Monacizzo-Librari-Truglione : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Nous étions deux couples en vacances pour faire un tour dans la région des pouilles, Giulia s’est arrangée pour nous laisser deux appartements privés de la villa pour que nous soyons à l’aise, les deux appartements étaient absolument impeccables, rarement vu une telle propreté, la piscine idem, son papa venait tous les matins très tôt pour arranger le jardin ! Elle était très réactive pour répondre à nos questions, nous a également proposé une arrivée et un départ autonome très pratique. Nous recommandons vivement le logement de Giulia ! Nous y étions sur la première semaine d’ octobre c’était parfait pour nous qui visitions les alentours et si vous voulez être au calme sinon il est préférable de venir sur la haute saison, plus animée 😉 Merci encore Giulia ! We had an amazing stay in Stella’s house which is placed in the middle of Puglia between beautiful olive trees. The interior is so tasteful and perfect for design lovers. The outdoor kitchen was the hit, we enjoyed so much cooking outside. In the equipment we could find everything we need and much more. Thanks for creating such a beautiful jewel!

siamo una famiglia con 4 figli e un cane, non sempre è facile trovare una casa adatta. Quella di Mauro lo è stata su tutti i fronti disposizione degli spazi, collocazione rispetto al mare e a un negozio utile per tutte le piccole commissioni e per il pane, aria condizionata che in giornate torride è stata rigenerante. possibilità di parcheggio e avendo anche un kayak siamo riusciti a trovare uno spazio per collocarlo senza ricorrere a rimessaggio. casa pulita e dotata di tutto quello che puoo servire per godersi le giornate di vacanza. torneremo volentieri

Great communication, very nice quiet location, close to amazing beaches and historical cities, it's a pearl of Puglia, you can go to Marina Di Pescoluse and enjoy amazing beach and you can go swim in both Adriatic and Ionian seas, if you drive a little to west of Italy you can enjoy Tyrrhenian sea as well! You will be very happy with place, it's amenities like jacuzzi and amazing swimming pool with inflatable toys, nice gazebo with chairs and great Bluetooth Sony speaker, bikes to ride around and explore the local area, great kitchen, big fridge, nice living room with HD TV, sparkling washroom, great bedrooms and amazing garden surrounding all this beauty! Our son loved to play with cats that were rescued and quietly live in the garden. this place is so cool that both of us me and my spouse thought about one thing the first evening while enjoying the jacuzzi after supper - would be great to buy this place and come and live here.. you remember how to dream again here, find peace and joy

We were so sad to leave. It was such a perfect place that it made it hard to want to leave to explore the region! It is a perfect base to explore local towns. Ostuni and Alberobello were stand outs for us although Monopoli had a lot of charm too. The house itself has everything you need, the master is separate from the other two generous bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also separated by a door to the living area so everyone could truly have their peace and quiet when they needed a rest. Outdoor kitchen is a great touch and it’s equipped with everything you would need. It’s very quiet and just tranquil. Tatiana was quick and responding to any queries or issues. We highly recommend this place.

We loved this place. The view from the terraces is stunning. The pool area is peaceful and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time. You can walk down to restaurants in 20 minutes. There is also a basic supermarket there.

Fantastic restored property in the heart of Carovigno. Just a couple of minutes walk to the centre with its restaurants and bars. The property is very spacious with high vaulted ceilings, 2 great bathrooms and a kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook full meals. Great rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the town and surrounding area and even the sea. Although maybe sunbeds on the terrace could be a welcome addition. Immaculately clean, plenty of linen and a washer/dryer to use. The beds were firm but comfortable. There are a number of steps up to the apartment, and the roof terrace but as long as you have decent mobility you get used to them quickly but what else would you expect from a hilltop town in italy!! Ian was a super host, alway replying instantly with great tips about the town. Cannot recommend Ian’s place highly enough.

Marco è stato molto disponibile e cordiale, la casa è accogliente e confortevole non manca nulla , tutto era perfetto, anche la posizione strategica a pochi passi dal Duomo. Pulito ed esattamente come nelle foto

Federica y su pareja Iacopo nos recibieron muy amablemente, con recomendaciones sobre la zona y bebidas frescas al llegar (incluso un vino local que estaba riquísimo y disfrutamos mucho!) El departamento está bien ubicado y es impecable: moderno, espacioso, cómodo. Sin dudas lo recomiendo para una estancia en Lecce.

