We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

Very peaceful getaway from the city. About an hour and a half drive from Manhattan. Place was clean, quiet, and retro. Loved getting to take the row boat out around the lake and listen to vinyl records all while being surrounded by nature. Owners were very helpful and responsive.

This place was a breath of fresh air. I've noticed a trend on AirBNB of rentals that are obviously flipped investment properties with no character and no evidence of life: this place is the opposite! Charming, comfortable, with hosts who actually know the area and live in the area. This is a great family option when visiting the surrounding Hudson Valley towns. I hope I can get back here soon!

This Airbnb was so perfect for our weekend getaway. It felt so secluded even with other houses around. The sun room views and master bedroom views and views from the outdoor Soave and hot tub were spectacular - you couldn’t see any other houses and it felt so peaceful. We loved watching the birds and bunnies. It rained all weekend but even that was beautiful and did not stop us from using the sauna and hot tub. Location wise it is great, very close to Darlings and Overlook Trailhead, as well as Kingston and New Paltz. I want to go back!

Wonderful, attentive, and responsive hosts! Their home is in a beautiful location, with views of/ access to the lake. We would love to come back.

We had a beautiful weekend at Jerry's lake house from being able to enjoy the surrounding outside area, or just spending the night inside relaxing. Jerry responded timely to all of our questions and was very kind. Would love to visit again!

This is a wonderful stay if you are traveling with kids and pets. So much to do in the amazing basement. The property is fully fenced, allowing your doggo the freedom to roam! Great location. Plenty to do around town.

The loft was lovely: fireplace, large balcony, view down the mountain, TV with airplay support, kitchen, etc. the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend to others.

The home was perfect. Fit all of our needs. Yuri was an amazing host easy to get in touch with if needed and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and for sure would recommend to a friend!

This little house was everything!! I had a great time, everything was clean and organized I don’t think you have to take extra this house offers everything even new toothbrush. I am so happy for this weekend

We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's Day weekend at Instant Karma Catskills. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and is extremely cozy and comfortable. We spent time in nature and truly got the break and retreat we needed as a family. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful and special spot! We enjoyed a pizza night from Forage Pizza (amazing), board games, the view/lake, and some hygge time. Thank you!

Such a beautiful view! Each morning we sat on the back porch and looked out at the beautiful view of the lake. Huge windows from the bedrooms out to the lake as well! Such old charm and style .. we will definitely be back !

The house and surrounding grounds were beautiful! You really get a great feeling of upstate New York at its best ! The short walk to the lake opens up to an incredible view ! Anyone looking for an upstate New York get away I would highly recommend a stay here ! Very clean ! And the hosts were very responsive and so easy and nice to deal with !

My friends and I had a great weekend here! The host was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The house is just a short drive from grocery stores and the City of Hudson. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful. We stayed over the weekend and it ended up snowing 5” lol. So we got to see both seasons all in one weekend. Even with the snow , it was so magical and relaxing! This home has everything you need. We enjoyed playing the ping pong table upstairs and the other games they have on site. One of the best places we have ever stayed at and host were so friendly and welcoming.

This place was exactly as described. We had a wonderful time staying here while we visited family in the area. I would definitely recommend especially to families.
