Good location, walking distance to Kumoron Market, Shinsaibashisuji, Dōtonbori & Namba shopping area. Clear instruction for how to reach & check-in the unit. Also list of good restaurant near-by recom Washing machine was out of function, but the problem get solved after reported to the owner. The room comfotable for 4 people. Basic cooking equipment & utensils are also provided.

The place was superb. It's very near the Namba station so it's very accessible. Very few steps away from Lawson so that is a plus.

The place was spotless with nice welcoming gifts. There are subway stations close by. The neighbourhood is calm but the apartment is just near a ring road so you can hear cars driving by. There are however earplugs provided for light sleepers. Aya was very responsive to any questions I had. The check-in and check-out were super easy.

It's amazing to stay in such spacious house. Several bedrooms and bathrooms, very pleasant stay. Highly recommend

Great place to stay. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Host is easily contactable. Quiet area but still accessible to the nearest train station. Room is clean and spacious. Will definitely return for our next trip.

空間大，環境乾淨，大客廳、大餐廳、大廚房、二樓有四間房間每間有兩張雙人床，多人團體非常足夠使用，附近離車站地鐵、便利商店、超市都很近，性價比非常高！下次一定會再回來的！

Tony’s place is amazing, highly recommend! It’s beautiful and spacious, and Tony is a great host. He picked us up and even dropped us off at the train station.

Kiki has been a lovely host! We travel a lot around the world and she by far had the most welcoming accommodation. She was overly helpful with instructions on everything!! Additionally, she stocked the home with welcoming items and has thought of everything. Thank you Kiki :) The only thing hard for us were the beds as we like much softer beds; however, this is all personal preference ❤️ You’re an excellent host!!

We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s 3-story home in Higashiosaka with our family of four (kids aged 10 and 7). Location was perfect—safe, quiet, and super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, which made exploring Osaka easy. House was spotless and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen (though we picked up a few extra ingredients). The air conditioners around the house kept the bedrooms nice and warm during our March stay (though FYI the common areas can be a tad chilly. The kids were thrilled with the dedicated playroom on its own floor—it kept them entertained for hours. The garage was a big bonus for our rental car. Chad was an amazing host, always quick to reply and super accommodating, even helping us with an Amazon delivery. Tip: We brought our own HDMI cable to connect our laptop to TV. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly spot that made our Osaka trip extra special. Highly recommend it! Thanks, Chad!

Was super cozy and very convenient area with not a far walk from the station. Host was super friendly and helpful when questions were asked. Walkable to convenient stores and other restaurants. Price was great and would definitely recommend if you are having a short stay with friends or family

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Yoshihiro was excellent with communication and very helpful. We received a lovely welcome note and basket of treats. The apartment is spacious with two tables to sit at and a kotatsu which my adult children loved. The kitchen has everything you need although we ate out as there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Nepalese / Indian restaurant close by. There are stairs up to the property and inside, which everywhere in Japan tend to be steeper than the UK. The apartment was clean and tidy and had different towels available, the bedding, (December) was very cosy. The area around is modern with excellent pavements and there are several rail stations close by, JR Shin-Osaka is around a 15 minute walk and we used another closer station about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Osaka area.

Una casa hermosa, pequeña al estilo japonés. Muy bien ubicada. Con los accesorios necesarios para una estadia confortable. Accesible al transporte público, muchos restaurantes, combinis cercanos. Ademas, es un sitio tranquilo. Eso si, la escalera a los dormitorios es algo empinada ( igual que todos las escaleras japonesas) volveria!!!

체크인 할 때 호스트가 친절하게 맞아주셨고 숙소 또한 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 수납 공간도 넉넉해서 좋았어요. 난바역이랑은 조금 거리가 있지만 근처에 다른 역이 있어 이동에는 문제가 없었습니다. 주변 조용하고 편안한 숙소 찾고 계신 분께 추천드립니다!

지역 이름 그대로 살기좋고, 길게 있고싶은곳 언젠가, 살거나 길게 여행을 하게되면 나가이공원 주변에서 꼭 머물고싶다는 생각이 항상 있었습니다. 휴직을 하고, 드디어 용기를내서 왔네요. 운이 좋게도 이 숙소가 있어서, 선택하게 되었어요. 숙소에 대해선 사실 세탁기만 있으면 다 없어도OK 라는 생각이었는데, TV, 레인지, 세탁기, 에어컨까지 다 있어서 너무좋았어요. 불만이 전혀 없어서 숙소 내부에 대해 뭔가 가득가득 쓰고싶어도 떠오르는게 없네요. 호스트는 오사카사람 그 자체입니다. 활기차고, 웃음이 많은 밝은사람이며, 모두와 금방 친해지는 사람이에요. 숙소 관리자와 같이 밥먹는걸 경험해본적 없었는데, 함께 밥도먹고, 사소한 일상적인 대화도 하며, 덕분에 즐거운 시간이었어요. 무언가가 필요하거나 부족한 부분이 없는지 항상 확인해줍니다. 혹시 오시는분이 일본어나 영어를 못하더라도, 통역어플이 있으니까 어떻게든 도와줄거에요. "외국어는 다른나라의 말이니까 어쩔수없이 틀릴수밖에 없으니까, 틀리더라도 좌절하지않고 꾸준히 쓰며 익숙해지면된다" 라는 생각의 호스트라서, 정말 멋있다고 생각합니다. 예정때문에 지금은 잠시 나고야로 이동했지만, 당장이라도 돌아가고싶을정도로 여전히 생각나는 지역이고 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 지역의 사람들도 친절하며 웃음이 많아요. 함께있으면 미소짓게되는 분위기의 사람들이 사는 동네이고, 항상 조용한 분위기의 마을이지만, 주말이나 스포츠경기가 있는날은 활기넘치는 마을이 됩니다.

도톤보리와 가까운 곳에 위치하여 번화가로 나가기 쉬웠습니다!! 호스트님은 항상 소통하기위해 노력하셧고 잘 챙겨주셨습니다!! 방은 넓고 깨끗하고 생각보다 도시 소음이 들리지 않았습니다 엘레베이터가 있어 이용이 편리합니다

The apartment was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Having a 7-Eleven right downstairs and train station cross street was super convenient. Aoi was very accommodating, allowing us to drop off our luggage hours before check-in, which was a huge help. The building was beautiful. Highly recommend!
