Nico’s place is all you could want for a San Francisco place. It is urbane and classy, reminded me of London. It is located on a quiet street with lots of eating options nearby. The muni line at DuBoce is a few blocks away with easy access to downtown and the airport via BART. I have stayedin many bnb’s in this area, and it is definitely the best. I would definitely stay again.

We gathered a small group of friends for a memorial service of a friend who suddenly passed away. This house was perfect for us - plenty of beds, open space to talk, kitchen was great, and walking distance to the beach where we held the memorial. Our host was very friendly and accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. Easy check-in. Prompt communication.

We have stayed at Donny’s multi times. We find the space comfortable and complete. Donny responds quickly and is very accommodating. We feel safe at Donny’s and always find parking. Plan to stay here next time we are in to town.

This four-bedroom house is good for a big family and is located in a great community. I will definitely come back.

It was the perfect place for our family to gather over the holidays. Cozy but spacious with that back cottage providing a separate space for separate couple.

This was our second stay with Zhi & Vikas in this apt and the quality has not changed one bit! This is a wonderful place to stay! It’s become our California home away from home that makes it possible to visit our son, daughter-in-law and 2 young grandchildren. It’s clean. It’s quiet. The towels are great. Loved the choices of body washes and shampoos (in case you forgot yours) Conveniently located near stores, parks, Golden Gate Park and the beach. I’d actually like to keep it a secret so it will always be available for me whenever we come to visit. 😀

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, well lit, and thoughtfully provisioned throughout. It's more spacious than it looks in the photos. There are large closets with lots of hangers (also terry cloth spa robes) and plenty of drawer space in both bedrooms, also plenty of storage space in the bathroom, with good towel bars and hooks as well. Everything appears to be brand new, high quality materials, furnishings, linens, etc. Sue thoughtfully provided not only coffee and tea but also a few days' worth of milk, eggs, whole wheat English muffins, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh bananas, apples and mandarins, chocolate bars, some salty snacks -- all sorts of treats! She similarly provided a wide array of toiletries in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable -- we appreciated the extra pillows of differing firmness. Neighborhood is leafy and quiet, yet with some fun restaurants an easy walk nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheilah’s place. It had everything the two of us needed for a very comfortable one week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies including coffee, tea, oil and vinegar and a variety of spices. The location was great: we could walk to a variety of restaurants, two major grocery stores and to Walgreens. It was easy to use public transportation from her place to get into San Francisco. Sheilah was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her Airbnb and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Betty’s place was a lifesaver for me during a transition! Such a comfortable apartment in a fantastic location for a monthlong stay. Betty was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. This apartment is perfect for a short or long term stay!

I especially appreciated that Chase made sn alarm code out of numbers that were ones I personally use in everyday life-I didn’t worry about forgetting. The Brita in the fridge and additional space heater were nice touches. The bed was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our 2nd booking with this listing. It meets all expectations. Very clean. Anything needed for our stay was available. A well stocked kitchen was perfect for our meal preps. The super hosts have a generous welcome basket that was wonderful for our later arrival quick snacks. The hosts, Stanley and Virginia, are quick responders to any of our inquiries.

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

Had been a very good 10-day stay. Kids loved it. Place is warm and cozy, has basically everything you need in it. Easy street parking too. Genaro has been quick to response to any question. Was a little worried about the neighborhood before staying after reading some news, but it turned out to be perfectly fine, though you still need to take care of yourself and watch out for surroundings, like anywhere you go.

Fabulous place in a great location. The kitchen was modern and had many extras we really appreciated, like a Nespresso machine with pods (there is also a traditional coffee maker for those who prefer drip coffee). The host was quick to respond to communications. Check-in was easy. We enjoyed the location, which was within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

We loved this place and the location was great. You cannot find a better view. The bedrooms are both roomy with great beds. We had a fuse blow and were able to reach out and get assistance immediately. Only downfall was our neighbors smoking in their unit and it seeped into ours.

This is a time share property. So it operates more like a hotel than a private condo. Randall contacted me ahead of time to give a heads up of what to expect when checking in. The room was great. It was a mini suite with a kitchenette, living area and separate bedroom. There’s a washer & dryer on every odd floor that are free for the guests, and the front desk will give you free detergent if you need it. The only downside is that it is on the edge of the tenderloin district, so one wrong turn and you are in very sketchy surroundings. In the opposite direction is the union park area, which is nice and has some decent cafes and stores. So definitely take the map from the front desk and heed their warnings about what area to avoid, and you’ll be fine.

I stayed at Virginia’s place for a longer work trip and it was absolutely great! She was very responsive & flexible with arrival, the place was very clean & comfortable with the right amount of amenities (spices, glassware, soap, etc.) The location is great & the neighborhood felt safe! I would stay here again next time I’m in SF!

We loved staying at Carly and Allie's place - spacious, beautifully furnished, awesome kitchen and in an amazing location. Would highly recommend. And Allie was super helpful, friendly and immediately responsive. Our family had an incredible stay in SF - loved it!
