Great communication and instructions. The house was ideal for us and close to golf course and shops. Marjan was very friendly.

This is beautiful place for a relaxing stay. Definitely need a car to get around since the shop in the village has closed. The kitchen is incredible and the bed was so comfy. Louise was amazing at communicating. Would happily stay again and again!

We had an amazing time from the moment we got there. Easy to find and in a great spot with the coastal town feel even with the kangaroos roaming the streets! The place is perfect for young kids through to grandparents. The house has a great set up with a giant balcony the perfect place for all the family to eat and hang out with both a bbq and pizza oven. It also has a huge grassed area out front where we kicked the footy and played cricket with the kids. The bathrooms are clean and tidy but the kids basically chose to use the outside shower with hot water! The bedding set up is perfect for 2 young families with the bunk beds and 3 rooms with queen beds. There is so much to do!!! It is walking distance to the beach and playground where my kids had a great time exploring. We went over to Stingray Bay in bendy and fed these giant creatures which the kids loved. All in all it’s a great family house in which we really enjoyed the week and look forward to going back again in the future!

Spacious family house with good amenities within 4min driving distance from the main shops in Batemans Bay. Responsive host.

Spacious and peaceful! Spent time sitting on the verandah listening to the birds and enjoying the quiet. Plenty of room for our 8 adults, loved seeing the animals and feeding carrots to the horses. Would definitely go back again

Michael’s place was the perfect little beach holiday we needed. Super cute and 2 min walk to the beach. Huge TV for movie night and huge backyard! Michael was very helpful and promptly responded when we had questions. It was an amazing holiday!

GreyGums was a fantastic house for our group to stay in. It was spacious inside with all that we needed, very well presented, & full of quality and thoughtful inclusions. The yard was beautiful, expansive & very well kept. The lads loved the Firepit & plentiful wood supply (& it was cool enough to enjoy that warmth). We were there for a golfing trip so we didn't get to use the games options, but there are plenty. I'm very hopeful of bringing my family there sometime soon to enjoy all GreyGums has to offer once again. Communication with the Hosts was very easy & helpful before arrival, and we had a great chat with Dennis on the 1st afternoon. Thanks again guys, we loved your place., 10 out of 10..

Jo’s place is well appointed and in a fabulous location. Just across the road from such a pristine beach and amongst lovely local amenities too. The kitchen has all the utensils for us to home cook a lot of meals for the family and the place had games and entertainment for our kids too. Jo has been very friendly and we have loved every minute of our stay at her place, thanks for being a great host!

This apartment was perfect for a family with young kids like ours. Naturally, the pool was a favourite. But the kids were also excited about all the toys and games. Diana was very responsive and her communication was excellent.

Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

We had a wonderful stay at Serendipity.. Peter & Jeannine were superb hosts.. They had thoughtfully arranged the place to suit all our needs.. Place was spick & span and instructions were very clear.. I specially loved the book wall, would have loved to stay another couple days more, just to enjoy all the amneties…

My kids and I had a fabulous weekend at Jenny’s place. Her place is clean and has all the amenities you need. It’s a quiet and private unit block that was made extra special with the sound of the waves. It was so central to everything that we didn’t need the car at all. Lots in the local blocks to keep the kids busy and right across from the beach so could go as we wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I just stayed at Jane's for four nights and I was very impressed with the apartment. I highly recommend staying in this part of Vincentia. The birds are plentiful and Jane's garden is beautiful. The bedroom is spacious and the airflow is terrific throughout the entire place. Will stay again without hesitation. Catherine

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.
