Much nicer and more modern than the pictures suggest. It's very spacious, crystal clean, well-equipped, comfy and has a private bathroom (with shower and tub). Kitchen, TV room and balcony are shared. The highlight was the beautiful pool and hot tub (open unter 10 pm). It is a bit out of town, so you need a car. The only slightly annoying thing was that at times the AC was noisy and too heavy and I didn't manage to turn it off. I did not ask Chad about it though.

Putting the address in Apple Maps does not take you to the Airbnb. More clear instructions would have helped to find the location. Multiple key boxes made us unsure of where our key box/ entrance was for our Airbnb. At 11 o’clock pm our first night there, a family was peaking through our front door with flashlights and it scared the girls we were with. Turned out that they were trying to find their entrance/ key box for the upstairs rental. Other than those few things we loved the space and the design. It was enjoyable staying there and we would stay there again next time we are in Moab.

Lovely place to stay while in town for a race! We were close to restaurants and the parks while being far enough off the main drag to still have plenty of peace and quiet.

Carmen was very responsive. Moab (and apparently 100 miles in every direction) had a power outage while we were out to dinner. She called, let us know about the outage, and brought extra blankets and lanterns. She also went to a neighbors and heated up a kettle of water on their wood stove so our kids could have some hot chocolate before bed. Even with the power outage during a cold snap in the winter, we all slept well under the extra blankets. If we go back to the area, we will stay there again.

Really great place to stay, and right by downtown Moab! It was the perfect location for walkable and yummy dinners/breakfast/coffee, and great location to both Arches and Canyonlands National Park!

Amazing stay just one block off Main Street. It had everything we needed for a long weekend exploring Moab and Canyonlands. We were a family of four but definitely had the space to accommodate a larger group size. Beds and linens were very comfortable! Next time we are Moab, we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing host, she met us on the rooftop, gave us amazing recommendations, and was always available with any questions!

We enjoyed our stay at KozyShare #5. It was very walkable and had everything we needed in the kitchen and rest of the room. As far as cost and after having stayed for 3 days, the average price per night was just but, unfortunately, the added fees through Air BNB make it more expensive than it's worth. Also, be prepared for a lot of road noise. We heard more from the road than we did from the neighbors but there isn't anything that can be done about that. We were there in March so I imagine it'll be more noisy in the peak seasons.

At first, I was a little skeptical staying a couple miles outside of town, but I absolutely loved the privacy and how quick it was to get from the studio to downtown Moab. The dark sky neighborhood made for incredible stargazing, and I always felt like I had my own space. Great for a weekend trip!

Great spot for 2 in Moab with a short distance to Arches and Canyonlands! It was nice to be so close to town. Jenna was very responsive, especially during a brief neighborhood-wide power outage, which we appreciated. The space was comfy and great for relaxing in the evenings after hiking. Would stay again!

Stayed for one night, and it was just what we needed.

Thank you for hosting us. The place was great and exactly what we needed with a baby and a dog. Organized, clean, fully stocked, and close to downtown. Will definitely come back.

Nice and clear so easy to get to town a really good place to stay in Moab

Amazing location, everything you need is walkable! Hot tub and backyard was awesome. Clean spot and everything you need for a quick or extended trip to moab! It can be a bit noisy because it is so close to downtown, but thats the cost of being "downtown". Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. Easy to get in with a door code. Clean house. No complaints. Would definitely stay there again.
