Stay was great was a good vibe and nice scenery. Love the trees and tranquility of the neighborhood. Stay wasn’t really luxury but more of regular home just situated in forestry area. Only great thing was scenery. Propane grill caught fire due to a bad propane leak on grill. I’m certified in fire safety. There was no fire extinguisher on site which is very dangerous. Really wanted to use grill. Was able to extinguish fire without extinguisher. This air bnb was missing crucial things. Dishwasher didn’t work , hand washed dishes whole time. Dryer didn’t work air dried clothes. Windows don’t have any privacy can see straight into room. Hot tub wasn’t the cleanest. WiFi and Tv were a joke (didn’t work). Overall property still had nice vibes and resort is amazing.

We had a fabulous stay at The Treehouse. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. It was private and peaceful. The layout was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay again when visiting Lake Livingston.

Kathy was an amazing host. The place was the amazing getaway that we were looking for and Kathy was very proactive and responsive with her communication. She reached out well in advance with recommendations and instructions and was very responsive with any inquiries we had - she was the best host I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with on Airbnb. Would highly recommend the property and Kathy!

Great chalet! It was clean and well we're greeted with a dog basket with all the essentials (that was super helpful and amazing). The hot tub was lovely, warm, and CLEAN. All of the beds had different firmness and softness so it can accommodate many different preferences. The dishes were clean, which always makes me happy. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this rental to others.

We loved our stay at the Jaybird Treehouse. It was perfect for exploring the various parts of the Shawnee National Forest. Kris is so kind and responsive! There were tornado warnings during our stay and she kept us informed and opened her basement to her guests to make sure everyone stayed safe. Our kids loved the trap door to their room and could've spent the whole trip in the treehouse. We took Kris's advice and brought ingredients for the ice cream maker - what a fun treat! Highly recommend the Jaybird Treehouse or any of Kris's other rentals!

We had a great long weekend at the house. Plenty big for 2 adults and 2 kids. And could easily do up to 6 people comfortably. Very peaceful in the woods. The property that it’s in is pretty impressive with rolling hills, golf courses, and walking trails. Having the pool and amenities in the clubhouse was a bonus. Was also a very short drive into Galena. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking in the area.

The perfect gem for a tired parent getaway! The driveway is as Katie describes but is maneuverable (even with a giant truck). Location offers plenty of privacy from neighbors on either side and a beautiful early spring view of the sunrise and sunset. Interior is clean and cozy. Absolutely recommend!

Pleasant and comfortable stay! Instructions are very detailed which caused a bit of worry initially, but Tony assured us it is because people have taken advantage of this property’s offerings. Keep in mind when booking, that depending on the season, the property may not be as secluded as expected- that was totally okay with us though. Overall, we had a great experience and heavily recommend this stay! Be sure to read through all the rules and guidelines to understand your expectations as a guest as well.

The property is just absolutely beautiful. I loved it, my husband loved it and so did the kiddos. Immaculately clean and it is exactly as the pictures depict. The nature sounds and the private location made it just perfect for our family getaway. I highly recommend this place. And Misty was so responsive, very quick and very helpful. The home is just lovely and I can't wait to come back!

This treehouse is so neat, we have been wanting to stay here for awhile. We were excited to see it was available for the weekend. Host are great!! We were able to check in and hour after making the reservation. If your in the area makes this place your next stop!!!

Absolute loved our stay at The Hideaway, and will surely be back to stay here again! Had everything we needed, and the location/views were everything we hoped for. Very peaceful and comfortable. Incredibly communicative and easy to follow instructions from the host - thank you for everything!

It was truly a perfect getaway opportunity and experience. It’s not often you’re up 20+ feet in the air with the view this location offers. Perfectly placed windows in the bed loft so you woke up to the sunrise every morning and big windows allowed for a great amount of natural lighting. We went when the temperature outside was 25 degrees - 45 degrees most nights but the treehouse loft was perfectly insulated. The space itself was great and exactly what we wanted and needed. It is fairly small so plan ahead for that and also look how to use a compost toilet in advance - we did not on accident and accidentally used it wrong but the hosts were really great about it. If you are looking for a getaway to detach from regular life this is the place. It’s also only 20ish min from a city so there’s plenty to do if you’re bored.

The Painted Bird is peaceful and beautiful. Enjoy the outdoors on the 2 spacious decks, relaxing or grilling a yummy burger OR just hanging in the hammocks taking in nature. Tucked away in the woods yet just a few minutes from town. We loved every minute of our stay, comfy, clean and quiet.

This is an annual trip for my husband and I. We love this cabin and the location so much. Robbie is responsive and one of the best host I have come across in AirBnb. 1000% recommend!!

Great little tree house. The place is in the back corner of Dan's property. not really hidden or private, but it's quiet and peaceful. The ace is made of cedar so it smells great. Dan was a great host.

Such a cool little gem in the middle of Oklahoma. We celebrated our one-year wedding anniversary here and loved it! I can’t express how cool it was to be able to watch the zebras from our window! We got attached to them 😍 The cabin was the perfect size for us. It had everything we would need for a short weekend stay. They even provided some snacks and two bottles of water! Nice treats! The weather ended up being freezing the first day, but with the hot tub, it was perfect! We soaked and appreciated the nature, and zebras, around us. We loved walking around the property and checking out the other animals! We will definitely be coming back!

So I must first say the residence is absolutely gorgeous. On top of the that the scenery, with how quiet it is from just everyday sounds is just what one would need to just get away from the everyday life. It's a place needed and in a perfect spot to self reflect and just enjoy the moment. I will definitely be going back here for future visits, in all honesty it raised my expectations in a lovely way.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! My family had an amazing experience staying at Melissa’s place! The cabin was just as described – clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with plenty for us and our teenagers to do outdoors, from enjoying the hot tub, to kayaking, wading in the creek, cooking s’mores or just relaxing in a hammock. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The communication was seamless, and I appreciated how quick the host was to respond to any questions I had. The little touches, like fresh towels, complimentary coffee, and the thoughtful guidebook, made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the rush of life. Our family will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Tree Loft was absolutely perfect! The place is gorgeous, peaceful, and impeccably clean—everything about it exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and cozy weekend, and we didn’t even feel the need to leave the loft. The attention to detail in the design and comfort of the space is truly impressive. The hosts were so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We are beyond pleased and already looking forward to coming back!

The treehouse was as described. The setting was comfortable. There was a really nice elevated deck and also a covered picnic table. There was a pristine BBQ grill. The description was clear that there was no wifi. As long as you know that ahead of time you will be fine staying here.

We really enjoyed spending our 3rd anniversary here. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and sitting out on the deck after dark listening to owls and coyotes. Thanks again, Kristi!

This is a unique rental located in a beautiful patch of cedar trees. The outhouse is very clean. I'm tempted to call it beautiful. David and Shari were very responsive and thoughtful hosts. The cabin has a lot of very thoughtful amenities. We had a really nice time here.
