this unit near Parkville was better than I could've imagined and the best value ever for all it offered. Not only was it good value, but it had wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful linens, lighted, make up mirrors, everything I could ask for at a price I could afford ! Exquisite little sanctuary walking distance to the center of Parkville! Score! ✨ Annette is one of those Airbnb hosts who just go above and beyond! She's amazing and so caring, attention to every detail with so much care . she was flexible with me about check-in and Checkout, which was very helpful and when I locked my keys in the unit, she was there to help me within minutes. Truly could not give her or this sweet home any higher accolades. She brought in extra things for me because I was going to need to cook during my stay. She checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, was wonderful to communicate with, went out of her way to ensure our safety after the parking lot got slippery after a snowstorm. Thank you!

Marla is very friendly and easy to talk with. We have stayed at her place two different times, both times were for an overnight stay. Usually arriving late and leaving early in the morning. Maybe next time we will make time for the farm tour !

Really enjoyed the large amount of things to do and see close by. Great host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to travelers!

it was a great place to stay i enjoy myself. we didn't get a change use the hot tub but the pool made up for that because it felt like an hot due to it being heated but very good place to stay 👌

Centrally located in Ash Grove, MO. The accommodations were simple but very comfortable. We have a couple of older family members who live in Ash Grove and we invited them to dinner along with other family who live in the area. We had seating for 6 to 8 guests for dinner plus comfortable seating in the living room. As a family who likes to cook together, we were very pleased that there is a good-sized grocery store within a very short walk and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The only item we would have liked would be a pitcher for serving iced tea, although it could be there is one but we didn't find it. We were also very glad that a Chinese restaurant recently opened next door. We had a very pleasant stay there and hope to stay there again!

Communication was amazing and he went above and beyond to get the place ready for us. House was nice and clean, and big enough for all of us. The neighborhood wasn’t what I was expecting, but it was quiet and nobody bothered us.

Easy to find location. Beautifully furnished house with quality materials. Adequate space for a variety of party sizes.

Very comfortable home with all the amenities. This place allowed us to spend quality time with our granddaughter. I will book again with Chris.

Kara's place very reasonable for the price. Is dog friendly. Unfortunately, my daughters dog went missing before we arrived, so our daughter didn't not come with us. This condo is huge. Plenty room for a dog bed in the living area. The couch is ok. The recliner is good. We just used the ice trays and the refrigerator. Mostly ate out didn't cook but used the coffee pot. The kitchen is really nice. Plenty of seating at table for four. Both bathrooms were great and big. Plenty of space for shampoo and whatever in the shower. Great water pressure and shower head. Both bedrooms have a king size bed but only used 1 bed. Both rooms have a great view of the lake during the day/night and a huge balcony to relax on but the time we went it was cold. Love the washer/dryer combo. Never used one but it was nice not to get up and put clothes in dryer Close to all the restaurants. Just about 10 stairs to walk to door. Very convenient. No problem with parking. Will stay again. Great price. Thanks

This condo was exactly as stated. The complex was quiet and calm and the view is outstanding. Plenty of towels provided, the kitchen is well stocked. Communication on check in and check out was on time and helpful. A quick note on the actual complex - the parking is on an extremely hilly setting - and the pools are available to use but were pretty dirty and full of dirt and leaves during our visit.

Myself and 2 friends came to stay for a girls trip and absolutely loved the place!

Great place for a quite family getaway. You are not too far away from things to do, but not in a busy area. I look forward to visiting again soon!

My husband and I have rented many airbnbs in the area and this is by far our favorite one! It was in the perfect area. Close enough to the strip but also very peaceful and private. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of room for the two of us to be comfortable. Stephanie was quick to respond to any question and was very kind. 10/10 we will be staying here again!

The place was very clean and had amazing views. The location was 5 mins from everything notable in Lake of the Ozark's. We definitely plan to return.
