We had a wonderful stay here. Our kids absolutely loved waking up to horses , dogs, ducks and kangaroos just over the fence and the house was really comfortable. The complimentary wine, bread and milk was a super thoughtful touch too!

Norsu Cabin provided the perfect setting for a weekend getaway with friends to celebrate a wedding. The cabin is a picture-perfect retreat, beautifully designed with thoughtful attention to detail. The interiors are warm, cozy, and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. Every aspect of the space is carefully curated, and it’s clear that a lot of consideration went into ensuring guests feel at ease and relaxed. The atmosphere was just right for a memorable weekend, with everything you could possibly need already in place. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Wayne's place was great and the house was superb large accommodating our large group of 11pl with ease without feeling cramped. Well stocked house with amenities and basics and view on the deck was superb with a cup of tea! would recommend and book again

Amazing old homestead, beautiful gardens with lovely proportioned rooms. Close to wineries and exploring the region. We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend away.

Four adults cycling from Tallarook to Yea on rail trail , was great to arrive find house refreshing and cool . Extremely large kitchen think we counted 23 cupboards 4 sets drawers and shelving .loved the fridge plenty of ice and chilled water .we did not use front two rooms or third bedroom. Perhaps if we were staying longer may have utilised those rooms . Two alfresco areas so when hot western sun comes over in afternoon you can move to back alfresco. Temperature was set to 18 that’s a personal one some in our group liked that others prefer warmer , it’s zoned so easy to adjust temperature although we did not turned it off when it cooled down. Dishwasher appeared to be missing cutlery holder and large plates don’t fit ….no issue as plenty of soap and sponges to wash by hand . TV was smart TV so streaming possible with own accounts. We also were happy with no pets policy and shoes off in house ! Helps to keep it smell free and floors in good condition .

We couldn’t have asked for more over the long weekend. Luci and Duncan are a great hosts, super responsive to my messages. Had a great conversation with them. I will never forget the sunrise we witnessed here, right over the mountain ranges, was nothing less than a spectacle! We got to see the kangaroos and cattle around the property, the kids loved it! We will be back here during winter. Thanks so much for everything Luci.

We had such a wonderful stay in mt Macedonia over the long weekend. We spent most of the time hanging out in the lounge room and playing pool at night. It was great for 3 families. We visited hanging rock one morning and had a counter meal at the local hotel. We also saw kangaroos in the mornings. Adam was a great host, really quick with communication and had some great tips for the region. Thanks Adam and Erika x
