We enjoyed staying at Fred’s condo. We had car problems and needed to stay an extra night in Branson. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Great property at a great price. There was so much to do. The unit exceeded expectations. I would recommend calling to ensure you get a bottom floor unit if you have people who struggle with stairs in your party (check photos).

Great place to rent if you’re in the area, conveniently located near most attractions. Fred responded quickly to my request to book (same day trip). The layout and decor was nice as well.

Very clean , great view from the living room and master bedroom of the lake. Location is 5-10 minute drive to several restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a two bedroom condo at the Wyndham Worldmark Resort in Branson. We've stayed here three times now (twice booking through Freddy) and it's excellent! Twenty minutes from Silver Dollar City, and about five to ten minutes to the attractions in town. It's very clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, and pretty quiet. It's so nice to have some extra space rather than being in a cramped hotel room, and you're paying the about the same or less. The only thing to note is in the two-bedroom units, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Great for families with kids, not ideal if you have two adult couples sharing a condo that would prefer a larger bed. There is a queen size bed that pulls down in the common room, as well.

House was exactly as expected. Quaint, clean, and sufficient. Kitchen was equipped with bare essentials, no issues during stay. Appreciate the hospitality, would stay again

We have stayed here several times, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else! We love the walk-in shower. It is always very clean! Brandon is very responsive to any need you have. He even bought a pair of scissors for the apartment that I needed. The toaster did not work, and he brought a new toaster within an hour! Brandon is a wonderful host! We recommend him highly!

I really don’t want to say how much we love this place because everyone will discover the property and it will never be available again. I can’t think of anything negative to say except that you do have to climb stairs to enter the apartment. We really love the place!

Second time staying with Brandon and it was as good as the first! Clean space and good spot to stay the night or more!

Easy to navigate and front desk was very helpful. This Villa was located at the back of the resort so none of the amenities were in walking distance but they were all within driving distance. The villa was clean and just what we needed!

This place is a gem. If you're like me-- always a little leery of setups like this with "common areas"-- rest assured, this is best case scenario. The common spaces are quiet, beautiful, well designed. The bedrooms are a combination of simple, with really nice pieces. And Le Labo toiletries! They sold me ;)

Brandon was great to work with. He was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay at one of his place again!
