This place was really awesome: clean, really well equipped, beautifully decorated. A real haven to host our family vacation. Furthermore, Kinga was amazingly responsive and helpful even through a difficult health situation we encountered. We definitely are recommending this place without hesitation to anyone who wants to spend a nice family vacation in the area. Thank you again Kinga for everything.

Had a great stay at Angela's place. Located closer to the beach than it appears when looking at the map. Also a couple convenient restaurants on the beach which were great for breakfast/lunch/coffee/drinks. House was spacious, well maintained, and the kitchen had everything you needed. Would stay again!

Vi var her 12 stk. med storfamilien frå Norge og Tyskland og koste oss veldig. Vi hadde god plass fordelt på 3 etasjer. Det meste var på plass. Det var fint å bu så sentralt, men likevel så roleg. Det hadde vore bra om ein kunne ha skaffa noen fleire stolar og solskjerming. Tusen takk, vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Our stay here was fabulous! This house is peaceful, private, in a nice location, and just as promised in the description. We enjoyed morning coffee outdoors and a glass of wine in the evening while overlooking the beautiful the hills. The pool, views, and outdoor tub made our holiday extra special- kids and adults both agreed it was a wonderful place. We hope to return again!

We absolutely loved Sergio’s villa, it had everything we needed, with magnificent views across the valley. It was sooo peasant and pleasant. The kids loved the heated pool and the garden. We will be back!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s villa. Manfred responded quickly to all queries and was very helpful. The villa was perfect for the 8 of us who stayed x 2 families. The pool was a great size and the walk to the beach was 10 mins. The villa had everything we needed and was clean and tidy . A great getaway for young families. Thank you Tracy and Manfred.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the luxury Lara's Villa. Bruno and Ana have made it a perfect place to stay with wonderful attention to detail. It's easy driving distance from Tavira and local attractions. It was so relaxing to come back and enjoy the swimming pool, relax on the terraces or play in the huge games room. The villa is above the motorway with a sea view beyond. There's a small amount of traffic noise, but not enough to spoil enjoyment of the secluded location. We especially loved watching the sun set over the hills.

Many thanks to Lisa & David for yet again another fantastic stay at our favourite villa, Casa Valhalla. If your looking for a holiday destination that ticks all the boxes for all the family young & old well this is the place for you. The villa is amazing and so clean and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Lisa & David are the perfect hosts and are most helpful if you need them. We are already planning our next visit.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze woning in onze kerstvakantie. Grote teleurstelling was wel dat het zwembad niet warm was, terwijl juist daarmee geadverteerd werd. Deze was pas aan het einde van onze week vakantie op temperatuur. Uiteraard zijn we hier wel voor gecompenseerd. Verder is het huis prachtig, omgeving heel fijn om te hardlopen en met de auto uitstapjes te doen. We zouden graag weer eens terug komen.

The villa was absolutely beautiful, pristine and had everything we could have wanted. Very spacious, great for a group of 10. Amazing sunsets. Location is remote - ideal for those who want to get away from it all.

we all really enjoyed our stay at villa - the facilities were great and the cleaner coming in everyday was a bonus for a large group. it was January when we stayed so we couldn't make use of the pool but the hot tub was good. we did. need a car or taxi to get to the old town and restaurants. I suspect more would be open near the villa in season . the owners and manager were very responsive and helpful during our stay .

We hebben weer een perfect winterverblijf in de Algarve. Ondanks dat we er vele jaren komen, heeft Wilson ons toch verrast met nuttige tips voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Daarnaast blinkt Wilson uit, doordat hij echter interesse, gastvrijheid en bezorgdheid heeft voor zijn gasten. dat is slechts weinigen gegeven. Kortom, een top host die je iedereen zou gunnen.

We have just spent a month at this villa and had an amazing stay. The villa is situated in an ideal position within walking distance of the beach and with some lovely restaurants/supermarkets in close proximity. Everything is provided within the villa for cooking , plenty of cutlery, plates , glasses, washing machine and coffee machine . The villa is very airy but when we had our grandchildren out for a week we found it very noisy and echoey only due to the high ceiling within the living area . The noise from the outside road can be heard quite a lot too and we were out of season. The outdoor area is lovely ,the pool great with plenty of sun beds . Ana was amazing as a host and always responded to our texts quickly . Check in /out was simple and quick. The only negative we had about the villa was the next door dog which loudly barked a lot when the owners were out and sometimes at night . This could be anytime during the day from 7.30am onwards, otherwise an amazing stay .

