・以下の設備があると良い。 　炊飯器、卸金、製氷機 ・食器類が異常に足りない。 　その情報があれば紙皿など用意するしてきたため記載が必要。 ・洗濯機だけではなく乾燥機も必要 　翌日乾燥でも良いが、物干し竿的な設備も必要 ※サウナにプールのお風呂とタオルを使う場面が多いため、使用後のタオルを洗って再利用する必要があった

近くにコンビニ等がなかったのが少し大変でしたがそれ以外の面では洗濯機と乾燥機があったり、バーベキューの火おこしで使用する着火剤も常備してあったりととても便利だなと思う点も多々ありました。

So this 2 story house is when you want to experience a japanese house. Once you entered the front gate, there is patio with outdoor seating where you can sit outside. Then you punched in the 6 digits key to get inside once inside you put your shoes in the cupboard and change to slippers. Inside house is on the raised wood floor. On first floor, there is tatami living room where we use it for our luggages. There is also dining room combined with kitchen area. What unique for me about japanese house is the bathroom. a squat shower and sort of square bathtub. In total the house have 2 electric toilets one on each floor, heated with bidet. Shower is only one, on first floor next to top loading washing machine. On second floor, there are 2 bed rooms connected with wooden sliding door. 1 room have 2 double bed, another room is 1 large single and 1 double bed. Each room has its own heated air. For me this suburb quite but has restaurants and combini even gashapon shop. I can go on.

小学生の息子のグランピングデビューに利用させていただきました。 妻も薪ストーブに興味があり、家族全員で特別なひと時を過ごさせていただきました。 庭の桜の木が見事で息子も花びら集めや、焚き火拾い。 火おこし、コーヒー淹れなど様々な体験が出来ました。 近くに海もあり、すぐに遊びにでかけられました。 一泊では勿体無い場所ですので、是非連泊をお勧めしたいだす。

일반적인 가정집들과 섞여있고 조금만 걸어도 대학 근처라 식당과 마트가 있어서 좋았습니다! 다만 일본의 특성상 보일러 난방이 아닌 히터 난방인점을 고려해 추운 기간에는 숙소이용이 어려울 것 같습니다

4인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓은 공간이었으며, 주방과 욕실 등에 필요한 물건들이 잘 정리되어 있어서 아무런 불편없이 생활할 수 있었습니다. 밤에는 따뜻하고 포근한 잠자리와 조용한 주변환경 덕분에 잘 잘 수 있었구요. 호스트님이 매우 친절하고 세심하게 대응해주신 것도 너무 감사했습니다. 기회가 되면 다시 뵙고 싶습니다. 건강하십시오~~

I loved my stay here !!! Akabane is so cute and lively and the home was a 12 minute walk away from the station which was great :) The host was also super kind, responsive, and extremely helpful if we needed anything before and during our stay. Overall 10/10! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood to stay in while visiting Japan

It was in a nice quiet area with a playground right in front of the place so it was good for my son whenever he wanted to play. Downside would be that you have to walk a long hill, so if you have a lot of luggage I say take a taxi. There is also bus transportation nearby that takes you to the nearby train station. The host is responsive and was able to take care of mishaps right away that happened on our stay. Will stay again if given the opportunity.

Thank you for having us. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and clean home.. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is about a 5 minute walk to the train station, which had a lot of eateries and shops to choose from. There was 7 of us and the family of 5 loved how there was a room on the top floor with 5 beds so they could all stay together. Although there was only one bath/shower, there were 2 toilets, so it worked out great for us. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to stay here again :)

It has everything we need as family of 4. It is not in the city center but easy to reach everywhere as the train station is minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, and supermarket nearby. Teruhiko is a great host, He gave us a lot of advice to enjoy the city. I recommend this place when staying in Tokyo.

乾淨房源，離京城高砂站很近，回程路上有超市，安靜的住宅區，有問題也回覆迅速，房東的派車司機有禮貌，親切，謝謝提供美好的回憶

This place is in a quiet area, amenities are walk able distance and the place is very accommodating for a big group! Host is very responsive so that is a major plus if you run into any issues or have questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful traditional Japanese house in Adachi-ku, Tokyo. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for us. The owner came to greet us personally; she is such a lovely and kind lady, and her warm welcome made us feel right at home. The house itself is charming and well-equipped with everything we needed. They provided helpful information, including maps and recommendations for shopping and local spots, which we really appreciated. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly showed how much care was put into making guests feel comfortable. The owner and caretaker were both very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’re grateful for their hospitality and would love to stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay, close to gallery road and Kasama Craft Hills!

The host was very friendly, and greeted us upon arrival. The host also offered pick up and drop off to the nearest train station, however the walk was 15 minutes. The host was very responsive, and showed us around the house and how to use the amenities. Instructions were very clear. The listing is near a local supermarket and a few local restaurants. The listing was very spacious, and the host provided heated blankets. Ueno was 1 hr away on the JR line, and Shibuya was about 1:20. Narita was about 10 minutes away. I would recommend this listing to anyone wanting space in a peaceful location while still having access to Tokyo as a day trip, or anyone wanting to be close to the airport during the final days of their trip.

perfect place to stay. the place is very spacious and clean, complete with everything you might need. it is like a home away from your real home.
