When spending the week with family, I like to have a place to retreat. I like it to be comfortable and low key, but quirky enough to be an experience. I didn’t hesitate to book the schoolhouse next time I was in town.

This is THE place to stay! Nearby everything. Affordable. Super adorable. We can’t wait for our next visit to KC. I loved everything about this venue.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gilda's. The location was ideal and the space was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed all of the artistic touches and found it very cozy and welcoming.

This stay was perfect, the home was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our group. The river view was great! Everything was clean and accessible. Our host was fantastic. Was extremely responsive(even before booking). Made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. The house was just as described. it worked great for our families spring break getaway. Had a small issue with a door code and host was super responsive and helped resolve it quickly. The garage parking was very nice to have as well.

I enjoyed my stay here in Joplin and this house was in a great location. The modern decor and furniture was a nice touch.

Judi is very friendly, she even picked me up from the bus station. She is sooo good. And she even would like to provide a ride help if you need. She is great. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Great little spot with amazing views of the lake from the back yard as well as a good view from the front porch. Very remote and serene with amazing views of the stars on a clear night. Well supplied kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of space throughout the home, including an awesome game room and a bunk room downstairs. The host was extremely quick to respond and supplied clear concise instructions for check in/out

I had a fantastic stay at Kelly’s place! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Kelly’s attention to detail and hospitality truly made the experience stand out. I appreciated her quick responses. This house is lovely. It is much larger than it appears in photos, with plenty of room on each floor. It was impeccably clean as well. The neighborhood is darling.

We had a great stay! The place is huge yet feels nice and cozy! The area looks like it was depressed and is on the upswing and they are doing a great job! Also, so many things in walking distance, grocery store, gym, really cure wine bar! We enjoyed our stay! We would stay again!!

The condominium is conveniently located in a quiet area not to far from parks, restaurants, theaters and many other attractions. It is a spacious place with nice furniture and decor. The kitchen, rooms and bathrooms are equipped with all you need to spend some time away from home. The host was very proactive in providing information and responding messages. We highly recommend this place to future guests.

Beautiful place! Great view off the back deck! Pictures are very accurate of the inside. Dog Days Bar and Grill literally 2 min walk across the street. Very short drive for shopping and restaurants. Jason was a great host to work with! Can’t wait to stay again.

Very spacious for our family of seven. Super comfy beds and pillows. Loved all the counter space in the kitchen which was very helpful for meal preps. The jetted bathtub was a welcoming sight for this mom after a long day of taking in the sights of Branson and cooking lots of meals. The view was beautiful and we would like to return in the spring or summer. Great host!

Wonderful experience! Condo was clean and spacious. Great location if planning on going to Silver Dollar City. Great communication when we had a parking issue arise and they helped resolve it.

Everything is exactly what it appears to be in the photos. The host was very informative and was available to communicate. I would definitely recommend this place. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay and can see ourselves booking in the near future.

All the visiting neighbors were friendly. Condo was very clean and homey. We had everything we needed to make our anniversary weekend great.
