Mondello : locations de vacances avec brasero

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters. Das absolute Highlight ist der große und schön gestaltete Garten mit gemütlicher Terrasse. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses lässt sich leider nicht wirklich etwas unternehmen, aber mit einem Auto ist man schnell an unterschiedlichen tollen Orten! Ohne Auto kommt man allerdings nur sehr schwierig zum Haus! Das sollte man unbedingt berücksichtigen. Das Beste an Allem: Viviana und Federico! Sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und trotzdem diskret. Die haben uns auch mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. versorgt. Vielen Dank!! 🙏☺️

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

A great place in a central neighborhood! Vincenzo made us feel very welcome and provided helpful tips on things to do in Palermo.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very true to the listing. Clean, comfortable and fantastic view off the veranda and out the kitchen windows. The town is smaller and a bit quiet but a lovely place to relax. If you crave bigger towns there are several in the surrounding areas and all are mentioned in the book of recommendations. Several beach areas in walking distance however 2 are small and don’t offer amenities on the beach. Balestrate is very walkable however will need a car to explore outside areas. Patty, the host was fantastic and always very responsive when we had a question. I absolutely would recommend this property. Bonus * the a/c works really well and that’s rare to find in Sicily.

We had a lovely stay in Mondello. The accommodation was perfect for getting buses to Palermo, travelling to sites and for places to eat and drink in the evening.

Alles super, man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass man ein Auto benötigt, um irgendetwas zu unternehmen oder einkaufen zu können. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und haben uns sogar etwas zu Essen bei der Ankunft mitgebracht!

Siamo stati accolti da Tiziana che, con molta gentilezza e affabilità, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e ci ha dato tante indicazioni molto utili. L'alloggio era veramente pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione, che si trova in una zona non centrale, ma strategica per visitare le bellezze locali.

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

We loved our stay in Palermo. Giovanni’s home was centrally located and we could walk everywhere. His list of tips and treats led us to some great restaurants. It was a perfect holiday:))

We werden ontzettend hartelijk ontvangen door Enrico. Hij vertelde ons bij aankomst meteen veel over Sicilië, Bagheria en de directe omgeving. Gaf ons veel tips over lokale specialiteiten en goede restaurants in de buurt, maar ook over activiteiten zoals mooie wandelingen. Hij heeft ons alle tips hierna ook nog nagestuurd. Tijdens ons verblijf werkte de wifi eerst niet, nadat we hierover gecommuniceerd hebben heeft Enrico het na een paar dagen voor ons geregeld. Grazie mille. Het uitzicht over de boulevard van Aspra maakt dit appartement echt een toplocatie. Het dorpje zelf is in laagseizoen aangenaam gezellig, vooral in het weekend gevuld met Italianen uit de buurt wat het erg sfeervol maakt. Het appartement zelf heeft alle gemakken, een lekker bed en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Maar we hebben meer tijd op het balkon doorgebracht dan in het appartement zelf ;) We hopen hier zeker nog eens terug te komen. Enrico, bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

спасибо за хороший отдых. в квартире есть все необходимое для отдыха. единственное пожелание, при возможности установить кондиционер и в спальню тоже, одного немного недостаточно при больших температурах. В остальном очень комфортно. Стоит своих денег! При желании вернуться отдыхать на остров, без вопросов вернусь к вам! Спасибо

Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento di Claudia e Fulvio è stato il luogo ideale per il nostro viaggio mamme e figlie. È molto spazioso, accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli e collocato in una posizione strategica a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni del centro storico (per non parlare della spettacolare terrazza al piano superiore). È dotato di tutti i comfort e l’attenzione dell’host è stata incredibile. Ci siamo sentite accolte come a casa e coccolate. L’host molto gentile, disponibilissimo e molto comunicativo. 5 stelle meritatissime :)

La localisation de l'hébergement est juste parfaite pour visiter de Cefalù à Mazara. Nino amoureux de son île partage ses bonnes adresses avec générosité. Bref un excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement la première semaine de mars. L'appartement est équipé du chauffage centrale ce qui a été bien utile pour couper le froid. C'est un appartement spacieux et bien situé dans le centre historique de Palerme. Tout est accessible à pied en max 20 min. A quelques minutes également de l'arrêt de bus pour aller à l'aéroport. La petite terrasse est bien agréable avec une zone abritée et du soleil dès le matin. La cuisine est bien équipée et permet de cuisiner à peu près tout ce que l'on veut. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Maria est très réactive et répond immédiatement à toute demande. Le quartier est sûr et calme la nuit. Une très bonne adresse!

Freddy is a great host. Super response and flexible. He gave us clear instructions to check in. Both flats are connecting and the terraces are great to chill have a breakfast and a coffee. For sure we’ll come back for a next trip to Palermo. Highly recommended.
