I have never stayed in South Park before. This location was so fun! Lots of little places to walk to. No issues with parking.

I was looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and recharge and this fit perfectly. Anita and Brian are great hosts, friendly and helpful but still respected my privacy. The setting is also beautifully landscaped and the deck was great to have for relaxing and enjoying the water view. I can highly recommend.

Had wonderful stay—it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, though it was a little chilly. The space had everything we needed and perfectly suited our accommodations, including all the essentials, especially for those who enjoy cooking!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb. hist provided excellent instructions and the space was accurately described in the listing. Was a great basecamp for visiting San Diego friends and exploring the city.

Love Teri’s place! Feels just like home whenever we stay there. Walking distance to Better Buzz Coffee and Vons for groceries. Everything you need is there for you to make the place feel like home away from home. Teri was a great host too, can’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting to stay in San Diego.

the space was great for our needs - two adults and two kids from the same family. it's not a big space and the barrier between the sleeping spaces does not block a lot of sound so probably not best for people who are not very close with each other! pullout couch is best for kids, not the most comfortable for adults. we loved the patio for breakfast and location was perfect. thanks for a great stay!

Everything about this guesthouse is excellent. It is unbelievably spacious, more like an entire apartment, with all the amenities of home. The backyard is peaceful and relaxing. Quality, Care, and Hospitality. The hosts go out of their way and an extra mile for guests. I did not stay long simply because I was there for a particular event as opposed to leisure, but it gave a tropical vacation mood nonetheless. Highly recommend.

1000/10 ZERO complaints! The views from the patio/front of the house are beautiful. Perfect place to go for runs/walks. My friends and I loved it! We can’t wait to come back in the summer when it’s warm. Back houses are typically not my thing but we never saw or heard anyone. Sometimes you can hear when they’re home because you can hear steps but it’s not loud. The place has everything you need: towels, extra toilet paper, utensils, cups, plates, detergent. We played music on a speaker and laughed day and night, so Sorry Atoosa if my friends and I were loud at all..

Super comfortable spot in a great neighborhood, everything you need close by. Great hosts. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for a one night stay. It’s so close to a lot of good restaurants and stores. Also the perfect spot to stay if you’re looking for somewhere close to the observatory theater!

BOOK IT! Aesthetically well done, extremely comfortable, perfect location. Really enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. Unit has everything you may need during your stay. Love this neighborhood, so many great restaurants and shops. Parking was always available. Space is squeaky clean and bed is comfy. Next time I’m in SD I will stay here again.

The Seaside Sanctuary was such a beautiful place. It was very clean, Zahra was great with communication and giving local recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this beautiful spot and can’t wait to book another trip there soon!

We had an amazing little staycation over the weekend at the Violet Oasis. Extremely clean, the bed was so comfy we never wanted to leave, both parking locations easy to find and Elizabeth and Paola were super responsive. Rather than feel like we were staying at an Airbnb it felt like staying over at a friend’s place. Their passion responding to their guests, making them feel at home and providing information on what to do in the area really shows in this listing. We will be back!

It’s was amazing staying a Kim’s guesthouse. Felt very private and peaceful. The birds sounded so beautiful in the morning, we thought it was fake at first. The flowers just outside are beautiful. The beach within walking distance was a perfect place to play, lay out, watch the sunset and surfers. We even saw dolphins one night! Just a magical time. We will definitely come back!

Quiet place

This place is perfect for a couples getaway to San Diego, located in a quiet, peaceful, and SAFE neighborhood yet so close to many parts of San Diego! The place was so nice and had a It’s own private entry way which was also nice. My partner and I were too busy out exploring but realized it would be the perfect Airbnb to also spending cozy nights in watching a moving on the couch with takeout :). Marilee was a great host in the aspect that we barely needed to contact her because everything we needed was so easy to use and find. All in all a great find!

This apartment is great for 2 people to enjoy the San Diego / La Jolla area. We stayed here for a full month. The apartment is very cozy and the hosts are absolutely fantastic! They have an office set up downstairs (in the garage) and work there most weekdays and occasionally on weekends, so you're not in a totally private house (you have your own entrance and space upstairs), but they are close by for questions. As is prevalent in the area our small dog was very welcome in this apartment. If you have a small dog be wary of coyotes that roam the area.

Very much enjoyed staying here! Nice and clean space, and host was great! Loved being in the heart of Pacific Beach!

The property was clean and we really enjoyed the outside patio and firepit. It was close enough to walk to Little Italy, if you are in good shape. We did most days. The home had everything you need. Sam was awesome. Clear instructions on how to use the firepit and whirlpool. He was great at communicating if you had any questions. Do not hesitate to rent this home.

This Airbnb is fantastic. Everything you need for your vacation home is there. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, modern washer and dryer. Communication was friendly and we were so happy that we could check in earlier and checked out later than usual. Thank you Corey and Anja.
