We had an incredible stay! Hosted 8 people and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was perfect for feeding all of us. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Would definitely come back!

This was the nicest Air Bnb's I stayed at. The place was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view. My family of 6 enjoyed visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. We also enjoyed eating out in downtown Moab.

Valerie's place was very nice, comfortable, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. She was immediately responsive to our questions. It is a short distance out of town but not bad. Very nice place.

We had a wonderful stay in Moab. Kristen was a 5-star host and super responsive. The AirBnB was a great home-base to explore the Canyonlands and Arches National Park. We felt right at home and even had the chance to enjoy the pool! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place for a family vacation. House was clean and had everything we needed. Close to downtown Moab and a great base for adventuring in the area. Host was responsive and made everything easy.

This is definately run by a company and good communication and decent place. A few things to say is that the queen bed was bumpy and they should replace it, shower has great water pressure. In dire need of new carpet, and the place felt a bit dungeny on the main floor. That may be great with the hot summer months, but not light and airy feel. Dark and cold feel. Otherwise it was comforable and quiet. Not loud furnace or anything weird. I only paid $100 a night as this made it cheper than a hotel, I wouldn't go $250 on this place, and I think $200 for cleaning fee is way to high.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations during our stay in Moab! The house was spotless with everything we needed available. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was phenomenal! Niki and Colin were very friendly and responsive, 10/10 recommend Y-4!!

Debra's place is a great place to stay in Moab. I only regret that we didn't stay longer than 2 nights! Walkable to bars, restaurants, and shops in Moab, and a short drive to Arches and Canyonlands. Very well-stocked kitchen, and a garage for parking. Our family was very comfortable while staying there, and Deb was always very responsive. Highly recommended!

We would recommend this home for your visit to Moab. Beautiful home, safe neighborhood, clean, and excellent communication with Leslie. We appreciated the coffee and the beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen as well!! Would stay again if in the area. Perfect distance from town and arches national Park!!

We had a wonderful stay here in Moab! my family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very responsive and kind hosts. The house was large and our family was nicely spread out. It was also easily accessible to downtown.

A great dog friendly townhome in a great location. Very comfortable beds and nice furniture and decor with nice kitchen supplies.

Our stay at the ladder house was perfect! When we arrived everything was just as it was described and in the pictures. This was our first vacation with kids and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we explored all that Moab has to offer.

We had an unforgettable stay at Jonathan’s Airbnb in Moab, Utah! The property truly exceeded our expectations everything was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The space was not only stylish and cozy but also thoughtfully designed for comfort. Jonathan was an outstanding host, always available and very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The location was ideal for exploring the stunning surroundings, and we loved the attention to detail throughout the home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Moab. We’ll definitely be back!

We LOVED our stay at Michelle’s, We have enjoyed many homes when we travel near and far… Michelle & Peter’s home was exceptional.. This is our second vacation in the area … I loved the location the area is beautiful and felt safe ,it is close to town yet quiet .. The check-in was easy and the check-out instructions were simple and straightforward. The home is extremely well done with many high end appliances and quality construction.. It is pristine inside and outside.. The kitchen was great for cooking and easy to clean… The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean.. We also enjoyed cooking on the grill on the back patio … I love to do laundry when we travel , the washer & dryer available at Michelle’s home is excellent .. We hope to return again to Moab next year and we would love to stay here again .. Thank you Michelle & Peter for providing this wonderful experience and exceeding our expectations …

We had a great stay!. The place was a perfect home base for our activities. Allison was very responsive and kind. They were really thoughtful about the supplies in the townhouse like offering plenty of towels, make up wash clothes, a few laundry pods, a few plastic forks or spoons for on the go. The beds are super soft. If you like a soft mattress these beds are for you! Tankless water heater so we never ran out of hot water. Parking was more than sufficient. The place was secure and clean. The hot tub was fun in the evening after a long day of outdoor activities. Overall really beats camping. lol. I highly recommend.

Staying at Lexy’s place felt like staying at a friend’s house. Everything was exactly as pictured. The home was modern and super clean (and we are extremely picky about cleanliness). It’s so nice to check in somewhere and feel immediately at home and not worried about anything. We only got to stay one night but when we come back to Moab, we’ll definitely be staying at Lexy’s home!

I would give this home 10 stars if I could! The location is great; it is super close to town but far enough away to be quiet. The house is just as described and is incredibly well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. The beds and bedding were great - much appreciated after long days of adventuring. We didn't do any real cooking, but the kitchen looked like it had everything you might need. We will absolutely return on our next trip out to Moab!

It's a great spot just south of town, a comfortable spot with everything you need. I would stay here again.

Christine has a beautiful home- this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed in. Extra care is clearly taken to ensure the comfort of guests! Really nice coffee maker, nice linens, all the kitchen things you need etc. Kristine is also a great communicator and proactively reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. The cherry on top is that the area is absolutely gorgeous!!

Our family of four had a great time at Tod’s place - the location was perfect for our trips into Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and the layout of the place worked well (everyone was able to have their own room). Everything was comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Would definitely stay again!

The perfect place to stay in Moab! The townhouse close to town, Arches, Spanish Valley, and Canyonlands. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking, and it was beautiful watching the sunrise right over the mountains. Everything was super clean, and exactly as described. Extra blankets, lots of room to spread out, and all of the kitchen items you’d need. We would highly recommend!
