This a great location to stay for our visit to Morganton. Very clean and worth the money that we paid for the two days. Mike was very responsive to our needs.

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

Charming modern apartment in a converted mill building, has cool vibes. The place is cozy and perfect for two. The furniture is comfortable and kitchen has what you need. Super close to the historic downtown that has awesome shops and food. Would love to stay again!

We stayed two nights for a golf tournament for our daughter. Location is very close to downtown, which was great. The apartment fit our needs perfectly - the electric fireplace was cool to turn on as we got there during a storm. Neighbors on both sides, one side with a young child that we did hear one night. Just an FYI - I remember those days for that family and would appreciate quiet at night if I were them. Thank you for the stay!

This was perfect for quick weekend trip as a single female. The apartment itself is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. It's spacious, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. The furniture is a little dated, but it's very comfortable and enjoyable. Super soft bed, many places have really uncomfortable mattresses, that's not the case here. I did not want to get out of bed. Super walkable to everything I wanted/needed to do and I felt safe even venturing out at night. My only recommendation would be to update the outdoor furniture on the balcony.

This was an adorable space with plenty of room for our group to be comfortable and happy. We will be back!

A great spacious apartment over the shops on Main Street in Blowing Rock! Amazing location to walk to everything. Perfect for my husband and I. Very nice open living space and very large bedroom with a comfortable king bed.

Great location and easy access to everything downtown. Great place to stay for events at the arena. Definitely will stay again in the future!

Small and all I needed close to my project location! Loved having full refrigerator with ice maker and washer/dryer.

Ricky is an excellent host. Thorough directions were provided to assist in finding the BNB. Roxy the brown lab was quick to greet us as we made our arrival and was oh so sweet. The listing is a duplex as mentioned in the original post but is exactly as pictured with no disappointments. Everything was clean and the laminated documents in the kitchen and living room proved incredibly helpful in understanding how to operate the devices and gave appropriate suggestions for activities in the surrounding areas. Be sure to take the more well-traveled route on the way in as there is an option that includes some gravel roads and one lane passes. We would gladly stay again.

We felt safe, and well cared for at Heather's place. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and everything was clean. We slept well and had a beautiful view from the front porch.

The house was just the right size and location for our visit. We all felt at home. Will look to use again in the future.

Loved Donna’s place!! It was so enjoyable for my family, the covered deck is so lovely to sit outside and look at views, we found ourselves constantly going out there! We felt right at home with all the amenities, would love to stay here again!

My friend and I had a great time staying here! It was such a beautiful location and the condo was so clean and relaxing. Tina and Mike were responsive and helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for us. The location is great—there’s so many parks and trails within the community, and even more outside. Perfect place to relax and get some amazing Mountain Views!

Loved our first stay at Mountain Air. Kristen’s Creekside Condo was perfect. The views were amazing!

Carrie was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She is proactive and a very responsive communicator. The space was spotless and beautiful on the inside, just like the photos. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

It’s was tough getting in at first but once we had the code working it was a magical stay! The little parks across the property are amazing!

Erika's home is an oasis of nature, luxury and tranquility all rolled into one extraordinarily beautiful setting. The Eyrie is cozy, comfy and immaculate: soft fleecy blankets, warm polished wood, a porch that feels like heaven. This is a thousand star home. Within its quiet walls are wonderful books, vintage mountain musical instruments, and stunning views. You'll never want to leave the Eyrie. And on top of that, if you do venture out for the day, the nearby town of Burnsville is rich with awesome books stores, fabulous restaurants, the best farmers markets, galleries, and antique shops. Erika's communications are always clear, unobtrusive, and gracious. She is the best in every way and so was my second stay in her home. I'm eagerly planning my next visit. The Eyrie is prefect! Hat's off to Erika.
