Perfect location.

The "Nest" was a great home base for some outdoor exploring. The space is large and has everything you need for a long weekend or longer. The property is pretty (wish I had more time to explore it). The pooch felt right at home.

I loved staying in the Hemlock cabin! Cute kitchen with all that was needed, great porch, great views--wonderful hosts. Would stay there again for sure.

This is the second time we've stayed at Caitlin's place. This time we brought our 2 grandchildren, ages 5 and 7. The kids had a great time. They especially loved going out first thing in the morning to visit the horse. The house is a great base for visiting attractions in the Cooperstown area, and for cooking meals and eating in the few times we didn't eat out while visiting attractions. We definitely recommend Catlin's as a family-friendly place to stay.

Had an excellent long weekend at a truly beautiful spot, with a comfortable cabin to stay in. Lots of available boats, more available than I'd realized! And there's plentiful nearby hiking. The only surprise was that the cabin was in a large group of cabins, some quite close, so there was a certain amount of unexpected noise, and perhaps a little less privacy then there might have been. This didn't detract from the time there, but some might like to know ahead of time.

Check in was smooth and everything matches the description. Cute little cottage for our stay. Will definitely be back!

Place was perfect! Clean,comfortable,decorated so beautifully and it was all the little touches, snacks, water even a bottle of wine. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook. Great appliances it was perfect. You will feel at home. We were very happy with our stay and will be back when visiting our daughter.

Jaylene’s home was the perfect place to retreat and get some peace. We needed to get out of the city for a moment and this space was exactly what we needed. Such beautiful attention to design. We loved all the details and the space had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen with knives that can actually slice through a tomato ( a plus for me) and the bed was glorious!! It was peaceful and we actually felt as if we were there alone and not in a guesthouse. Beautiful views. We were close to town where there was shopping, dining and farms. A wonderful as space Jaylene. Thank you for sharing it.

My wife and I went to a wrestling tournament and needed a place to stay. This place fit the ticket very convenient. Very nice and cozy. Stephanie was a very informative and accommodating host. Would highly recommend this place. It was quite an experience for us as we are also Airbnb host to see .

If you are looking for a PRIVATE & QUIET stay then look no further. The charm here is the hosts response time,unit cleanliness & location. My stay was 15 nights & I was able to go for a run everyday in the lovely kid friendly neighborhood. There is a nearby laundromat& you can enjoy the cafe/bakery next door as you wait. I spent a lot of time in the unit to study & quiet is an understatement. You would occasionally hear the rumble of a car down the street at night but that’s it. The unit is just as photographed &they have equipped it with thoughtful amenities & a fully stocked kitchen even down to a rice cooker. Only kitchen downside was the lack of a traditional stove/oven but everything is as advertised and works. There is private parking and a private seating area outside the unit and gives you an outdoor space on sunny days . Sleep is cozy would just recc black out curtains. The Hosts were the real stars as they were just the nicest people and very responsive. 5 stars all round!

Our stay at Nancy's was just what we needed after a long week in the Adirondacks. We chose this place for the location near the river and it helped cut our trip home to Pittsburgh down. The place is just as described and made even better with the simple touches and thoughtfulness that Nancy has put into the space. We landed for just one night and spent most of our time outside on the dock watching the beautiful river and natural surroundings. We saw many birds and a few beavers - while drinking our morning coffee a bald eagle gave us a show and made our trip end on a wonderful note :) I would recommend staying with Nancy to anyone who finds themselves in the area and wants a slice of comfort and nature to lodge in. On our way out of town, we went to a local diner that Nancy had recommended, Lakes Sweets and Treats for a delicious homestyle breakfast and made our way up to the country store from there to pick up a few local maple syrup bottles to gift our friends. Great time in Chaumont

This is our second time staying at this house and probably the 5th or 6th time hosted by Ray. We must say that Ray is the best host you can find on Airbnb. Always proactive and responsive to ensure we have the best stay. He also takes great care of his properties. This house is perfectly located with a lot of privacy and close proximity to town and skiing. It’s brand new, open and airy layout that’s perfect for a family or small group with everything on the main floor and a large mud room on the ground floor. We loved staying here and will be back again.

Jim and Roxanne were wonderful hosts! They greeted us personally and answered all of the questions we had. They were extremely helpful and the space is well stocked with anything that you could need. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay.

Our stay was fantastic. The home, top to bottom, was very clean and organized. Instructions on entering and use of the home were clear and informative. The surrounding area is beautiful and a wonderful change of pace from our big city lifestyle. Serene is a good description of the property. The home is as pictured and had every amenity we needed. We hope to stay again.

I spent a weekend at Chris's adorable country home and I loved every second of it. From her warm greeting with her sweet pup Emma, to the fresh fruit and snacks she provided, to the clean and comfortable apartment, everything was just as wonderful as I expected it to be from the pictures and listing. But for me, the absolute highlight was the immediate access to walking trails through nearby woods and fields, and a paved rail trail that led to more extensive walking trails through a farm preserve, as well as the quaint neighboring towns. But if hiking wasn't my thing, I would have been just as happy sitting on the deck or curled up in the bright and sunbathed living room with a good book. I hope to be able to return some day to this beautiful area and charming location.

very clean, small space, great for two people.

Let me just say WOW!!!! This host knows how to HOST! I was coming in from a different city for work. I asked the host if an early check in was feasible and I was approved, which was amazing due to the fact I was exhausted and needed sleep. Upon entering the home, it sits back behind the owners home with plenty of privacy as it has its own full size porch with seating and a back door! The home was veryyyyyy adorable, comfortable beds, every single piece of kitchen equipment you’ll need PLUS MORE!!! Fully stocked coffee Keurig with coffee maker. TVs in both bedrooms, with ceiling fans! Room darkening curtains and a massive tv in the living room!!! This place is the best Airbnb on the platform BUT it’s not over yet! There’s a full size FREE washer and dryer in the basement, TONS of linens, pillows, sheets, fully stocked bathroom!! Just WOW!! After my first night, a guest of mine wanted to come over, I asked the host and she approved! Excellent service! We will be back!!

Trena and her family were so amazing! we stayed for a month here with our cats and two giant dogs while we waited to close on our new house. The loft was spotless and packed with everything we could need. I work remotely and the wifi was more than enough for my constant meetings and calls. Trena was only a text away if we needed anything at all. We loved it here!

What a fantastic place! Perfectly located in downtown Cooperstown, literally a three minute walk down the street to the HOF and all the shops and restaurants. Easy check-in, on-site parking next to the front door, peaceful, clean, nicely decorated, even a welcome bottle of wine! It could not have been more perfect. Some wifi issues, but the host was proactive in providing a solution plus our hotspots worked just fine. Strongly recommended!
