We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

We had a nice and relaxing time in the apartment: everything was as described. We and our children felt completely comfortable. Especially because of the quiet location! The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. Great location, close to the train and the beach, in the area there are shops and restaurants. Enzo turned out to be a very nice and helpful host, always in touch with us. Thank you very much for a very nice holiday in beautiful Sicily. See you in the future!

Maria was a wonderful host. She was responsive and helpful in providing local recommendations and answering any questions we had about the property. The house is immaculate and she clearly has a lot of pride in the property and the service she provides. If you are staying in this part of Sicily and you want a peaceful place with stunning views of the sea and valley this is a wonderful location.

We loved the place: good location close to the beach (10 min walk), natural reserve (20 min walk), bus ride to Palermo (direct bus 806). Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants nearby. Comfortable house with family vibes for four adults, with two full bathrooms, two balconies and a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or just sit in a shade. Internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. Francesco, the host, was fast responding to our needs and questions. He prepared a welcome set of food for our late evening arrival and waited for us at the house. Thank you! Overall, great stay, would stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Francesco!

Eine wundeschöne und saubere Villa mit einer märchenhaften Ausblick. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt restaurant in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fünf Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Maria Grazia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Alles was man braucht für einen super Urlaub. Danke.

Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, war sauber und gemütlich. Wir würden gerne dort nochmal bleiben. Die Lage ist auch super, der Strand ist sehr leicht in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich wünschte nur eine bessere Ausstattung für die Küche, weil wir sehr oft gekocht haben.

L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans la maison de Caterina, Agostino son mari est exceptionnel. Il a été de très bons conseils et toujours disponible si nous avions besoin.

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Great and lovely place. We were 11 people and rented both the units (apartment and penthouse) which worked out perfectly. Note that there are lots of stairs- may not be suitable for everyone. And there is no walkable area - you absolutely need to drive to get anywhere. Thanks Fabio for being a wonderful host!

A beautiful celebration in Santa Flavia! I celebrated my 40th birthday at Giorgio's seaside house with family and friends. The location is breathtaking. We were so lucky with the weather and enjoyed all activities ... even swimming in the sea in January! But also standup paddle and kayaking. The glass wrapped room at the front of the house is perfect for enjoying the location and the beds are super comfy! Giorgio and his sister were lovely to communicate with and very responsive. I can highly recommend.

Ett väldigt fint och stort hus som var över förväntan! Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse, värdarna var väldigt hjälpsamma och tillgängliga. Vi kom fram sent första dagen och det var inga problem alls och incheckning var väldigt smidig! Huset har ett bra läge, med 200 meter till havet och en väldigt fin havsutsikt från balkongen! Det enda som kan ses som en ”nackdel” är att det är ganska lyhört mellan husen och man hör grannarna lite mycket ibland Annars ett perfekt boende!

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa was perfect for a large group of people. In our case, we had an extended (3week) family reunion with lots of people coming and going during that time. Vincenzo and his family were so welcoming and helpful and their restaurant and winery recommendations were fantastic. The facility is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. It felt like we were living in a palace. The hot tub was wonderful especially for the younger crowd. Vincenzo arranged for a chef to come in one evening to cook a meal for us - it was absolutely delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Stunning location. Beautiful Villa lovely decor. myself, my partner and our 4 children had a lovely stay and enjoyed the swimming pool daily. A small gym and and table tennis especially was very much enjoyed. Valeria was great and we felt welcomed. Very memorable stay with everything we needed. Close to the beach and supermarket. Highly recommend.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf bij Antonio. Het terras is super! Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, het is niet supermodern, maar wel heel charmant. Antonio en zijn zus zijn snel bereikbaar en staan open voor info. Ik moest door familiale redenen onverwacht vroeger naar huis, maar het werd prima geregeld door Antonio. We (couple and 1 child) had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Balestrate, Sicily! The property is really cool – the house is spacious and the large garden was a real highlight; it’s the perfect place to relax, with plenty of seating areas and gorgeous landscaping. The pool was fantastic – clean and just the right size for a refreshing dip on hot days. Nino was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They made us feel at home, providing great local tips and always being available for any questions. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat and a wonderful host, this is the place to be

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the garden with olive and lemon trees and the pool. Porch with view of the ocean and mountains was wonderful. Shaded area for breakfast was nice! Martina is a warm person and very helpful as a host. It was dark when we arrived and the Sicilian mountainroads are difficult the first time for tourists so it was nice to be in contact with host for help. Recommend to arrive when light out. We enjoyed the two large dogs and several cats around, well-behaved with us and our kids. We got awesome local recommendations from host which really made our trip even better including a drive to the best beach we’ve ever seen. We mixed cooking at home and driving (15-20min) to restaurants. Not good for local area walks but garden is big. We were two adults and 10 and 14 yr old kids. Lots of space. Three bedrooms. Small but fine kitchen (no oven but microwave oven available). Very clean and comfortable, two floors, building separate from host’s. Loved our stay here!!

Jessicas House is a perfect spot for vacation. It is beautifully situated with a gorgeous view and it takes 10 min max to reach a great beach by car. The house itself is beautiful too, with a great outdoor space, and cozy rooms. Another great thing about it are Jessica’s parents, who live two houses next door and are super kind and helpful whenever needed. We had a great time!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Blue war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr erholsam und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen im vollsten Umfang. Gianpaolo war zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und antwortete innerhalb von kürzester Zeit. Als wir um eine Teekanne und weitere Tassen baten, erhielten wir zusätzlich eine Flasche Prosecco für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens Empfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 piacevoli giorni presso la Villa di Fabrizio e Lavinia. Le comunicazioni sono state sempre precise e tempestive. La struttura ricorda una piccola villa hollywoodiana trapiantata in Sicilia. Progettata e arredata con gusto, la villa e soprattutto la sua piscina permettono di godersi un soggiorno di relax in riservatezza. I due padroni di casa vivono nel piano seminterrato e sono spesso assenti durante il giorno per lavoro. La villa convive fisiologicamente con la piccola fauna della campagna siciliana, ad esempio coi simpatici gechi che entrano la sera a curiosare. Consigliata a chi desidera rilassarsi in un ambiente ampio, pulito, tranquillo, immerso nella natura che sa essere persino sontuoso in alcuni suoi dettagli.

Aldo’s place is very well situated for Mondello and just as described in the listing. Aldo’s parents (Emilio and Maria-Laura) hosted us and we’re simply charming. We used google translate to chat and text and we were very well looked after. The room has everything you need you almost feel like you have the pool and garden to yourself. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor eating area is very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time in mondello. A huge thank you to Emilio and Maria-Laura for making us feel very welcome. Home from home. The location is a 5min walk to the first public beach and a beautiful 25 minute walk along the seafront and you are in the main piazza. Notes *The best public beach is by the harbour and is spacious close to great cafes. * We used electric scooters occasionally (LIME or LINK) which were easy and fun. * You must sit at the barrels in the piazza (SCHILLACI) and try their aperativo menu - great atmosphere. * Le Lunette cafe👍
