Modène : locations de vacances avec terrasse

One of the most beautiful places we ever seen! The house is so unique, thoughtfully designed and well equipped. It’s in a great location with only 5 minutes walk from the train station and got a lot of groceries stores and restaurants near by. Federica and David were such a great hosts, the communication was perfect and they helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommend! We definitely will come back to this special place!

Siamo rimasti estremamente contenti di come siamo stati accolti. Questo viaggio ha avuto molti intoppi e cambi di programma ma nonostante ciò abbiamo ricevuto comprensione e fiducia. L’alloggio è ben arredato, pulito e molto ordinato. La paesaggistica è qualcosa di meraviglioso. Ritorneremo senz’altro perché siamo stati bene come se fossimo in casa nostra.

Zona davvero molto tranquilla. La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita, in sei persone ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene. Consiglio vivamente

Everything was fine. The location is convenient and the place looks exactly like the pictures. The shower was a bit hard to deal with as the water switches from cold to warm but it was overall a great experience. We will come back again.

Wir haben eine Nacht an diesem wunderbaren Ort verbracht und es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, angenehm beheizt und sehr gemütlich. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den privaten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Es gibt auch einen schönen Aussensitzplatz – ein tolles Extra. Die Lage ist herrlich – mitten in der Natur, umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher und absoluter Ruhe. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alles war wirklich perfekt – vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung!

Tres bon logement. Tres bon lit. J ai mieux dormi dans ce logement que chee moi. Tres silencieux. Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours de Bologne. La mere de Édouardo est tres gentille et aimable. Je recommande ce logement.

There were many positive aspects to our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-organized, offering ample space for 8 people. The kitchen was functional and equipped with brand-new utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were well-appointed with wardrobes. The bathrooms were spacious, and the apartment’s location was excellent, with convenient parking right in front of the entrance. On the downside, there was no hot water on the first day, the apartment was not very soundproof, and we didn’t have the required card to dispose of the trash. Communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient.

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay and all of your help — we loved your space (well-stocked kitchen with yoghurt, jam, and cereal, eggs, juice, cold water and all the utensils you could need; comfortable and spacious place; stylish interior design; large, warm bathroom) and how welcoming and accommodating you were. This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus von Giacomo war großartig. Wir haben uns super wie zu Hause gefühlt und ein paar schöne Tage in Albinea verbracht. Das Haus ist super schön und gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Begrüßungssekt war super lecker. Das Grundstück ist total schön, obwohl es an der Straße gelegen ist, ist es nicht laut und man hat viel Natur um sich herum. Giacomo ist super freundlich und unheimlich hilfsbereit und stand uns bei allen Fragen und Problemen direkt zur Seite. Wir wünschen ihm viel Erfolg mit seinen Bienen und hoffen,dass wir wiederkommen können und dann was vom Honig probieren können. 😊🐝

The host who welcomed us in person was courteous, punctual and pleasant. The apartment is quiet (no street noise) and tastefully furnished in classic Italian style, with a pleasant small terrace garden area overlooking an inner courtyard. There was no bottled water in the fridge but there were two coffee capsules for the espresso machine, and two prepackaged breakfast rolls. There is no shower in the bathroom but the bathtub worked fine. The bed is comfortable. The walk-in closet is very roomy and well appointed. There are four or five marble steps from the elevator to the apartment's front door, and a few also inside the apartment, to connect the living room to the bedroom. Everything was very clean and clutter free. The apartment is right above Bologna's most famous chocolate shop, Majani, and an ancient Roman theater that can unfortunately be visited only occasionally. Overall my husband and I found this to be an excellent accomodation.

Calme, campagne , vignes... Cet emplacement est idéal et le logement est de haute qualité. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento con un gruppo di amici. Le camere e la cucina sono molto spaziose e l’intero appartamento è molto bello e ristrutturato da poco. A disposizione ci sono anche 2 bagni con doccia molto comodi per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro! Si raggiunge il centro di Modena con una camminata di 10 minuti. L’host è molto gentile e risponde a qualsiasi domanda nel giro di pochi minuti.

Vriendelijke host. Heeft een baby/ campingbedje voor ons geregeld. Appartement was keurig netjes en schoon. Makkelijke ligging vlakbij het treinstation.

The kitchen had everything I needed, making meal prep a breeze, and the garage added an extra layer of convenience and security. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and family-friendly place to stay!
