great stay, was unfortunate we stayed in the cold season, the pool and BB court looked like fun! We did brave the cold and enjoyed the hot tub in our zero degree weather, it was awesome! speaking of the hot tub, it was SO clean, I appreciated the cleanliness of the water. seems to be a common thing with hot tubs and airbnb's usually lil dirty and not kept properly : / so this was amazing. home was nice and had nice kitchen appliances and tools for the trade. We had fun playing darts and enjoyed the N64. Very clean home! We would deff stay again : )

Stayed here for my husband’s 30th birthday! We loved everything about the house and would stay here again! The host/co-host were very responsive to our messages and friendly! Highly recommend!

When my husband arrived the code did not work. They were super responsive and my husband was able to get in quickly. The pool was amazing and my kids had the absolute best time there!! This is an older home with so much charm and space!! We had the best stay and plan on staying again in the future. Casey was very communicative. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are many things close by. It was a great stay!

Second time staying and it’s just as perfect as the first! We will be back every year!! If I could give it 10stars I would. This is the perfect quiet home!

Great place, will definitely book again. Very responsive , accommodating. Had kennels and blankets in the garage for our dogs. Nicely organized , had separate trash cans for bird feathers etc. Thanks for a good stay

Loved staying here! All communication - from messages to instructions and labels inside the house - was so thorough and clear. Also just such a cozy and clean spot! A much needed respite on our big road trip

We had nine ladies stay for a girls weekend. It was roomy. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and everything was very clean and nice. We enjoyed cooking together and liked watching the horses from the windows. It is close to downtown Sioux Falls for a quick afternoon outing. We did a Kentucky Derby murder mystery and the house was perfect for that with all the pretty pictures of horses. We hope to come back next year.

Kayla’s place was great! She is a fantastic host with timely and friendly responses. There weren’t outrageous rules or check-out instructions, which I really appreciated! Everything requested was very reasonable and understanding. The house is decorated beautifully, has lots of space and SO many things to do in the area! I would highly recommend booking your weekend getaways here!

Rebecca was an amazing host. She was responsive, accommodating and helpful. She allowed us a late check out after we got in quite late, she recommended local spots for food and she was always available for any questions we had. The home had everything we needed for the night and being pet friendly was a huge plus! There were snacks available, dog poop bags, a tennis ball and bowl for the dogs as well. Ample parking as we are traveling with a truck and U-Haul. I love a place where you don’t have a laundry list of check out items to worry about and this is one of those places. Easy in and easy out. Great stay and would highly recommend.

Worked well for our stay while pheasant hunting for 3 days. House was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. Comfy chairs and classic woodwork in the living room. Garage worked will for our dogs and the entry worked well for storing hunting clothes/gear. Dogs are not allowed in the house. There were many TVs with ROKU access. Some network channels were not available, such as Sunday night football. Pheasants had to be cleaned off site. All bedrooms are upstairs with the main bath, which has only a tub. A second small bath off of the kitchen has the only shower. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet.

We definitely stay here again. Everything is as it's stated, beautiful home very well kept.

I will recommend this place very clean, super comfortable for a family stay, good location and I'm really feel home from the first day until the last. Absolutely I will stay next time we go to Sioux Falls than you Jen one more time to let me and my family stay

As my daughter stated when we arrived, "this is the best house ever." It was exactly what I was looking for and had good instructions. They communicated well and the check-out lost was helpful. We walked to the Great Plains Zoo day 1 and then it was a great space to get ready for the Triple S Dance Competition that was also right down the road. Hoping to book there again when we go next year. Thank you for sharing your home!

What a spacious and modern place! The hot tub was marvelous and the kids really enjoyed endless air hockey matches! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

I really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and beautiful for my family. I loved that their were toys available for my little ones to play with. It was a great place!

The house was a really good combination if victorian style and modern touches and amenities. Having 3 full baths was amazing for us since I stayed here for a wedding. All of us bridesmaids and the bride were ablw to get ready at the same time with plwnty of space. Beds were also very comfortable. Evwryhting was clean and she had some condiments and drinks available as well. It was a great stay and a beautiful house!!

Courtney was an amazing host. We had minor issues with the stove and heater and she took care of everything immediately. She reached out and did her best to resolve all issues very quickly. Can’t say enough good things about this place and our host. Thank you Courtney for everything! I would give this 10 stars if I could.
