Hi, I can highly recommend to stay in Kishas Airbnb. I stayed in the bottom floor with living room, kitchen + table, bedroom and bathroom. During my 3 weeks stay I felt very save and welcome, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets are around which you can reach by walking, motorbike taxi, Tuktuk or Bus. Also Borry (Kishas brother) is living in the house, he is a very helpful and cool guy and can tell you a lot about the area. The people in Kigamboni were very friendly and welcoming to me and it’s more a relaxed village vibe than a rushing big city life which you maybe would expect. See u next time ✌🏼

Heerlijk om de drukte van de stad achter je te kunnen laten. Dit appartement heeft alles wat je je kunt bedenken; heerlijke douche, airco, schoon watertrap (wij hadden last van het water in dit land). Echt een heerlijke uitvalsbasis om bij te komen na bezoek aan de vismarkt, Mariakoo markt, bezoek kerk. De mensen waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niet opdringerig en niet te commercieel.

AK’s place was just as beautiful as you can see in pictures, very clean, stylish and warm feel with Tanzanian & modern flavored furnitures. We have landed in Dar, booked to stay here and checked in within an hour but AK responded so quickly to our request to stay at her place, and her communication was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment is located in the very convenient place, close to Masaki & also town so very easy to get around. Wifi was strong as well, which I required to remote work for some days so appreciated stable connections taking calls etc. I would highly recommend AK’s place to anyone visiting Dar. We had a great stay at Anouk’s place! We got to share apartment with Anouk and her fantastic kids who were very welcoming and used to Airbnb guests. No problems at all regarding communication or “living together”-factors such as cleaning etc. Anouk helped us a lot, gave recommendations were to go for restaurants/weekends and even invited us to dinner with her friends. She did much more than what is expected of an Airbnb-host, an example of how warm and kind she is as a person. We highly recommend staying with Anouk in her fantastic apartment!

Joseph is an exceptional Airbnb host. When you visit Dar es Salaam, I highly recommend booking his accommodation. You will feel completely at home in the heart of the city. We absolutely loved staying at this beach house in Kumekucha! Fabulous decors and interiors are fusion of local and modern tastes. The house is beach front, in the nature in Tanzania, with the wind from the sea ventilating the rooms well. Upstairs balcony is perfect for just relaxing, away from the busy city life and totally switched off and it was a great therapeutical experience! Naomi was a great communicator throughout our stay and the local team on ground was also very welcoming and helpful. We would absolutely love to stay at this house and highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay. his home is lovely. it's very clean and Morgan modern, with all of the amenities you need. we were convenient to town, and being next to the water with a lovely breeze when you open the windows. we'll be back
