Rose's place is just beautiful. It is a big mansion kept very clean. All the needed amenities are present. AC and WiFi work great. Bariki is super helpful and is willing to help with any thing needed. Reading other past reviews we were bit scared about the surroundings. However it turned out that the neighborhood is reasonably safe though bit run down. I went for a walk around the neighborhood to get some vegetables and get a haircut ($1 with tips!) and no one bothered me. School kids routinely want to say hello and want to strike a conversation. High recommend overall.

Wir waren leider nur 2 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft, aber absolut begeistert! Neema, die uns vor Ort empfing, war super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten 2 Tage richtig abschalten. Die Küche bietet wirklich mehr als man braucht zum Kochen. Der Garten ist der Wahnsinn und der Hund war so süß und entspannte mit uns Mittags auf der Terrasse. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

si vous avez besoin d'un séjour reposant, c'est l'endroit idéal ! Le cottage est très bien agencé, très spacieux, la petite piscine est très agréable quand le temps le permet. Les trois chiens présents dans la propriété sont très sympathiques 😊 Ghikas et Mariam sont très réactifs ! Ils nous ont aidé à trouver des transports à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Pour le côté pratique voici quelques précisions que j'aurais aimé savoir avant mon départ : - un petit mall est près de la propriété, une grosse demi heure à pied donc l'idéal est de prendre un tuktuk, pour quelques dollars. Vous y trouverez plusieurs petits restaurants et une grand supermarché. - une petite cuisine est disponible dans le cottage, pensez donc à prendre de quoi cuisiner 😁 PS: Miriam je crois avoir oublié mes chaussettes sur place, sorry 🥹

This is the second time we have stayed at Adam’s place and it definitely won’t be the last. It’s a beautiful home with incredible views or Mt. Meru on a clear day. Adam and Haruna are always there when needed but give you privacy at the same time. Thanks again and see you again soon.

AMAZING in all aspects, from the beginning to the end. Super clean house, beautiful and peaceful garden. Fast internet wifi connection, hot water and right water pressure, the bed extremely comfortable and also the pillow (I'm very picky about that) 🏆 I had a welcoming pack in the kitchen; fruits, yogurts, bread, eggs, butter, fruit jams, coffee, tea, mineral water... Location is not far from town center and close to supermarkets, restaurants even at walking distance. Angela & Yago are very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help if needed. I can only recommend it to everyone and I will definitely come back when In Arusha again. Thanks for the great welcoming and stay 🫶🏼

Third stay at Elle's- a slice of heaven. We really enjoy the peace and beauty of the property. Our 2 year old ran around and played with Elle's dogs and kicked balls around. The staff on site are the best. Elle is super responsive and kind. Love the pool and walks in the coffee.
