We felt welcomed before we arrived and checkin/checkout was simple. This home is gorgeous with lots of upgraded amenities to ensure your stay is next level. The neighborhood is quiet and the dock out back made for the perfect coffee experience in the morning. This host was responsive and helpful, would recommend staying here!

This is one of the best houses to stay in Seabrook because the house overlooking the ocean. I think that is a must for the full Seabrook experience! The back porch is so nice and peaceful overlooking the beautiful view. The town is walking distance and so is walking down to the ocean. You can get down to the ocean right from the backyard. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Beautiful town and community and highly recommend staying in this Airbnb. This was a perfect stay for a bachelorette trip!

Roys place was perfect for a long weekend getaway during the off-season. We were a five minute walk from the beach. There was a drive up coffee hut around the corner but all other restaurants are about 10-15 minutes drive away. The hot tub was wonderful. I liked the way the master bathroom was set up with double shower heads and separate room for the toilet. It was easy enough to get checked in and the internet worked well during our stay.

Great place to stay, right on the beach but wish it had direct access, can fall asleep to sounds of the ocean, very quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay. The beach is very close to the house, in the backyard. I also loved how close everything was, the grocery store, coffee place, hikes, restaurants and lighthouse. We loved our family vacation!

The house was very spacious and clean. The beach access was right across the street and the views were spectacular. We will definitely keep this location in mind for a future trip and will not hesitate to refer a stay to family and friends.

Lovely stay with 6 adults and 4 kids plus two dogs! Well-equipped kitchen, nice location across from the soccer field and indoor pool. Only complaint is we asked for the garbage to be picked up several times and it never was which meant piles of it in the kitchen for a few days.

What a beautiful home for our vacation!!! We wish we could have stayed another night! Three nights would have been more ideal.

This is a lovely little gem of a place! The home is well appointed and great for kids. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout. All the photos are accurate. Both Big Wheel House and the town of Seabrook. The location is amazing! You’re just steps from the main town drag and quick coffee run in the AM. 10 out of 10 recommend and we’ll be back!

Overall our stay was a letdown compared to prior visits to Seabrook. My family has stayed at Seabrook many times and we have always enjoyed our time there. I was disappointed to see that if I’d booked through the Seabrook rentals website my stay would have qualified for the stay two nights get one free night. I felt very mislead that booking through Airbnb was the same as booking directly from Seabrook, especially since Top Shelf is managed by Seabrook. The door lock took many tries before the door would open and when we asked for help from guest services no one showed up for 45 minutes. There was a lot of hair in one of the showers and it looked like housekeeping missed some things that were still dirty in the kitchen. There were several lights that were burned out.

We had an amazing stay! It was clean and well-provisioned, having just about everything we needed, with thoughtful touches. Located in the Seabrook neighborhood, a nice, charming, walkable beach town with shops, restaurants and beach access, making it an ideal getaway spot.

Ocean Song was perfect for our large family gathering. kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The wood fireplace was also a nice touch for an extra cozy feel. We would have liked to have more blankets and the mattresses weren't the best. We still have a great time. Thanks Seabrook!

We had a great stay in Seabrook! This house accommodated 8 people, and we were pleased with the amount of bathrooms, the walkability of the town, and the central location of this home. It was comfortable for our dogs, and we loved the hot tub!

We have stayed on many different beach town. Seabrook was the best!! So many amenities available. We wish we had more nights and will be back. So many great family memories! We parked our car on day one and never drove anywhere. So relaxing!!

The home and the landscaping are beautiful. We found all rooms spotless with everything organized to make our stay easy and special. In fact the extra details and touches were astonishing. I would highly suggest to spend time reading the house handbook with details on climate information and history of local storms that raged through the area....all very fascinating. Steve and Alice went above and beyond what you might expect from the majority of home owners. Their beach house is a real treasure.

The house is beautiful and in a convenient location. It has everything you would need for your stay. The hot tub is an added bonus. Lisa is very responsive and flexible.

Very cheery. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. Back area was awesome for our dogs. Very close to the beach and nestled between Westport and Tokeland. It’s in a single-wide but very well furnished. Comfortable King bed in the master and lots of cold out furniture for a crowd if needed.

We had so much fun staying here. One of the better amount of amenities at an air Bnb. It was like cooking from my own kitchen at home. We also loved that we could have pets too. There were so many fun board games, puzzles, and activities for the kids to do in the back bedroom. The washer and dryer were a necessity when traveling with kids and we were grateful for it. We would stay here again!

I've stayed at quite a few places and this one is top tier for sure. No complaints. Had everything you could want to feel at home and then some. Will be staying there again next year for sure.

A great place to stay for a family charter fishing trip.

Wonderful home that's a short walk to Damon Point, which is a great beach to enjoy. There were folks beachcombing, fishing, and we even saw some surfers out there (in winter time!). Would visit again. Thank you to Susie and Aaron for solid communication and clear instructions.
