We really enjoyed our stay at Sylvia's place. The place is family-friendly and my kids were all over the place especially on the outside balcony porch. The house keeper came in every two days to tidy up. The place is quiet and very safe and peaceful. The place matched her description and the provided photos. The proximity of the place to the beach is a good thing. The only dissatisfaction was the bathroom door had not been repaired when we checked in and during our stay,and it brought some inconveniences. Also, there are no shops /supermarkets around the place. I recommend this place to anyone.Thank you for hosting us. We look forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay, Enos the cook is very kind, clean and cooks delicious food. This was our second time staying here, the kids loved the pool, location is very convenient.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Jane's hidden villa in Mtwapa. Initially upon checking in, there were a few concerning issues with the villa which were quickly sorted out by the host and the caretaker upon our request. Very secure and private. The host is responsive and the caretaker on site (Peter) did his best to make our stay comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was always available by phone and ready to assist whenever we needed anything, which made everything so seamless. The contacts provided for the grocer, water supplier, and pastry vendor were incredibly helpful—such a thoughtful touch! The house was spotless, and the housekeeper ensured our stay was nothing short of comfortable. Its proximity to the swimming pool was a huge plus, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids while they played. And let’s not forget the rooftop sitting area—it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the refreshing breeze during those warm evenings. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

It was a great time staying in Mary‘s house. Very helpful and kind Host, always looking out for the guests. Also George and Agnes are very kind and always there if someone would need anything. Overall a very pleasing stay, would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in Mombasa for over a month, and it has been a truly memorable experience. While the house is rather small, the family went out of their way to make it comfortable for me. They even converted one of the bedrooms into a workspace to accommodate my needs. Mr. Monga'a, Mrs. Monga'a, and their son Brian have been exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. They invited me into their home and even welcomed me to a gathering with their extended family. This gesture of hospitality made me feel like I was part of their family. Brian and Mr. Monga'a went above and beyond by driving me to the beach several times and helping me get around downtown. Their kindness and generosity are unmatched. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb homes, but this one stands out as truly special. Staying here felt less like renting a place and more like being embraced by a family. If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming experience in Mombasa, I highly recommend it.

A great place to vacation with family. Very quiet and secure. Eden was extremely proactive and responded to any request promptly. I was surprised that we did not see a single mosquito in the house for the entire time that we stayed there. Looking forward to returning there in the future!

We had a group of 7, and had a wonderful experience. Josephine was very quick to respond and help with any issues we had. They were very accommodating with our check in/out and let us stay for a few extra hours on our last day before we left for the airport. The space was beautiful and in a great location. Do be aware when booking that the space isn’t very private, we constantly had people wandering around in front of our house, using the pool right out front, and doing laundry in the back part of our house. There were a few times it was a little bit uncomfortable but for the most part not a big deal. Overall we had a great stay and will be back in the future :)

J'ai vécu une expérience unique. Venue avec ma fille en bas âge, tout le monde a été au petit soin avec nous, comme une famille. La literie est confortable, le cadre est très joli, le petit village alentour est accueillant, avec des parcs où voir les animaux à proximité. Azizi est une personne en or, qui sait accueillir, prendre soin mais aussi respecter votre espace personnel. Je recommande chaudement. Je n'oublierai jamais Azizi et John qui ont rendu mon séjour doux et confortable.

Amazing stay, Ocharo was really helpful and met us there for the check in. The apartment was really nice, the fridge and smart TV was a great addition and we loved the water feature in the bathroom!
