Upon arrival, we appreciated the secure coded gate. Kathleen and Russell warmly welcomed us at the condo and provided the keys. They live in the area and Kathleen's enthusiasm showed she loves where she lives. The condo was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with snacks, local cupcakes, and beverages. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, along with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. My daughter found the sofa bed comfortable, and the Vizio smart TV with streaming apps and reliable Wi-Fi was a bonus. The bedroom featured a cozy bed with extra pillows and blankets, while the spotless bathroom had everything we might need. There was also a washer and dryer. This is definitely our new spot!

Wonderful stay and beautiful property! Easy check-in and out. Perfect place, and still cannot get over how beautiful the property is. Truly felt like we’re transported to an another place and time. Thank you so much for everything.

The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The location was ideal, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Can’t wait to return!

A great stay. We enjoyed the peaceful, uncommercialized beauty of Dauphin Island and the Holland House was wonderful for immersing ourselves in it. It's centrally located on the island so you can walk everywhere. We enjoyed the Mardi Gras parade from the front porch and walked to the beach every morning.

The room was immaculate upon arrival and Crystal was very responsive to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. If you stay, eat at Chuck’s Fish! Try to go on a second Friday during the art walk! It was such a great experience!

This was the second time we stayed with Josh - this time the other side of duplex! Just as nice this time and a completely fenced in backyard was ideal for the dogs! Great linens and great thick towels !! We were there for USA softball so never used kitchen for cooking but having coffee there so we didn't have to buy any was a great added bonus. We WILL be back next Spring for softball!

What a lovely place to stay! We enjoyed our time here greatly. We were only there for 1 night but it was wonderfully relaxing, especially while hanging on the back porch. Our dog had a nice yard to play in after a long day in the car as well. We would definitely stay again!

One of my favorite Airbnb houses that I’ve stayed in. Beautiful old home, lovely decor with everything we needed. Donnie is very nice & responsive, a pleasure to deal with. The next time we’re in Mobile we will definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect! Great proximity to the beach, especially considering it is a pet-friendly home. And, close to town if we needed anything. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The beach was not the least bit crowded, and we had beautiful weather. We loved the layout of the house and how spacious it is. Plenty of everything for comfort and for a home away from home! The instructions were clear and posted in multiple places. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Definitely a place we would stay again and again! Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Our stay was great! The house is beautiful and spacious. A big front porch with a good view of the beach. Also perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, which was a perk for us personally. Great place to bring the family. Within walking distance of the beach access. Plenty of parking. Would love to book here again when we go back!

We felt right at home, safe, neighbors are amazing and neighborhood is beautiful. Owners were amazing and very responsive and personable and friendly. We stayed 11 months while my husband renovated the BMW there in Mobile off of Government Street. Felt like home literally. It’s an old historic home so it had that old feel and character.

It was SO clean and nice! I could tell she spent a lot of time putting it together to make it feel like you are at home. Everyone had plenty of space and we could all hangout in the living room together as well. We loved the fireplace, when we arrived because it was cold that night. We had a wonderful weekend and would recommend Tami’s place! It was very close to everything and a short uber ride to and from a Mardi Gras ball! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

We can’t say enough great things about this place, it was such a short walk to the beach and the house included everything you would need for a week on the beach. Having a beach wagon, coolers, chairs, beach games, bikes already there takes the stress off of parents and guests to remember everything they may need especially when you live far away: Kitchen was very clean and had everything you would need. Beds were very comfortable. As a family of 4 it was a perfect fit and could’ve accommodated a few more people as well. Several local restaurants and activities to do as well. We will definitely book here again. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Beautiful quiet and great gated neighborhood. Description didn't match 6th bedroom is just loft no door and single trundle bed not double beds with single bed and trundle bed. Bring extra bedding and towels due to only 1 towel per guest and must was towels daily during stay. There are no extra blankets for trundle bed or pull out couch. Kitchen and bathroom supplies very limited.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and comfortable, with a charming traditional cottage décor that made it feel so cozy and inviting. We loved the private space—it gave us just the right amount of peace and quiet during our visit. Being able to access and use the garage was a great bonus, especially for my husband—he absolutely loved the place! We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Kim was an exceptional local host! You really couldn’t ask for anything more from a beachfront listing. Her condo offers direct access to a world class pool, beach access and so much more! Tacky Jacks, one of the best liveries in the area, is located just across the street; and within walking distance you will find the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Fort Morgan, a number of civil was batteries and the famed Navy Cove Oyster farm! I highly recommend Sea South Properties to anyone interested in a great stay in Fort Morgan! Thanks Kim!

Spacious and quiet nestled in the heart of Midtown. Hosts were incredibly responsive and hospitable. Great for 2-3 if you’re looking for a combination of historic, local feeling but want the coziness of something updated.

This place is just perfect! Douglas was very professional, while also personable and friendly and answered all questions related to our Mardi Gras needs. We received detailed information and specific instructions for check-in with anything related to the space and amenities. The description and photos are accurate but when we saw the amazing apartment with fabulous decor, excellent views, and spacious rooms, we were even more pleased. The small balcony off of the den/kitchen area has a beautiful view of Cathedral Square and the historical architecture of Old Mobile on Dauphin Street but even better is the private roof-top terrace, that is accessible by a spiral staircase. The sitting area is warm and cozy and the views are simply breathtaking with the city lights in the distance, encompassing the warm ambiance of downtown Mobile. We loved having cocktails up there. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and luxurious and the fully stocked kitchen is immaculate. We will be back next year!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The condo unit was right by the pool and a very easy walk to the beach. The beach was uncrowded (which we loved). A beautiful great blue heron visited us a couple times to inspect the sandle castles we were building. We saw dolphins swimming off the coast one of the days of our stay. The beach is also great for walking. We were able to walk from the private beach to the public beach close to Fort Gaines. The condo unit was great. It was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. We couldn't ask for a more perfect place for our family. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be able to stay here again the next time we come to Dauphin Island.

Our stay was Nice but the hot water was not good at all!! It ran out so quick I have long hair so it takes me a little longer ! Loved the fan in the spare room that was cool

The condo was great. It was just as described and check in/check was a breeze. John was very friendly and responsive. He let us know if there was any maintenance that was going on so that we were aware. I would definelty choose to stay again if we are ever in the area.

Very spacious with an urban loft feel. Basically 1 block from Bienville Square. Parked in pay lot directly across the street from front door and felt good about leaving car there. Our first time operating streaming TV and was easy to figure out. Quiet bedrooms.
