Welcome to our newly remodeled downtown home. It is a beautiful 100 year old home that has been completely redone and updated. It has been a two year labor of love and we are excited to now offer it to people who would enjoy staying on the edge of downtown. We are situated across the street from Lyons Park and two blocks from the action downtown (where a lot of the fun happens). The neighborhood is very quiet and within very short distances to the hospitals and local universities.

Home away from home

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.

The Garden House

This beautiful early 1900 historical apartment is great for a family get away. Hot tub open April -December 5am-11pm. Three minutes from airport. Ask us about our park and fly program. Two queen beds, a full size hide-a-bed with memory foam mattress. Full kitchen, two patios, one of them being private just for you. Bikes are available for your use. Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the zoo. Great living area and memory foam beds.
