We had an exceptional stay at Lalit’s home. He was incredibly welcoming and flexible when our arrival and departure times changed. The house is spacious, very clean, and located in a quiet residential area—perfect for restful nights. It’s just a 7-minute walk to Trianon and St-Jean metro stations, with supermarkets nearby (Super Unic is only 300 m away, a smaller superette, Azalées, is 100 m away, and Winners Trianon is about 1 km away). Upstairs has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom; another bathroom is on the ground floor. One room has a desk and a window with a lovely view. The kitchen is spacious and very well-equipped. The washing machine works great, and there’s plenty of space to hang clothes on the enclosed balcony. Hot water is provided via a gas heater with adjustable temperature. A portable fan and other useful gadgets were also available. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we would highly recommend staying at Lalit’s home to anyone visiting the area.

Indeendent house eith 3 A/C bedrooms, a big nice bathroom with regular hot water (not always easy to find), nice open kitchen fully equiped, cousy covered terrasse. Really a nicely maintained house. Police station and supermarket 50m away. Nice small beach 400m away (walking ok) where you can reserve easily your boat tours and water activities. If you want to visit ile aux cerfs, go to the water park, this is the perfect spot to rest.

Nathalie's house is one of the most beautiful houses I have seen in my life. It's a perfect nest with lots of details and perfectly decorated. The room I stayed in was comfortable and safe. I liked the location too because I felt like I was at home. If I have to choose my best accomodation in Mauritius, it will definitely be Nathalie's. Nathalie is a smart lady who is an inspiration to many people because of her intelligence, education, hospitality and great manners. We had deep conversations, and I enjoyed staying at her home.

Debra has been a fantastic host and very communicative. Her villa at La Balise is gorgeous and felt like home. Nothing really to complain about the villa and location. Only negative is the cleaning maid is inconsistent and doesn’t really clean well and toilet paper doesn’t get replenished. Overall a nice and pleasant stay and would recommend.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The property and the entire estate complex, in which the property is situated, is a delight. Mr. Roelf provided with very specific instructions for checking in and provided with necessary information. The amenities provided by him were amazing, including board games and tennis rackets and scooters to commute within the estate complex. It has a great tennis court. Now, specifically the situation of the property is such that it's overlooking the mountains and estate itself serves as a private yacht parking for individual houses. The view is beautiful even when you're simply relaxing at the private deck. The location point could serve as a central point for going either way to Tamarin,Le Morne,Casela Park,Seven Colored earth and Grand Bassin. There are a couple of supermarkets within 3 kms range. The only missing thing was a water purifier for drinking water at the property. Rest all was great. Overall, a wonderful experience

Marine est une hôte exceptionnelle. Nous avons vraiment apprécié tous les échanges avant, pendant et après séjour. Le logement était très joli, très propre, parfaitement fidèle à la description avec des attentions que nous avons vraiment appréciées. Le logement est suréquipé avec plein de produits de base (très appréciable notamment pour un court séjour comme nous). Le Bassin est tres agréable. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Mille mercis Marine pour ce beau séjour chez vous !

Le logement est bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la cote est et le nord. La vue est magnifique. Il y a d'autres appartements à cotés mais nous avons notre intimité et c'est tres calme. le chant des oiseaux et le bruit des vagues sur la terrasse en plus de la vue sur la mer... c'est fantastique. Il y a effectivement un acces direct à la plage. super pour les balades mais à la période à laquelle nous y etions (fin octobre 2024), je dois signaler qu' il y avait quantité d'algues vertes sur la plage, parfois sur une hauteur de 20cm compliquant beaucoup l' accès à l'eau... C'est vraiment dommage que cette plage ne soit pas nettoyée... par contre pas de probleme pour la baignade sur les plages publiques de chaque cotés à 2mn ou 5 mn en voiture. Et signalons la piscine au centre de la residence avec là aussi une vue magnifique et pas d'algues.

We were looking for a place to stay until we arranged a more permanent place to live. Fabrice's listing is perfectly situated close to Port Louis and Ebene with easy access to either the North or South. The kitchen is fully equipped and the washing machine us a bonus especially for a long term stay. Thanks Fabrice.
