the villa was actually even better than on the photos, very beautiful and spacious. great swimming pool and garden. there is staff on site if you need any help.

The place is wonderful and has a cozy, homey feel. The caretakers are friendly and approachable. However, the pool needs repairs, the tiles are damaged and removed, which makes it unsafe for swimming. The kids got cuts on their feet while using the pool, so the tiles should be replaced for safety reasons. Overall, we had a great stay there.

Our stay at Arrow House was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we booked, Sir Felipe was incredibly responsive and helpful. The place itself is a true gem – the architectural and interior design are stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The location is truly serene. We also want to give a special shoutout to the keeper, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Sir Felipe was also incredibly considerate and kind, making us feel truly welcome and at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Very clean. Caretaker is very attentive and helpful. Pool is outstanding. Very nice space with a million dollar view.

We had a great stay! The bedrooms are spacious, the flat is clean, the communication with the host was easy. We could even borrow some snorkeling equipment for free. You can walk to the city centre but it's a bit far so better to have a bike.

Kuya Bam, the caretaker, was very very helpful and nice. He was always assisting us in everything, he even helped us get rides to stores and back.

Beautiful place inside and outside. Private territory, spacious house and well maintained. They offer a bigger size like new scooter for a good price. The caretaker, Wilma, takes good care of the place and will assist you if you need something. Will recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! I would say it’s the ideal location for Moalboal, as it’s situated just off the main restaurant strip. This makes it a peaceful retreat, while the garden is simply beautiful. The walk down to the front is only a 10-minute stroll, and you get to pass by all the restaurants along the way. Michael and Joan were incredibly helpful and prompt in responding to our Airbnb messages. They even sourced the tour guides for the waterfalls, and the guides themselves were amazing!

Best place we stayed in the Philippines! We loved Moalboal, the place is off the beaten path so it’s helpful to rent a motorbike. It’s nice & quiet and lovely to just enjoy the place on its own. The free breakfasts are amazing and so is the food at the restaurant at the resort next door. I had all sorts of questions and Angel was so helpful and sweet. The beach is beautiful although we missed out on paddle boarding and snorkeling there. We did do Canyoneering at Kawasan falls and the sardine run & saw sea turtles (which I heard you can see from this place too). I’ll never forget my memories here, highly recommend (:

Had a very good time in Moalboal!! Accomodation is spacious and clean, the location is near the centre but super quiet (make sure you book one of the rooms in the backyard) and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved, but first, it's included and second, there is a superb french coffee place next to it.