Een prachtig appartement met goede bedden en fijne faciliteiten. Een geweldig zwembad in een hele mooie fijne tuin; rust op een paar minuten wandelen van het dorpje met verschillende restaurants, bakkers en verschillende supermarkten. Daniele was geweldig; ongelooflijk vriendelijk en servicegericht! We hebben enorm genoten!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Leila genossen. Sie und ihr Partner waren freundlich, flexibel, aufmerksam und haben bei Anfragen schnell reagiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat alles super funktioniert (z.B. Waschmaschine, Backofen). Die Einrichtung ist qualitativ hochstehen (z. B. herrliche Frotteewäsche) und es ist alles mit viel Stil dekoriert aber nicht überladen. Es sind gute Betten, nur hätte ich für meinen Rücken noch einen Topper auf die Federkernmatraze gebaucht. Es hat viel Stauraum. Den Sitzplatz vor dem Haus haben wir nicht benutzt, da fanden wir es nicht so gemütlich. Die Dachterrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick haben wir wenig genutzt, weil wir im Herbst da waren und es da um 19.00 Uhr bereits dunkel ist. Auch hat es häufig etwas zu fest gewindet. Den Strand in Fussnähe haben wir 1 bis 2 mal genossen, meistens sind wir aber nach vorne gefahren, wo der Strand deutlich breiter ist. Vielen Dank an Leila, wir empfehlen deine Unterkunft gerne weiter.

If we could give this a 10 we would! The lovely apartment, convenient location and the host, Marco, were all outstanding. The apartment is well appointed and nicely furnished. Prettier than the pictures. Balcony is large with wonderful views. Location is great, easy to walk to historic center and lots of restaurants. Parking space under building was easy and secure. Elevator from garage up to apt. floor made unloading/loading easy. Marco's communication was excellent. He is very welcoming, friendly, and responsive. And, we loved the amazing coffee machine that grinds beans and makes delicious coffees! Our experience in Lecco was very enjoyable and made even better by staying in Marco's apartment.

Le logement de Stefania est super. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour . L appartement est très propre et très bien équipé . Literie excellente , rangements dans les chambres , terrasse grande et très bien équipée , rien ne manque. Très grandes salles de bain très propres . Le stationnement gratuit face au logement est un vrai plus. La proximité du centre historique est environ à 15 mns de marche , ce qui se fait très facilement. Supermarchés proche . Stefania est une hôte très accueillante, disponible et très réactive. De même que Lorenzo qui nous a fait le Check in et qui a été de grands conseils . Des échanges que nous avons beaucoup apprécié pendant les 4 jours passés.

Amazing apartment! Really close to the historic center, and the balcony is perfect! A lot of sun with plenty of seating options. Had a great stay.

Tout était très bien, merci ! Et super accueil d’Anna qui s’est montrée flexible et réactive - et pleine de bons conseils.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans un très beau domaine tout neuf, entouré de vignes et d’oliviers. Les infrastructures sont neuves et bien agencées . Tout était pensé pour que nous puissions passer un séjour idéal. Annatonia est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Nous avons été bien gâtés ( huile d’olive artisanales, vinaigre à notre arrivée…). Elles nous a même offert des tomates de ses récoltes et un super petit déjeuner pour s’’excuser de la panne de courant ( dépendante de la ville) qui avait eu lieu la veille en soirée et une partie de la nuit. Nous avons pu facilement garer nos Vespa et notre véhicule car le domaine est très grand et pourvu d’un bel emplacement de parking ombré. La piscine est également très agréable avec des transats confortables. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et y retournerons lors d’un futur voyage.

Location was fabulous right in the old centre close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful interior that matches the photos perfectly in fact the space is more beautiful in person, so tastefully decorated, views spectacular from the roof where we ate breakfast each morning. The kitchen very well appointed with everything we needed. Outdoor shower a treat. Just perfect and would highly recommend.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno, Giammarco sempre gentile e disponibile. L'appartemento è molto accogliente e pulito, con tutto ciò di cui si necessita a portata di mano. Nessuna nota negativa.

The apartment was great value for the money. It was was spacious and it was really nice to have an outside space. It was really quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, only a 10 minute walk from the old city and a 15 minute walk to the train station. Giacomo’s father could not have been a more helpful host. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us off when we left. He offered helpful suggestions of places we could visit. He checked in with us on a regular basis to see if we needed anything. We felt like if we ever had a problem he would help us in anyway he could. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and I have to say having a caring host is “priceless”. We would absolutely stay here again!

Le logement est parfait et magnifique. Idéal pour découvrir à pied Lecce et facile pour rejoindre les axes pour découvrir les villes et villages remarquables autour de Lecce. Cuisine très bien équipée et une terrasse remarquable. Très calme. Et un stationnement ( payant et gratuit) à proximité. Alessia est réactivé et a donné de très bons conseils pour l arrivée et le stationnement. Je recommande fortement ce logement qui apporte un rêve supplémentaire au séjour.
