

The house is beautiful. It definitely has a wow factor with lots of charm and character. The host Kevin and property manager Roberto were both very helpful and responsive. Kevin was very kind and understanding in regards to an accident we had. He also gave great restaurant recommendations. We would absolutely stay there again because of the great host, location, and beauty and spaciousness of the house.

This place is an oasis tucked in a residential neighborhood. It is a quick walk to local shops, restaurants and the beach. As the house is on the river, you have the calming sound of running water in the the background for your stay. There is a cultural arts center across the river and if you're lucky you might see a performance during your stay, from one of your many balconies. Getting around is easiest on foot and for longer distances an Uber or public transportation is your best bet. If you rent a car parking is very limited and on narrow, steep streets. The pool is not heated so it's a little cool in the winter months and best utilized in the morning as it becomes fully shaded by early afternoon. We were entertained frequently by the iguanas that live in the trees overhanging the pool and surrounding area. Don't worry, they stayed in the trees :) We were 8 people, 4 adult couples and the privacy afforded in this house is unprecedented. Fantastic! Tomas and Vicki are lovely!

This might have been the best trip of my life. Norma was amazing and the place was unbelievable.

This place was perfect for our group there for a birthday celebration. Everyone enjoyed having their own rooms with attached bathrooms, and all of the local cafes we could walk to in the morning. The location of this place is prime, and the place itself made us never want to leave. We will for sure be booking this place next year and make this an annual trip. Santana was amazing with all of our questions and his recommendations were spot on.

Area was perfect, traveling with 2 little ones and a mobility challenged senior, we were able to walk everywhere. The Villa exceeded our expectations and our hosts were pleasant and attentive. We needed support with the technology which they offered immediately. All in all we couldn't have been more pleased. perfect for a family reunion.

4th Trip to Villa Delphin. There's a reason we coming back. The house is as described with incredible ocean views. We usually go in the winter and have been able to see whales everyday. What people need to understand is the place is great but what makes it truly incredible is the cook and resident housekeeper Carmela. She made us breakfast and supper every day. You just tell her what you want to eat and she goes and does the shopping, prep, cooking and clean up. She is a big part of why we keep coming back, she is a kind generous soul. This is a place to truly detach form the world. You can walk to the ocean as the house sits above the water but if you wanted to swim in the ocean I wouldn't recommend that. The pool is always a nice 85 temp. We will be back.

Where to begin, this house is incredible! We had the best stay here for a long weekend celebrating a birthday with friends. Alfredo, Olga, and Gris were an outstanding addition to the house itself. We took advantage of their cooking, got help with a boat rental and more. The pool was the perfect size for our group and we loved having breakfast in the open air. Don't hesitate to book!

We travel frequently and always rent villas instead of condos. This was only the second time we rented a villa with full time staff. I always worry that they will be intrusive and impede feeling free and private. Mary and Karen were virtually invisible. I don't know how they accomplished it, but they were amazing. They prepared most of our meals and it was way better than any restaurant we tried in town. The house is one very short block away from the beach. You can hear the ocean and we didn't even bother to wear flip-flops to go back and forth. It was hard to get our teenage kids to leave the pool, which was heated round the clock and we stayed in there each night star-gazing for hours. The house is amazingly well appointed, authentic in style while modern in amenities. Shane was fantastic in booking us excursions, making great recommendations and being very very responsive on things we should not have even bothered her with. Truly a seamlessly run villa in all respects.

We loved our month and a half stay at Allan’s Villa Oasis. Previously we had stayed in Amapas, upper and lower, but Gringo Gulch makes you feel like you’re in the classic PV of Liz Taylor & Richard Burton’s day – their houses are right around the corner. Much of the Romantic Zone is every bit as accessible from this side, and Centro is just a short walk. The apartment itself is spacious and very well laid out. We spent every morning back in the pool-garden-oasis communing with the hummingbirds and other birds. The gardeners keep the flowers and tropical plants flourishing, and the housekeeper Maria, as others have commented, is a gem – efficient and unobtrusive. It was really a perfect stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Lauren’s villa. A wonderful location just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The beach is fairly quiet which we loved, added to the secluded appeal. The house itself is spectacular and stylishly decorated. The pool and hammocks are lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners. Spectacular sunsets every night. 10/10!!!

The pictures do not do this place justice! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, but none come close to this amazing place. The house itself has so much character. The private pool and lounge chairs gave us something to look forward to every afternoon. But foremost, the two massive patios overlook the Bay and provide the most stunning views at all times. The kitchen is great and was adequate for us to hire a private chef in. FINALLY, so quick to walk into town. I’d buy this house if I could. One consideration is that there is a lot of traffic on the road below that can be a bit loud for the front two bedrooms.

I absolutely loved staying at Evelyn and Esteban's place! The house and surroundings were lovely, the pool and golf cart made it so comfortable and easy to get around. As did the bird song and being in a quieter neighborhood out of town just enough. I can't wait to go back! Warm and helpful hosts.

This was the second time we stayed at Judith’s place and we absolutely love being there, it felt like home once again! Everything was as described and if we needed anything, Mauricio was right on top of it, no questions asked! It’s a beautiful secure space with lots of room especially for a big family of 10! The pool was a hit and the beach was a short 5 minute walk away. We loved having access to a ping-pong table and the barbecue for a small fee as well. The new washer and dryer was also a very nice touch and easy to use. We would have liked if there were more condiments available like the last time we stayed, such as cooking oil, pepper, and other spices, but we were able to purchase some at the mega nearby no problem. We absolutely recommend this beautiful place and will definitely be returning again, if it is available. Veronicas Airbnb was AMAZING! I had my bachelorette there and the pictures don’t even do that place justice! It was beautiful, clean and such a prime location to everything in PV! Not the mention the staff was what made the entire trip unforgettable. We felt like we were at a luxury 5 star hotel. The food was amazing by the chef, the bartender made the best drinks and always made sure the table was set up beautifully for breakfast or lunch. The girls loved him so much he was the sweetest man ever. The maid always cleaned our rooms and even helped with the decor. We want to come back and would reccomend to anyone and everyone. Highly recommend booking your stay here if you want to have the most breathtaking views and relaxing time! Lastly, our concierge Blanca helped with every reservation, booking for the drivers and more! We felt so safe and taken care of by her and the staff! She helped handle anything we needed!
