We stayed at Eta's Airbnb last year and came back again because we liked it so much!!! The A/C in the bedrooms is great, I love the location, the decor and little extras are thoughtful and we love that the suite is on the main floor. The only downside this year was, the neighbours upstairs were louder than last year with a screaming toddler who was often up by 5:00 am. The master bedroom had windows facing the courtyard and it was very loud. I would still stay at this suite again though!!! Thanks Romain and Eta... see you next year!!!

Veronica was very kind. She welcomed our family into her home. We wanted a place close to the airport so fly out the next day. Driving into the neighborhood, we started to get a little worried. It's a few minutes down a dirt road. She was able to give our driver precise directions. Once we got behind the secured gate, we were amazed by the property. We hung up our wet beach clothes outside on the spacious patio and clothesline. The kitchen had all the amenities. A separate dining area, a sitting area with 3 couches and TV, 3 bedrooms(2 with en suite bathrooms then a 3rd bathroom). AC in every room which was a bonus for us coming from not having any for 3 days in Nungwi. Hot water in the baths/showers. I slept on the couch comfortably whilst others enjoyed their private rooms/beds. In the neighborhood, I felt safe enough to walk 10 min to a fruit stand and small grocery to make breakfast. The kids in the area were so sweet. We gave them treats and they were grateful!Thank you!

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

This was my third stay with Saidi in Fumba, and just like the first time, it was absolutely fantastic! Saidi is an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything needed. His hospitality truly makes you feel at home. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. Whether it’s enjoying the serene surroundings, exploring the local area, or simply relaxing, Fumba is a great escape from the busier parts of Zanzibar. What keeps me coming back is not just the beautiful setting but also Saidi’s genuine kindness and attention to detail. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. Beautiful villa on the outskirts of Stonetown, it comfortably fit 10 people (with shared beds) and it’s about a 15 minute drive from town. Host was very helpful, flexible, and responsive. House is beautiful, with direct beach access and a fully equipped kitchen. I would happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful, peaceful place to rest in. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool, and the stunning view of the sea. Julia provided us with a cot, a high chair, and even some toys for our son.

Really great stay at this apartment, boutique feel and just like the photos. The complex where the property is situated is big but the host is easy to reach via message , phone call and inbox. Cleaner service every couple of days was a bonus. I stayed here with my family and was very happy and safe.

I had a wonderful stay at Riz’s Airbnb apartment in Zanzibar. The space was classic, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. Riz was an excellent host, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zanzibar and look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Great location.. right in the middle of Stone Town and great for exploring the streets and sites. The accommodation is set over 4 floors with 2 bathrooms on the first and second floor. Lovely clean bed linen and great wifi and A/C. I would definitely recommend to others.
