Great little casita. We enjoyed our stay. It's central to town and we're able to find extremely close restaurants and shops.

We had a fantastic time - location is unbeatable, the hot tub was super relaxing and we loved the older cottage charm. Would definitely stay again.

Our studio cottage was great! Felt very clean and had everything we needed in the space so we could enjoy the outdoors and then come back to a comfortable place. Easy to get in/out of and park our trailer and close to everything in town and OHV trailheads. Sean was a great host and incredibly friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Moab!

My family of six plus our lab mix dog came and stayed here for 2 days. My kids loved staying up in the loft. The surrounding common areas were great! Wonderful fire pit, grill barbecue, pizza oven, a fenced area for dogs to play. Shout out to Trevor who works there and was super friendly and helpful with our dog. The only thing I would say as an improvement there was no hair dryer and it took a while to dry my son’s hair. On a separate note: be mindful of the weather. Our day at Arches was great but when we came back there was a wind storm of sorts and it shook the loft really fierce. I don’t blame the establishment at all but just check the weather and keep it in mind.

Everything was perfect for a spontaneous trip to Moab. Booked the night before! Easy to find, Clear instructions, clean, and even nice shared bathrooms! Really I will be staying again! Next time, I’ll plan it out with my kids and stay in their tinny homes!

What a wonderful place to stay!! Sean’s listing was a lovely space to come back to for birthday celebrations and after sky diving! I will definitely book again when returning to Moab.

My husband and our son had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s cottage. The surroundings are just breathtakingly beautiful. The cottage is very comfortable and extremely clean. Jeff was very accommodating and made sure to check that we had everything we needed. Which we did because everything you could need is in the cottage. He has some very friendly animals that our 1.5 year old son loved. If we ever come back to Moab I wouldn’t hesitate to book Jeff’s cottage again. We would also recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and peaceful place to stay while in the area.
