David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

We had a great time at Agota’s rental. Everything was as described and pictured. Communication was very prompt, which is very appreciated. One thing to point out to future renters: even though it is clearly noted within the description that the pool is heated by solar panels only, it was not clear to us that this means that the pool will not be heated on days when it isn’t sunny (which is obvious, but definitely not something that we thought of and a bit unfortunate). We would def stay here again though and recommend it

This place was absolutely amazing and magical. Definitely above and beyond our expectations. It was very nice, quiet and the nature was incredible. The host was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we were having a great experience. We’re very grateful that she opened up her place for us. Everything was perfect! Would definitely do this again!

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

Hillary’s place was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by incredible scenery. There were so many amazing wineries nearby, which made the whole experience even better. We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back again soon!

bsolutely loved our stay at Julie’s place in Ojai! From the moment we booked, Julie was warm, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with—she made everything seamless. The house itself is stunning—beautifully designed, full of thoughtful touches, and nestled in such a peaceful setting. It truly felt like a retreat. Heidi’s home provided a wonderful vacation home base for my family’s vacation. Heidi and Susie were very friendly and responsive from booking through check-out. Everything in the home was as described. Worth paying extra to have the pool heated and when any glitches came up, they responded quickly and effectively. Great location and very comfortable, well stocked house! The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. My entire family agreed we would definitely return to this rental for our annual Santa Barbara trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party, it was amazing! The house is exactly what we wanted, and fit seven ladies perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

We had a fantastic stay! Michelle made it effortless to communicate with her. Check-in process was simple and informative. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities that made everything easy and enjoyable. The views were absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful setting to wake up to each morning. The layout of the home was perfect for our group, with ample space for both quality family time and moments to spread out and enjoy a bit of personal space. Truly a great house in every way—we’d love to come back!

Thank you, Grady, for offering such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view! The openness of the living area, the different outdoor areas to gather together or just relax alone quietly, and the dedicated office area made our stay the perfect place to reconnect and visit with family we hadn't seen in awhile. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen has a great coffee maker and the ocean view from the dining room was beautiful. We especially loved the surfboard table in that area. We can highly recommend a stay here!

Great place to stay, extremely clean, well organized, has all the amenities you need. It’s a lovely place!

Cathrine’s little cottage was perfect for a quiet getaway. I kept smiling every time I looked around at the beautiful setting nestled in the quaint gardens with complete privacy. Just minutes from the country mart and other great shopping and restaurants makes it the perfect spot. I’d highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a perfect spot close to everything in Santa Barbara but serene enough to read a great novel with a tasty cup of coffee.

Karen’s home was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed that the home was walking distance to beaches. It was nice that a beach cart and beach toys also provided with stay. I would definitely stay here again! Only feedback is that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates provided do not fit length of stairs so recommend bringing your own gate if traveling with little ones.

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Hollywood Katina! From start to finish the experience was Hollywood! Katina was proactive from the beginning! Asking me about the trip and making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The area is so chill and so peaceful! The beach is pristine and the unit was about as clean as I have ever seen. My family and I explored the area and surrounding areas. From Pinnacles to the Channel Islands back to Ojai and Oxnard, Ventura, Solvang then back down to LA! The people the shopping the hiking all as perfect as you can get. We loved all the extras that Katina had for us and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a SoCal getaway. Thank you Katina

Great place in a nice little neighborhood pocket that is still walkable to shops/beach. Hosts were responsive and accommodating to our needs with a baby. Would definitely recommend this listing and hope to stay again.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

Marty and Carey's home was a perfect place for our friends' reunion! The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and with great decor. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the openness of it. The couches and beds were very comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful, we spent most of our free time out on the patio, and the kids loved the swings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and we enjoyed being so close to the mesa bluffs and the private beach. We can't wait to come back again!

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

My husband and 2 kids did a quick little 2 night get away to Ojai over Spring Break. We drove up from Encinitas so it was a quick, little road trip. We ate at great restaurants, Papa Lennons, Farmer and Cook, The Oak at OVI, The Dutchess and did a 9 mile bike ride at the Ojai River Preserve right down the street this Air B&B. It was so fun and so relaxing and just what we all needed. Can’t wait to go back!
