The 311 loft was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our weekend away and loved shopping at the local shops and eating at the local restaurants. The loft is highly recommended and on our list for another stay in the future!

Rhonda's Sunnyside Cottage is a very cute, cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. a good base to venture out from to enjoy the local beauty and activities. Rhonda is an excellent communicator and very helpful!

Very peaceful and quaint loft in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. This stood out mostly for how affordable it was, but we grew to really love the living space as well. It was furnished very nicely and matched the pictures perfectly. Amy was super nice and helpful, and responded very quickly to our messages. We were able to check in completely on our own using a keypad on the loft's door. The whole place is tucked away in their backyard, but I still feel like there was a lot of privacy so no worries about that. Overall a great airbnb in a great location. I'd definitely go here again.

My daughter and I loved this loft! It was clean and easy to access. (Once I figured out the codes - HA!) We will stay there again.

We loved our stay at the loft in Perryville! It was very roomy, very nicely decorated and in a great location. We hope to stay there again sometime!

Visited for apartment tours in the Crossroads District and didn’t need to uber at all outside of to/from the airport! Was able to walk to all my tours and to a wide range of food and drinks! The streetcar is also close by to explore all of downtown! Love the area and looks like it will be continually growing with new development! Great place to stay for the loft and city experience!!

We enjoyed our stay. There were extra blankets which came in handy. The kitchen had necessities. We couldn’t figure out how to work the tv upstairs but we also didn’t contact the host for assistance. When we did contact the host she was very accommodating to us and responded in a timely manner. We were very pleased with our stay. For myself and 4 kids it suited us completely!

It was an awesome place one of my favorite AirBnBs I’ve stayed in. Considering I travel for work around the US I’ve stayed in a lot. Definitely would come back if able.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was by far my favorite Airbnb that I’ve had the opportunity to visit. The place is simply adorable with everything you need available to you and more. The location is perfect with plenty to do, see and eat. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Washington area.

One of the cleanest and comfiest Airbnb bed I’ve slept on. Brandon’s place is extremely spacious and comes with great amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to St Louis by car

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, such a cool property, I loved the history, the antique furniture and the giant old book on the coffee table. Lovely room, perfect size.
