Everything great , just keep in mind that the neighbor downstairs smoke a lot and the smell of tobacco or maybe weed is very high, specially for non-smokers people like us was a bit uncomfortable. Besides that it’s a beautiful place to stay 🫶🏼

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend getaway starting with the beautifully decorated home to all of the extras (i.e. hot tub, games, coffees, teas, s’mores kit and popcorn), we felt right at home! As an added bonus, it snowed on our last night which made my young boys very happy. We will definitely return in the near future and plan to take advantage of some of the things that Burnsville and surrounding cities have to offer.

This was an amazing place for work retreat and goal planning for 2023 for me and my team of 4. All of us had their own bedroom and bathroom. The place was spacious and beautifully located and we have enjoyed every minute while staying there. There is an extensive paperwork that comes with reservation of this place but it also offers impeccable and safe place to stay. I would definitely stay at this location in the future wheather for leisure or work event.

Jeff has a beautiful property that was thoroughly enjoyed by the entire party. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful experience with an amazing view to give Jeff and his property a chance! We look forward to booking again in the future.

Great place to get away and relax! Very comfortable and plenty of room. Had everything we could possibly need. Very satisfied with this stay. Only thing that could be improved would be the driveway needs to be fixed (assuming damaged from Hurricane Helene). Also, Google directions said the main road to the place was closed, but the road was clear and useable. Host was very helpful and responsive.

We came to Burnsville to help farmers rebuild fence destroyed by the hurricane. Bear's Den was a great location. The home was spacious, accommodating 12 guests comfortably. The kitchen was adequately stocked with counter space for food prep and serving.. It was nice to have four full baths. The billiards room was a favorite gathering spot, and the hot tub soothed sore muscles after a day's work.

Skyfall was wonderful! It was a great fit for our group of ten. The grandkids especially loved the loft where they could work in their “office”.

The home was gorgeous in a beautiful location with easy access to town. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene hit while we were there, so we had to evacuate. Asheville was devastated by this storm, so we lost power, water, cell service, and had to contend with many downed trees and power lines to evacuate. Lucas was very responsive and concerned about our well-being. Once able to receive texts, he had been routinely trying to check in with us to make sure we were okay. Although the beautiful mountain road was severely impacted, most of this house was spared, except the garage roof and driveway entrance and exit. I pray for an eventual return to normalcy for Asheville its wonderful people, Western NC, Eastern TN, and upstate SC. As for Lucas’s place, this would have been the perfect home and location for a vacation rental had this once in a 1000 year storm been a factor. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including a propane generator.

We had a fabulous girls trip at this property in North Asheville. Woodfin is a great location and had walkable restaurants nearby. It’s only a 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville. 16 minutes to the Biltmore House. The property itself was amazing. We had six ladies on the trip and we all felt that there was more than enough space in this home. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice open concept kitchen and living room. The gas fireplace was an awesome perk. Hot tub was very enjoyable in the cool December night. And the wine fridge upstairs near hot tub was a delight. Highly recommend this property as well as the other YONDER properties. I would definitely use this property again when I return to Asheville.

Lovely home away from home. The location was perfect as we came to meet our brand new, very first grandchild. Close to them, close to shopping and restaurants. Very neat and clean. Lots of space, highly recommend.

We loved our stay. We loved contributing to the economy in the recovery efforts of your charming city. Home met all of our needs. Very well appointed and comfortable. Easy to find. Lot of great things to do today close by.

We enjoyed our weekend in the cabin more than we could have imagined! The perfect spot to disconnect from the outside world, but close enough to any food, brewery, or scenic locations to still feel like part of civilization! Clean, cozy, relaxing space. We had a couple intense jenga matches, too! Would definitely start again on another journey to the Asheville area!

Great space! Very CLEAN. Beautiful location. Adam was very responsive to questions. Home is private and picturesque yet a short drive to downtown Weaverville and Asheville. The home WiFi uses older encryption (TKIP) but I was able to use my cellphone as a hotspot for school/work. Personal devices connected to the WiFi fine. Both AT&T and Verizon cellular networks have strong signal here. This was minor and did not deter from our enjoyment of the residence or the trip itself. We had a wonderful time, and would return.

Phenomenal host and I cannot say enough about the property. The house was pristine and had everything you could think of for entertainment! One of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at! We will certainly be back!

We loved our stay here in this wonderful cabin. It was the perfect place to come to and have a relaxing restorative weekend. The cabin is an absolute dream it's plenty cozy and spacious too. Everything we needed was there we didn't leave we stayed here the whole weekend. The fire pit was wonderful as well as the hot tub. The shower was plenty spacious as well. We loved it here and we will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb hosted by Joshua in the mountains, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the peaceful surroundings. The house itself was beautifully. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful goats that roamed the property. They brought an unexpected joy to our mornings as we enjoyed our coffee on the deck! Joshua was an exceptional host, providing us with quick replies and thoughtful recommendations for local hikes and restaurants. He was always available to answer any questions we had, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. If you're looking for a serene getaway with beautiful mountain scenery and an adorable goats, this is the place for you.

I would highly recommend a stay here. Everything was comfortable and clean. Anything you need for an enjoyable visit is provided. Just pack your personal items and pick up some groceries. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub, but the million dollar view from the deck was the best. Frank was the perfect host. He left helpful and descriptive instructions for a comfortable stay. The location is great for jumping on the Blue Ridge Parkway and exploring the area. My family is already talking about planning our next stay.

Our family had a lovely stay. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was spotless and the views were absolutely beautiful. Getting in and out was no problem at all. The hosts are super responsive although we had no issue at all and the beds were amazing to sleep in! We would absolutely come stay here again.

I did not regret my proposal at the Pie in the Sky! it was a perfect family trip to pop the question! the cabin itself is perfection. has everything you could need! The hottub and views were breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable! The town of burnsville was full of amazing food and adorable independent artist shopping. I cannot say enough about the Pie in the Sky!

We went with three couples and our kids and it was perfect! The house was great with three king-size beds for all of the couples and bunkbeds for the kids. The hot tub and outdoor living space were great for a relaxing fun trip.