My family and I are so grateful for the time we have shared at Helder's beautiful place. He is very friendly, kind and welcoming. We were having a reunion to mark some special birthdays and the villa could not have been better for us. There was ample space for 12 of us (including 2 toddlers) with lots of outdoor and indoor choices for sitting and cooking etc. We made fantastic use of the pool and Jacuzzi. The cleaners do a great job of upkeep and there were plenty linen and towels to keep us going plus washing and drying facilities. Helder recommended some lovely taxi drivers for when we weren't driving but most evenings we stuck to cooking and eating as a family and really valued that time together. it is a lovely place and quite modern with one of the most well-equipped kitchens I've stayed in. It was also very secure for the little ones. We will treasure our time here and highly recommend to any larger groups!! Thank you Helder!!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Alva and found David to be a really helpful, honest, thoughtful host. The villa has a v peaceful location with beautiful sea views, especially from the living area (on the first floor) and its large wraparound balcony. The pool is a very good size, with a proper deep end, so great for families with bigger kids - and heated! We asked David if he would heat it for us earlier in the season than usual (we stayed in early April) and he kindly agreed, which made a huge difference to our stay - thanks, David! The outside kitchen with charcoal BBQ, sink and fridge overlooking the pool is really great. Be aware it's an approx 25 minute walk into town/the beach (15 mins to Baptista/Spar supermarkets) - all downhill in, all uphill going back! We didn't hire a car, and found this walkable (you can also walk to Espiche) tho Bolt taxis and local buses are also easily available. We didn't have small kids with us tho - ours are tweenagers. All in all - recommended!

We had an amazing 10 nights in the villa. The outside area was great for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing reading a book. Then the shaded area was great if you needed to get out of the sun. The swimming pool was really clean and well maintained throughout the holiday. As it was August it was lovely and warm. All bedrooms were a great size and it was lovely that each room had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and with Lidl only a 10 min walk away it was great for food shopping. Tirimisu Bar was great for food and drink and very reasonable. We also ate at a lovely Italian restaurant at the golf village which was only a few minutes drive away. Ubers were very easy to get. We had a late flight back so thankfully we were able to leave our cases in the villa until it was time to great. Overall a fantastic holiday in a great villa.

We were a group of 6 with 4 adults and kids age of 4 and 10 and stayed for 10 nights. We came in late and were able to self check in. The host had arranged us some small snacks, drinks and some breakfast which was great. Everything in the trip went well and we had no real issues in the villa. The kids loved the pool which was a good place to relax and cool during hotter hours. The place is located on a quite high hill which offers a nice view to the sea and the vity but makes walking down (and especially back up) to marina or old town a bit more difficult for the older people. But occasionally we used an app for rides which take 5mins to arrive and cost only average of 5euros. The location is quiet and peaceful! Using the showers at the same time at least in the 2nd floor had some issues with warm water and pressure but it wasn't a big deal. All in all can recommend.

Craig is an amazing host, always here to help, very discreet, extremely responsive and flexible and super nice. His house was perfect for us as we stayed as 2 families, very well equipped, with multiple places to chill and relax as the day goes by, the pool is sensational and just perfect with kids. The lightings at night is great, we love the house and its garden. thanks so much Craig for this amazing stay.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes chez José. La maison est fonctionnelle et ne manque de rien. Les services mentionnés étaient tous présents. José est un hôte attentionné, serviable et extrêmement réactif. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de José où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci pour l’accueil, les recommandations ainsi que le service impeccable.

Extremely comfortable house. Heaters throughout and fireplaces, to keep it cozy during a winter holiday rental. The house is large, but very well porpotioned. For a family or group of close friends it is prefect! We loved the family room, with TV, pool table, pool right outside (though it was too cold to use), and kitchen around the corner with large dining room and outside patios. The gardens and views are fantastic. the house itself is extremely luxurious in terms of comfort and vibe, not "fancy" or "cold". exactly what we were looking for as a family. The area is a great base to explore the southern Algarve and for us, the Western part, 40-45min away. Would highly recommend. Also, Luis, was always available for any needs, questions. 5 stars! obrigado e até à próxima

Un séjour fabuleux dans une villa exceptionnelle où l’on sent que James et sa famille ont mis tout leur cœur pour créer un maison cocooning à leur image et dans laquelle on se sent bien ! De très grands espaces, un superbe jardin, très bien équipé avec des meubles et objets de grandes qualités, une décoration superbe, une literie excellente, une super cuisine ou l’on a plaisir à préparer de bons petits plats… en bref si vous souhaitez un petit coin de paradis pour vous reposer et vous ressourcer alors n’hésitez pas ! La situation géographique est parfaite pour rayonner sur toute cette zone de l’algarve… Nous garderons des souvenirs précieux de ces vacances chez James… encore 🙏

Wir waren mit zwei Familien mit Kindern in dem Haus und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort! Als es stark regnete und wir Sorge hatten, dass eventuell Wasser ins Haus fließen könnte weil der Abfluss verstopft war, hat Carla sehr schnell reagiert und sich darum gekümmert dass das Problem behoben wird. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Haus ist groß und schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
