Our stay in this charming historic home was fabulous! The owners were so gracious and the location was great to take a walk through the campus of UWA. We enjoyed it and will be coming back!

Interesting, quiet stay in beautiful historic hotel in Cottonwood Falls. Suzan was wonderful host and I highly recommend spending time at this unique place.

Very clean and simple units, exactly as advertised. There is a nice shared outdoor area too. Can’t beat the location, close enough to all the shops and restaurants downtown, yet far enough away where it’s quiet.

Karen is so sweet, outgoing, & welcoming. She introduced herself our first morning there. We her talking to several guests. Checks in with every others to ensure their stay is going well. Rooms are recently renovated & very clean. We have 1 suggestion. Room 7 could use an extra mirror. My wife & mother-in-law had to share the bathroom mirror in the mornings. Maybe 1 more in general space of living room/dining room. Otherwise, great place & would stay again.

Would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking for a unique stay. The rooms are up several stairs so if stairs aren’t your thing, then this is not for you. The hosts were amazing and very responsive to messages and wonderful to visit with.

We loved this location! It is in walking distance to Bourbon Street. It was perfect for our quick trip to see the city! It is also directly across the street from a Starbucks!! I will definitely book here again in the future.

This is a neat little spot. Definitely felt like an old west hotel in terms of decor. Simple room and to the point. Comfy bed. I know this town since I'm from the area, but there's good printed info in the room for the local spots to check out. On the town square, so great if you're visiting for a car show! Easy parking (I was in a Uhaul).

The Firehouse in Vivian is such a beautiful space. The accommodations are modern and beautiful, focusing on the beautiful history of the firehouse. The highlights are the fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room and the absolutely wonderful shower, offering a rain shower and side jets. We will definitely be back if we come to Vivian in the future. Thank you for a memorable experience!

This is my second stop at Ginni’s and I will definitely stay again if back in the area! She is so hospitable. I felt right at home and she was able to help with anything I needed. Journey (the family dog) was a bonus!!

Absolutely loved our one-night stay! The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable, I slept like a baby. Nice size mini refrigerator, microwave, Apple TV for streaming apps, safe parking lot, stand more. The only downfall would be that it seems like the city was closed after 7pm; based on the availability of food delivery and gas station snacks. Horrible planning on my end, but I was in town for a last minute work event. I would suggest to bring your own. Highly recommend and will come back!

Lovely inn with peaceful surroundings. Kim thought of everything to make our stay at the inn so comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thanks for being great hosts.

I stayed 4 nights at The Steamboat Inn. I didn't arrive til later in the evening and my GPS rerouted me. Charles helped over the phone find the inn and he stayed til I arrived. All is as described and better. Charles is a font of information and very knowledgeable about the rich history of the area. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. I espenjoyed the lovely spring weather just sitting on the front porch and relaxing. I dined at 2 very good seafood restaurants and did the Plantation home tour and museum in Franklin as recommended by Charles. I can't wait to return. Charles and Wes make you feel right at home with their southern charm and hospitality.

The inn was simply beautiful! Our suite was just enough room for the two of us and the bathroom amenities were amazing. There was even a little drawer of "things you may have forgotten" which was such a great idea- wish more places had that. The view was breathtaking from the hot tub and the kitchen is state of the art. Only note is the inn is owner occupied, so there were times we would hear footsteps and such when we're weren't expecting it but we appreciated that if anything went wrong they were close by to support. We would definitely stay again.

I needed this quick stay while I was in town for a short period and found it to be a great find. The host was very responsive and flexible with my check in and everything was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I was passing throughand I recommend it to anybody needing a quick stay.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. The booking was incredibly last minute, but the peace and quiet as well as the level of comfort were just what we needed. We will be booking again this summer and can’t wait to return!!

Excellent value for money. Frankly unbeatable. The building is being renovated so it should get better with time. Not really a place to get work done with the lack of a desk and middling wifi, but perfect when you need a simple functional place to stay. The value proposition literally cannot be beat.

Hunters this is perfect for hunting the Shawnee National forest. Room had three beds and costs less than hauling a camper and paying for the campground and extra gas. This was awesome.

great place to stay for the price. nothing fancy, but we just needed a hot shower and a place to sleep. beds were kind of hard, but for 1 night, it was ok.
