Mitterberg : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Wir waren zum Skifahren (Katschberg, Speiereck, Fanningberg) da. Die tägliche Anfahrt ist schon etwas länger als z.B. Maria Pfarr, dafür entschädigt u.a. das "eigene Haus". Wir haben es genossen abends den Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer einzuheizen und auf der Couch rumzuliegen. Die drei Schlafzimmer (OG) sind klasse, die Matratzen perfekt. Küche/Essen habe wir eigentlich nicht genutzt. Wir haben das Abendessen in drei örtlichen Gaststätten eingenommen (Jagawirt, Stiegenwirt, Guniwirt samt Mineralienmuseum/-verkauf). Auch hier wurden wir bestens bedient. Einzig das Badezimmer (OG) ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eine weiterer Toilettenraum ist vorhanden. Wir haben Petra und ihre Mutter, sowie Hund "Lucky" kennengelernt - allesamt liebenswert. Wir vier waren uns einig, ein angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Petra und ihrer Wohngegend.

Traumhafte Lage, sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zuhause. Die Aufteilung der 3 Stöcke ist für 10 Personen ideal. Der Ausblick und die vorhandene Sauna runden das ganze ab. Gerne wieder😊😊

La casa di Vanessa è molto spaziosa, accogliente e ben attrezzata. Ideale per un gruppo numeroso di persone e gode di un'ottima vista. La strada per raggiungere l'alloggio è un po' esposta e difficoltosa al buio per guidatori non abituati alla montagna. All'arrivo la casa era un po' fredda, ma Vanessa si è resa attenta e disponibile per risolvere il problema, anche se alcuni termosifoni non sembravano funzionare adeguatamente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e ottima pulizia. Per noi è stata una bella esperienza e la consigliamo di sicuro!

Freundlicher und flexibler Gastgeber, großzügige und saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Seitenstraße.

Tiptop, sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Highlight ist das stylische Dachgeschoss und der Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche. Die anderen Zimmer sind aber auch okay. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

The place was beyond our expectation. Fully equipped, and was more than spacious for 3 families with children. The skilift is a bit far on foot, especially with children, and the ski in/out works only when all the slopes are in operation, that was a minor inconvenience in our case, but that depends solely on the weather. The host was responsive, and promptly answered all of my questions. After all, i'd recommend this place!

Ein sehr schönes Chalet in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und modern gehalten. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Empfehlung!

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Fritz und waren sehr zufrieden. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Passt perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt im Salzkammergut.

Die Wohnung liegt in Radstadt und eine Skibus Haltestelle ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die umliegenden Skigebiete sind sehr schön.

Jacqueline's rental was nicer than I expected! There were lots of windows to look out at the amazing mountain view! The place was pretty large, with several couches for sitting and reading, a nice little kitchen and a very clean bathroom. I didn't have time to use the nice hot tub or wood stove, but if I had stayed longer I for sure would have done that! The apartment was decorated nicely and she also had some coffee, tea and snacks available. Jacqueline was so friendly, and I felt welcomed and could ask questions as needed! I highly recommend!

Thanks to Michael‘s clear instructions, the apartment was easy to find and get in. Its location across from the dome and with a view on the dome as well as the castle is perfect: you open the door and are in the heart of Salzburg! Since my husband and I love to cook, we found the limited set of cooking tools a bit challenging. However, this won’t be an issue if dining out is more your style! Also, the kitchen was rather small, and a few tools where not cleaned thoroughly. Still, the kitchen offered all the basics we needed. The possibility to leave luggage on the premises after check-out comes in handy for sightseeing. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and recommend Michael‘s Apartment as it it offers great value for the price.

Herrlicher, gemütlicher Balkon und schöne Umgebung. Wanderwege fußläufig erreichbar. Mondsee über eine größere Straße gut zu Fuß erreichbar mit Badestelle und gutem Restaurant. Attersee ( Unterach) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie super mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Besonders praktisch waren die Fahrräder, die zur Verfügung standen.

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

Absolutely perfect stay - the best lodging of our entire two week trip. The apartment is exactly as pictured - exceedingly clean and comfortable. I didn't realize before booking how GREAT the location is! You're a 4-minute walk up the hill from the castle, restaurants, and romantic old town. You're a 45 second walk from the Obersalzbergbahn station - do NOT miss this! A beautiful ride up the hill, a fun alpine coaster, and a restaurant with absolute knockout views. The house is also at the base of the Rossfeld Panorama Road, which also can't be missed. Belinda was beyond awesome - the most memorable, cheerful, and helpful host I've ever stayed with. Our travel plans got whacked by the German ground workers strike, and she was INCREDIBLY flexible and helpful. Important: make sure she shows you on a map how to access the zig-zag walking path behind the castle and up to the church on the hill. Absolutely incredible hike that I wouldn't have found without her expertise. Ten stars!

Edith and Helmut are perfect hosts. They greeted us at the apartment and gave detailed information that made our stay so easy. It’s very close to the Old Town and impeccably clean. The Mozart chocolates on arrival were a nice touch and we appreciated Edith calling us a taxi for our departure.

Klidné místo, čistý a dobře vybavený apartmán . Dobrá pozice,kousek od lanovky,skibus hned před domem. Byli jsme s pobytem spokojeni.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Tolles Appartement mit sehr sehr guter Ausstattung. Designerofen. Sauna mit Blick mit Bergblick. Super Aussicht. Kein Trubel, kein Stress, aber Ristorante Pizzaria Da Silvano in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ca 8 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Lift. Man fährt durch den Wald, wenn alles verschneit ist, einfach wunderschön. Kann man echt empfehlen.

Super schöne Wohnung mit super komfortabler Einrichtung (und wir sind gerade beim Bett wählerisch 😉) und super schönem Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Sonne kommt durch die großen Glasfronten schön in die Wohnung und macht alles schön hell. Genug Platz zum Rumräubern und Duplospielen bietet die Wohnung auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es gibt auch noch viel zu sehen und zu erleben, was wir in den Paar Tagen gar nicht geschafft haben. Zum Skifahren ist die Wohnung ebenfalls ein guter Ausgangspunkt, auch wenn das angrenzende Skigebiet eher einfach und klein ist - ein gutes Familien- und Anfängerskigebiet eben.

Zeker weten één van de beste/mooiste appartementen die we via Airbnb geboekt hebben. Het appartement (en uitzicht) is nog mooier dan op de foto's. In het appartement is alles aanwezig wat je nodig kunt hebben, er stonden zelfs wat producten klaar als welkom. Het dorp zelf is in winterslaap. Echter is er in de omgeving genoeg te doen (wellness, wandelingen, skiën, sneeuwschoenhike). Als we dan kritisch zijn en op zoek zijn naar een verbeterpunt, dan zou dat het bed zijn (aan de kleine kant en wat hard). Verder absoluut een top appartement! Zeker een aanrader.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Ingrid was very friendly and helpful, even offering to pick us up from the bus stop and giving us extra wood for the fireplace. A very peaceful getaway in Mondsee.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage und toller Umgebung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Clean and spacious private suite in a mountain hotel, not very far away from Hallstatt. Easy self check-in. Equipped kitchen. Nice balcony. Perfect for couples :) We had a great time in here. Perfect base for e-bike trips. Much recommended!
