Had to adjust our stay from our first booked trip due to a family death and the hosts were accommodating and understanding. Great people, clean and safe home, overall great experience!

I loved Desiree home it was perfect for my kids and i. we felt at home! Had a lil issue 1st night but Desiree responded fast and were very helpful with the situation Thanks I will book again when I come back 😁

This was a great place for our group to stay. Plenty of room and beds for all. Great space to spread out in the kitchen/dining/living area for all of us. So close to Old Market! It made for a quick walk to get anywhere we wanted to go, which was especially nice when coming home late at night. We felt very safe at all times. It was great to have three bathrooms! We did not spend much time on the roof patio but it would have been a great place to relax if we'd had more time. Nice to have a garage even though it only fit one of our vehicles! Only possible drawback for someone is that the kitchen/dining/living area are on the second floor so a lot of steps during the trip but we handled it fine! We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My family and I had a amazing time while staying in this home…Everything was great no complaints here at all…Definitely recommend booking with this host when you’re going to be in town…Very responsive,clean,and beautiful home…We will definitely be booking again.

I almost don't want to rate our stay because we want to stay here anytime we are on the coast. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good and fishing was decent. We happened to catch a week of 85degree highs and 75 lows. pay the $2 toll to find open beaches. The closest beach goers were 100 yards or more away from us. Most of other units are permanent residents and extremely friendly. Watermans restaurant across the street, catch live mullet in ditch next to complex for free bait. they provide kayaks, crabs traps. so many extras i cant recommend this place enough. A small alligator came around when I dumped left over bait from crab traps. I luckily wasn't close enough to try to wrewrestle it. Another gator came to say hello when I was fishing close to golf course. They are small but be vigilant with small kids or pets.

Loved staying at 117 St. Mary's Pl in Dubuque. The house provides the best of old Dubuque charm with easy access to downtown. Nick's communication was proactive and clear and he was encouraging to be in contact if there were any issues, which there were not. The place was immaculate and had everything that was needed. All in all, an absolutely fabulous stay!

I stay here very often for work and I am a huge fan of the space and the help of the host.

We had an unexpected trip to Columbia after our mother was rushed to MU Hospital. Despite the very short notice request, our host Bill was incredibly responsive and accommodating and ensured the house was cleaned and ready within hours of contacting him. The house was great and provided plenty of space for the family members rushing in from across the country. Can’t say thanks enough Bill!

The home is beautiful with great amenities in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. It was exactly as described and just what we needed. It was clean and safe, and the garage parking is a huge advantage.

I had the honor of staying in this lovely home while I was working in Burlington for a few months. I LOVED it there! The space is beautiful, cozy and very spacious. It was so easy for me a small town girl to feel at home! It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood and that’s important for me because I’m a female that often travels alone. Derek was great! Awesome host! Very accommodating. Any questions I had, they were on it in no time. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation!

This property was exactly what my family needed to visit family over Thanksgiving week. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There were many stores and restaurants nearby.

Our stay at David's place was exactly what you want from an Airbnb. David was proactive with getting the keyless touchpad programmed to the code that we provided. His place was very spacious with vaulted ceiling in the living and dining rooms. The furniture was in excellent condition and was very comfortable. The beds had ample blankets and were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items that most guests would expect. We rarely dine out when we travel and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meals. David's place is close to Midland University and about a mile from the main business district. David's place is located in a group of newer townhouses and the area was very quiet. If we happen to travel to Fremont in the future, we will definitely try to reserve a stay with David.

Taylors place was great and as described! Great communication and response for Taylor and our stay was perfect!

This was a lovely place to stay while seeing family in the area was very clean everywhere in the apartment! The bed was comfortable the bathroom and kitchen had everything you would need for you stay. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself again in the future!!

My second time to stay in ACT One, it was perfect for our weekend with our adult kids. Great location and spacious enough for the 4 of us. One plus is the 2.5 bathrooms. And it’s very well kept and clean. Great place at a good value

We really enjoyed staying in this home on our drive back home to BC Canada. We have stayed in allot of places thus far and this one has to be my favorite. It’s big, clean and has beautiful decor. You can tell they put allot into this place to make it extra special. The beds were comfy the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. I would live there, it was that nice 😊

Quiet and nice place.

This was a beautiful condo! It was easy to get to and close to the highway so we could drive to the University quickly as well as get to the airport quickly. The area was quiet which made for a comfortable stay. Nichole was super responsive and incredibly great to work with!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s condo. It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a grocery store. The area felts extremely safe, even at night. The place was clean and comfortable and accommodated all of our needs. Eric was super responsive and was flexible when an unexpected personal issue challenged us. We are regular Airbnb guests and this is one of our best experiences.

The place was cute and had lots of sleeping space, as described. The price was great, and - best of all - the location was excellent! The townhome is a very short drive to the arch, St Louis University, and tons of restaurants, and is within easy walking distance of a brewery. The hosts' clear communication and instructions were super helpful, especially when it came to figuring out where we were going in the neighborhood and in finding the right place. They were also super responsive!

We stayed there for a month between houses and loved the place. Easy access and close to everything local.

Allison’s townhome is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with consumable products. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We look forward to our next stay.

David was the most responsive host I've ever had. Overall this was a good experience with only one small hiccup of the smoke detector battery dying. David was very responsive and came to fix it as soon as he could. Overall, the place was great! It was clean and pretty. A few games were available too. A few items needed to be a bit more finished (e.g. drawers in the bedrooms), but nothing disrupted our stay. It's near a highway so a bit noisy but it didn't wake me up. The gated community increased my sense of safety. Overall a great stay!
