Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

Felt right at home nice and cozy spot. 5 minutes away from the London bridge. Easy to park and catch a ride on in the Ferry to Havasu Landing. Good size pool and the front yard you get a glimpse of the water. I would highly recommend this place.

Larry’s place was amazing. Check in process was clear and easy. Located close to everything you need plus marinas/launch. Clean property with the added bonus of a beautiful pool to use once back home. Everything you need in Havasu area

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

Justin’s place was just what I was looking for. A nice big, clean kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The air conditioning was nice and cold as well. I also liked that I could park my vehicle inside the gate. Justin was always very responsive if there was an issue. I would definitely go back.

Great place to stay in a big group! 4 full sized beds is an amazing feature along with the beautiful pool and backyard. Highly recommend staying here and I will be back next year!

Joan’s place was cheery, comfortable, and clean, exactly like what was shown in the pictures. There were plenty of towels, cups, kitchenware, and everything we needed for our stay. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and straightforward. We didn’t need to get in touch with Joan at all during our stay. The house was very spacious and I would highly recommend staying here for couples and families alike.

Stephanie’s place is awesome very comfortable and clean love the private beach 🏖️ my family and I loved it so much that we are planning are next stay 10/10 recommend thanks Stephanie

We came to do some touristy things like the London Bridge. Enjoyed being about to walk there (about a mile, mostly downhill, so uphill on the way back.) Not far to a grocery store and coffee places!

Becky and Laura have been very attentive and so kind. I have stayed at the Tiny T and Eliza’s casita, both excellent well stocked too! Ty :)

The condo was clean, cozy and easy to access! I was especially impressed with the host, Nicholas, who communicated with such friendliness and clarity. Thanks for a great stay!

Jamie was the perfect host. Always was quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved just sitting on the deck watching the birds and ducks float by. Would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely stay at Marks place again in the future! Close to my family and very affordable. Mark and his wife were super friendly. Place was clean and we enjoyed every minute!

Condo was clean. It was good space for family of 3. Plentiful kitchen supplies, towels, trash bags, TP and laundry supplies. Can’t beat location central to everything and walk to Rotary Park, Lake, Restaurants, Grocery and London Bridge. Thanks for having us!

This was our first time in Lake Havasu. My wife had a business trip there and we made a little family vacation with the kids on Thanksgiving break. The condo is nice and very well located, just off the canal and a short walk over the board walk to London Bridge. Plenty to do for us and the kids (walks, skate park, lake activities). Very outdoorsy and friendly folks! A very good discovery for a family weekend getaway.

Debi and Nick are great hosts. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the 1st message from them. Place was just as advertised, very clean, cozy decor, uncluttered, well stocked kitchen, super comfy master bed! We had a little TV issue and they took care of it instantly. Helpful welcomed notebook. Great views outside. Location was perfect for us, close to Wolf Creek Golf Course (awesome breakfast & golf), Smith's grocery store, Eureka Casino (Gregory's Mesquite Grill-Yum!!) and everything else we needed. High on a hill, so great views of mountains and park. Quiet neighbors. There was a short walk from the car to the front door, but was easy to do. Debi's instructions were very clear. I also looked on Google Maps to make sure I knew where to drive once inside development, made it easier to find (Google directions would have taken us into the fence/off cliff, LOL). Highly recommend this condo and these hosts.

This place delivered on our one month stay there! We also own an airbnb so we are pretty particular about where we stay. It is so spacious and was perfect when we had additional guests staying in the casita. The deck was awesome with its amazing views of the golf course and surroundings - loved watching people tee off and also finish up on #9. The hosts were terrifically responsive to all our questions. You will not be disappointed to book this place!

Erin’s place was very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and felt right at home. Will definitely stay there again!

Michelle's place was a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It was decorated nicely with a car thing; Very cute. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the headboard. The kitchen was well stocked, and I liked that the light switches were labeled (it's the small details). The 2 patios were nice to sit outside and enjoy the comfortable weather day and night. The place was spotless! As someone who owns 2 Airbnbs myself, I pay close attention to cleanliness 😊. Lastly, Michelle was the perfect host. I had a few questions before arriving and she answered quickly and with detailed answers with maps, links, suggestions, whatever I needed, which was extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again, and refer friends and family to stay!

Kory was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. The instructions for checkin were great and Kory was flexible, letting us arrive and hour early since the place was ready. We had a small issue while we were there which was quickly resolved and we were offered late checkout for the inconvenience. The location was unbeatable as we were able to walk to the channel and local shops and restaurants. The community was friendly and there was plenty of parking for our boat which we loved. Beds were comfortable with plenty of cozy blankets and pillow. We will definitely plan on staying again on a future trip!

Super clean, and I loved that they left cleaning supplies. A lot of places I stay don’t leave cleaner etc, and I like to keep the place nice while there.
